What a great trip . From check in to the upgrade we received a big shout out to Cleverson who was able to help us navigate the whole process super patient and was just one of the best customer service experiences we received in a very long time . The amazing staff on the flight who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable amazing food and service if you have te opportunity to upgrade it's a must and well worth it.

I love to travel again and again in Emirates. Keep up the good work.

Seat did not recline at all, wi-FI did not work at all. Those are both very unfortunate for a 14 hour flight. Crew and food was of course very nice as always.

Chaos at the gate while boarding - no clear signs or announcements

This777-300 is configured 2/3/2 for Biz class straight out of the 80s!!! Not to mention seats are narrow, bed does NOT FULLY RECLINE FLAT as advertised, and purser didn’t know that!! ARM REST HAS A REMOTE TABLET ON IT FURTHER CONFINING THE ALREADY NARROW SPACE!!! WHO thought this was a good design?? After flying the new A350-900 biz class Montreal to Dubai , this was a total let down!!

I liked the newer aircraft CRJ-550 since it had WIFI and the seats are more spacious.

Milan airport was bad experience. They should be more polite.

Fly Dubai takes low cost and thrift to new depths in terms of service levels, terminal 2 is grossly inadequate for capacity and resembles a crowded buss or railway station,, the fly dubai( Emirates) flight is never on time(was 2.5 hrs delayed), and this is not an isolated experience, the flght air conditioning was turned low while we waited on the tarmac for take clearance to save fuel, should say more!!!! The depths! I only fly this airline from a compulsion, emirates code shares for connections to Muscat

Had worst experience with check in and baggage check attendant I’ve ever had in my life with airline attendant as well as what I feel was poor communication skills and customer service, along with inaccurate information or willingness to assist in correcting. Had to check three bags an ALL my belongings due to saying my bag was too large for bins overhead, or willingness to check them at the gate if so. BOTH my bags are typical carry on size or smaller, and never had the issue. I preferred to check one bag due to convenience on the trip, but not my personal bag. Anyway, had to check them, pay to check them, and then the flight was very light on people, plenty of luggage larger or same size as mine aboard, and no others had to check theirs. And PLENTY of space for the luggage onboard. So unsure why was singled out, like this, but had to check some fragile items and electronics, personal items including some financial information and checks, computer etc So just would like an explanation, and confirmation that your staff was correct, or that this shouldn’t be an issue in future flights for me, as I do travel a good amount, and would fly your airlines again in the future, if this was not the way it happen going forward and was a mistake or one off event. Appreciate our reply and clarification on the policies and costs associated with my flight.

Absolutely terrible. Didn’t notify us of a delay until after we arrived at the airport, ended up spending the whole day at the airport and it got delayed 3 more times. The whole delay ended up being 5.5 hours. Never flying Neos again

Air was not working while grounded and we were waiting in the heat for almost 2 hours until takeoff. It was way too hot to be on the plane for that long, especially with the same hot air circulating with people coughing and sneezing. We were all sweating. Flight crew was great and flight was very smooth in air as well as takeoff and landing. Also, wifi was not working and we were not able to watch anything. Screens were not working. There were no earbuds given out even if we wanted to watch something. That was very disappointing as it was a very long flight and we had 2 young children with us.

NYC JFK there is no information about delayed flight, milan airport no information where to pick up the bording pass

In-flight service was very good. Plane had spacious overhead bins and incorporated windows with an automatic dimming feature eliminating the need for traditional plastic shades. Boarding was halted and the crew did not communicate a reason. We waited on the gang plank for 30 minutes after showing boarding passes without being given a reason.

Our flight with Neos airlines was great. The price was very reasonable, the staff very professional and accomodating. The flight was comfortable with more leg room than most airlines I have travelled with in the past. The food and service while on board was good. I would travel again to Italy and back with Neos if given the opportunity.

We never got to the flight due to ferry cancelation due to bad weather and could not contact with anyone for support and advice. We'll appreciate your support now in our attempts to get refund

On time! There were plenty of airport employees who were able to keep us moving in the right direction. The crew on the plane were professional.

My service light was on 15 minutes before I had to get up and find a glass of ice. And I was in business class. The meals were not for either my wife and I. She did not eat the entire 10 hour flight and I managed a bowl of soup. I was expecting much more from business with what we paid.

I continue to be satisfied with Delta’s excellent service out of LGA. The digit id works well and gets me through security in no time. Whenever possible, I choose Delta.

My business class seat was inoperable and unable to recline for 10 hour flight.

WiFi didn’t work. Flight delayed 3 hours Crew members were illiterate Seat lean back did not work.

Crew was nice, meal was good. Entertainment had to be rebooted 3 times and still did not work. Turns out there was residue on screen, it needed to be cleaned to prevent the touchscreen buttons from continuously activating. I had entertainment for the last 45 minutes of a 5 hour 45 minute flight. Really unacceptable for first class. Flight attendent indicated your cleaning solution creates this problem. Seems as if this is widely known, you should be using a different product or cleaning better. Really really disappointing which simply added to the wi fi on your planes with reliably never ever works.

Landed without a gate ready. Plane is extremely old and dirty.

My tray was broken so i had no place to work or eat except my lap. Flight attendant said I would get an email with some credit or miles, it was a complete waste of time as I could only function at about 20% of normal. I have not received anything yet.

I'm a United 1K member and have ben for 10 years. The gate agent had no control over the boarding process and had us passengers queued for hours as delays were announced. On the plane, the overhead air nozzle was broken so col over was powering through on me and the passenger next to me. Not a great experience for a million miler on United. Feel free to contact me. Everything was the best it could be. Crew found me with pre- ordered food. Excellent experience!

Improve the food offerings and cabin seating. My wife would prefer to fly another airline, even with a connection for a more comfortable trip. A 737-8 should not be scheduled for a 6 hour segment, which turned into 7.5 hours due to the origin ground delay.

Check in was chaotic with only one counter for business class and first class. The luggage conveyor belt at JFK airport was broken so the flight departure was delayed which made the flight stressful as I had a tight connection. Although the captain said they could make up the delay, they didn’t do so.

Staff were not attentive, wifi did not work, cut my head in the bathroom due to the position of the soap on the sink, had blood running down my face, told staff, they had no expression no sympathy, didn't even say "sorry", they said "oh we will have a look at that" about 10 mins later the purser brought me a bandaid, still no sorry.... My food prefer was confirmed by email 2x and still the crew claim they had no pre-order. I taken ill while in India so I needed to avoid Indian sauces and spices, so the problem with the preorder was unacceptable. Additionally, is there a new rule to automatically not to disturb passengers? I would like this as an option. Lastly, for breakfast I needed to avoid Indian and I’m allergic to eggs.. therefore the only option was pancakes and guess what was not available!!!

Service and food was amazing. Aircraft configuration is weird - stare at a stranger at take off and landing, during flight someone is crawling over your seat. It was lame.

Poor service, antiquated plane with 2-3-2. B-class config upstairs. Tight and not comfortable—not what I expected for paying B-class! AND my bag didn’t make the transfer, bag will be delivered the day after it lands!

My luggage was lost at the airport but American Airlines contacted me and got it to me the next day.

Business class lounge for my gate was closed and no email was sent, causing me to walk back and forth to different gates, etc for over 20 minutes one way. Flight entertainment was mediocre with very poor choices especially for business class cabin. Original flight was cancelled and rebooking was difficult and no reason given for cancellation.

I like American Airlines and their safety record. They provide quality service and a feel safe enough to prefer American Airlines over other carriers even if I have to pay a little more.

Good flight, no turbulence. I felt safe and comfortable which is really important when I am just a passenger.

Worst airline in the world. They downgraded me from business class to economy with no compensation.

Overall ok. Best part has always been the sundae dessert.

Check-in in SAN was long. ORD was good. Flight delayed On board crew was ok. No warmth or personality. LHrR barely made connection
