Wonderful, i asked at front gate to change my seat up closer and they gave me a row with no one in it. Very kind of them as the flight was on the light side.
Great crew, great food, horrible aircraft seat spacing for a 9 hr flight.
The food could have been better but everything else was superb.
I purchased a one way business class ticket from Geneva to Miami but the check in agent said I had an economy ticket and later upgraded to business class. This was not the case, I had a single business class transaction. I was forced to pay for my second checked bag. I am unsure of why this happened. But I won’t use Kayak again for business class tickets.

Terrible plane small airbus good for a 1 hr trip I booked business as it is. A night flight and 4hrs trip it was an ordinary economy seat with no one next to me what a joke what a stupid decision to buy business
They rebooked our flight and then canceled our trip halfway through the journey without any explanation. Needed to pay by ourselves for alternative flight options without any help from Swiss.
The chair is narrow and very uncomfortable. There is no privacy as you advertised.

I always travel on Turkish Airlines but seriously I am I am considering to change because this is not the first time that the flight attendant are rude and they dont help. I asked for cold water with ice 5 times and I got water with no ice and this is not the first time to ask for something and you dont get it. Also I noticed this behavior only towards people who are not turkish.
Average at every level . Poor entertainment selection. Boarding was very poor and disorganized. Flight was late by one hour .
Spent over $20k on for business class tickets from DFW. They used a very old Boeing 777 with old Business class cabin which was unclean and stained seats. On a route they normally operate the modern Boeing 787. The cabin heat was set to hot for 11 hours. On the IST LHE route the business class experience got even worse. They operate an even older Airbus A330 where trip was falling apart, seat recline did not operate and the whole experience left us hugely disappointed. Next time we likely will shift to better quality product which stands up to their hype. Turkish need to relook at their fleet plans and not use their worst assets of perceived week markets such as Pakistan.
We flew business class and it was impressive. So comfortable with delicious food and very attentive and polite staff. Will definitely fly Turkish airlines again.
We fly Bussines class and we didn’t feel like it is. Out luggage didn’t arrive and we have to return again next day from our hotel to airport to get them. Still waiting. No information from Turkish airlines Very poor customer service I think booking through kayak it was wrong decision
I flew Business with my daughter and son. The service, friendliness of the staff and the comfort of the fully flat beds were phenomenal. Would definitely fly Turkish again soon.
Excellent experience with business class area. Staff was attentive and food was amazing. Only one bathroom for business class which was logistically difficult for the staff while preparing meals. Need to offer fluids with meals. I did not get enough water to drink. But overall I rate it 5 star.
On time, great food, good drink selection! Only down was alcohol-free lounge. Lufthansa had a much better offering!
Be honest of what you sell: This was sold as Business Class on all three legs, while the JetBlue plane didn't even have business class seats, and wanted $164 for extra legroom seats.
For that price on Business class, I expected to have the pod seats. These were configured as 2/3/2 and my seat mate talked half the flight with a friend across the isle, loudly. Very uncouth.
Aa cancelled my flight where I was in first class seat 4B. They auto rebooked me on another flight, did not give me a seat assignment until at the gate. Where I got seat 29f, for a 4 hr flight. No accommodation at all for my first class ticket. Left 3 hrs late as well.
It was delayed 5 hours due weather and your app should be rebuilt or disabled. I could not change my original flight on delta so I did it through the delta app. Then rebooked on American once delta cancelled all flights from LGA to PIT on 8/27. American Airlines was fine once the flight took off 5 hours later. I wish my company would find a better provider than kayak.
Worst experience ever, extremely disorganized airline with super rude crew for first class passengers. I have submitted feedback to AA customer care online that this was my worst experience traveling in over 30 years
My flight attendant was miserable. Bathroom filthy and the water soapy in the tea. I’d choose delta everytime.
Flight was delayed because of mechanical. Could not get landing space which caused me to miss my connection. Messy and not organized.

Little bit of trouble getting my KTN and pre-check status onto the ticket, but otherwise the counter staff were friendly and truly concerned to get it right.
gate crew was courteous and helpful, flight attendant was nice and friendly once we got going. But we pushed off from the gate relatively on time, then sat there like 10 ft away, for an hour, with no announcement or explanation. Taxiing then took forever, and I get that there was runway congestion, but would be helpful to keep us posted on whats going on
With a 24 hour delay, the Flight stared off rough. They had a nationwide IT Outage but communications to Passengers was very bad. Ground Staff and Ticket Agents were extremely rude and unhelpful. Perhaps they should take ground training from DL or Qatar. The food was horrible. Seafood was mixed with Bacon. Those two don’t have any space for Jewish or Muslim Faith Customers. The Airline needs new management.
The tv and remote didn’t work. The plug to charge our phone didn’t work.
They set someone on our assigned seats and we ended up finding seats for ourselves to ensure the family sits together.

Service and food were excellent. Incredibly friendly and competent staff. Flight was delayed over and hour and I had to run between terminals to get my connecting flight.
There were only 2 toilets and one of them did not work in business class. We are not allowed to cross classes so had to wait in line to use the toilets!! The entertainment touch display was finicky and did not work all the time.
Insulting. Lufthansa flight from Munich to EWR had us getting our luggage when we were told in Florence that it would follow us to Indianapolis. It did not. Then very slow security in EWR caused me and three other passengers from Lufthansa flight from Munich to miss the boarding closure. Behind me were two elderly grandparents and their ten year old grandson. We were all refused entry on a plane to Indy that was still at the gate. The doors had not even closed inside the terminal yet. No apologies or compensation offered. Not even a meal voucher let alone a free hotel stay for our inconvenience. I m not sure what the other three passengers behind me did ( they were elderly with a grandson, recall), but I stated 12 hours overnight in a chilly EWR airport until next flight to Indy at 850 next morning.
Seating was average for a first class seat. It very modern. I expected better.

It would have been nice if my luggage had made it onto my connecting flight as well. Now I have to wait for my luggage to be delivered and that might take a while, which certainly put a damper on the entire experience.
They gave away my business class seat. No explanation and no apology. Told me I had to take the downgrade if I wanted to get to India. Then no WiFi for 10 hours. Just ridiculous. We should not work with this company at Deloitte. They don’t know how to run a business.
Meh. Lived the seat. The entertainment unit did not work and had to be reset 3 times. Service was SLOW taking over 90 min to be served. Crew forgot about my meal. Chicken was dry and almost inedible.
My luggage was lost at the airport but American Airlines contacted me and got it to me the next day.
I like American Airlines and their safety record. They provide quality service and a feel safe enough to prefer American Airlines over other carriers even if I have to pay a little more.
Good flight, no turbulence. I felt safe and comfortable which is really important when I am just a passenger.

Check-in in SAN was long. ORD was good. Flight delayed On board crew was ok. No warmth or personality. LHrR barely made connection
