Cons: "Just to improve on the services and hospitality but there are really good"
Pros: "The food was amazing and the crew was great from Chicago to Instanbul."
Cons: "Boarding seemed a bit unorganized and the crew from Instanbul to Zurich spoke very little English."
Pros: "Boarding was efficient."
Cons: "Seats in economy were extremely small, and incredibly close. Possibly the most uncomfortable I've been in economy. Food was a baby's portion, which was really surprising. Pakistan might not be a prime destination, but it does not deserve second rate service."
Pros: "Cheap flight. 2 bags allowance. Despite mess with delay flight and cancelation baggage arrived with me."
Cons: "Delay was 1.5 hour. No weather condition just their internal problems. Missed connection in Istanbul. 5 hours waiting . The worst airport i know . No benches to sit or regular waiting areas. Terrible food. Choice fish or pasta... no meat."
Pros: "crew and service are great."
Cons: "the last leg, Istanbul to DC was completely full. i was seating at the back (33K). after the meal, i wanted to recline and the man behind me started yelling as he has water on his table. i apologized and asked if i can recline the seat and he yelled again and said i cannot recline my seat. i talked to the flight attendant and she wanted to move me to a middle seat. i declined and eventually the man said i can recline my seat. but i mean, seriously, i got yelled at for trying to recline my seat and got no apologies from anyone."
Pros: "Nothing. I was so disappointed with the whole experience."
Cons: "Everything. I paid a lot of money for this ticket. When I tried to check in yesterday I was denied. When I called the ticketing office, they explained that everything was fine with the ticket, and I would indeed have a seat, but I would have to go to the airport. I even asked them about the possibility of overbooking but they said that wasn't a risk. (I am Star Gold so I didn't think that was possible.) When at the airport they wouldn't give me a seat and they bumped me leading to many hours of confusion, a connection through Tanzania, and a loss of a night of sleep. And lots of stress. I know they de-prioritized the people who booked on Kayak. This was a miserable experience and unless you do something to fix this I will never use Kayak again."
Pros: "Well priced airline with higher levels of service than contemporaries. But contact with them is a challenge. Getting breakfast on the first leg was great."
Cons: "Could not check in online so got a middle seat at airport. Airport in Istanbul is very spread out. Be ready to walk. Give up on boarding groups or the reality of announcements."
Pros: "Excellent service, flight attendants are very kind, answered questions, very caring to seniors and children (couple seniors next to me and a little kid in front of my seat). Good are good and always provide variety of drinking. Smooth and punctuated flight. Thanks for your excellent service!"
Cons: "Nothing I do not like. I will take trips with your airlines in future when having s chance."
Pros: "Inflight entertainment"
Cons: "Boarding process did not respect travel privileges. Business and Star Alliance Gold members were shuttled en Mase with all other travelers. Process should be respected regardless of the destination."
Pros: "The amount of food and drinks we got was perfect, the movies, shows and other entertainment options were plenty and they had a great selection, and the sleep kit (slippers, socks, lip balm, etc) was very much appreciated and helpful. The staff were nice and professional."

My business class seat was broken and inoperable. Thus unless the cushions were removed and the flight attendant ,and man in near seat and me helped push seat to move it was very awkward and heavy it was stuck in one position . After two previous flights that day I was tired. I had to sit with legs over side of seat or Indian style. Besides my back still hurting awfully now four days after returning home , arriving after ten plus hours on just that leg so the trip was exhausting. Also. it was a huge safety issue as no way could seat be put in correct position. So the flight was my worst ever! The wires were loose and one could see had been worked on before as screws were stripped😳 and no compensation offered just this wisp of a flight attendant to resolve and no apologies. What would you think?😳

Nothing really special. But it was a quick 2.5 hour fli

Would not accommodate my request to bring my my jacket I left on the plane.

Their business class seat lays down full flat so for a long haul flight it is quite nice. There was a good selection of movies and tv shows too I believe. The food was not particularly impressive but it is after all, still airplane food. What could have been better was more privacy for each seat. Other versions of the airbus A350 have this but Lufthansa’s does not. Maybe the aircraft was old because the drawer where the amenity kit and water bottle were stored did not close and stowage of the tray table required some maneuvering. My remote for my tv screen stopped working halfway through the flight and my headphones, halfway through my second movie, also stopped working properly. For a Lufthansa product, this business class was not up to par in my opinion. I used to think very highly of Lufthansa standards but it appears something has gone down.

We connected to this flight very late, in fact at departure time. We were last to board. The crew was very empathetic and welcoming. The plane was impeccable. We flew economy, so it was a bit cramped. We were served a snack that was more than expected these days. All in all a good experience.

I’ve never in my life been on an international flight that didn’t serve at least a free drink, but there should have been a drink and a snack on an international flight. Also this flight had a 2 hour delay, so we didn’t know we would be going so long without any liquids for our baby and young children. The cabin crew was also very rude.

Cons: "Delayed flight made me miss my connection and spend a night in Frankfurt. Take off time, bag didn’t come out as priority, waited over 25 minutes."
Pros: "Seats were comfortable, service efficient, entertainment good"
Cons: "When cleaning the dishes away an attendant dropped several trays by my seat, then didn't clean very much, so for the rest of the long flight people were smearing pasta remains on the carpet and my neighbours and I were hopping about trying to avoid the mess."
Pros: "The crew was polite and efficient. Moved very well around sleeping passengers sprawled feet. The shortcomings of the flight had to do with being in a tail section of an economy class in a packed transoceanic flight."
Cons: "At the beginning of the long flight the cabin was chilled, which made me happy I had my hooded sweatshirt with me, but at the end it was hot and stuffy. There was no air regulation available from the seat, only light."
Pros: "Great crew. I love Lufthansa. I just wish there was more room for my legs."
Cons: "More leg room!"

My bag was delayed 18hrs going to Budapest and 71 hrs coming back to Chicago, I had a special meal request and they served my meal to some other passenger

I need a walker to be able to walk. That is not a wheelchair. Some of your staff considered it as a piece of luggage and wanted to put it in the Cargo hold. Oter staff considered it to be as a walking aid and held that I could take it into the cabin. A little more schooling of your staff would certainly be appreciated by your clientele.

Pros: "Efficient boarding and left early! Hold luggage arrived really quickly on conveyor belt."
Cons: "Nothing on this occasion."
Pros: "seat was not comfortable as it was economy. staff was decent."
Cons: "friendlier staff, better food options"
Pros: "Good onboard entertainment. Normal headphone jacks."
Cons: "Arm rests did not move all the way up, so difficult to sleep on this overnight flight. Reduced seat pitch compared to some other airlines."
Cons: "Getting through customs in UK and getting luggage tags to Dublin was a nightmare. Took over 2 hours, went through 4 lines to get luggage tags and given misinformation. Poorest travel experience in 40 years of traveling. Brits need to learn how to expedite processing."
Pros: "One amazing member of staff - she was the only redeeming person of all the cabin crew. The snacks were good (mini cheddars, mini twix bars and mcvities digestives)."
Cons: "EVERYTHING, but top 3 are: comfort (seats are TINY), legroom (there isn’t any), entertainment (very limited). Lastly, I think I’ll have to gauge out my eyes and ears if I have to endure their safety video one more time..."
Pros: "Seats are comfortable. Food was good."
Cons: "The lunch was seved just 1 hour before landing and also lunch to breakfast gap was 8 hours. They should serve lunch at least 2 hours before landing."
Cons: "I paid extra for exit row seating, but what they didn't tell me was that the flight attendant seat was facing ours, so much for leg room. The actual placement of the seats were aisle row and middle row-so neither of us had a window to look out of or wall to lean against, no overhead lighting or air vent either. Can you say "rip-off?" My husband, who is tall and broad shoulder was constantly being knocked around by the flight attendants and carts. This flight was miserable. I guess I should be thankful for the hour plus delay in departure."
Pros: "Great service Yummy meals Free movies to watch Comfortable seats with use of pillow and blanket"

While it was a fully booked flight, the first class flight attendant provided those seated in first class with a beverage during boarding and quickly started service as we climbed to altitude.

The flight was 3 hours late taking off. The lounge experience in Heathrow was terrible. No charging plugs, no table busting, and very overcrowded.

Cons: "The staff at the airport in seattle were condescending an embarassing, talked among themselves about me where I could hear them, when I had trouble with reservation"
Pros: "Seat was comfortable but being stuck between two other passengers who occupied some of my space was unnerving"
Cons: "Communication of delays in Charlotte. Working airplane, for a newer plane the one side of the screens didn’t work and the engine needed to bat after by another machine which is upsetting to think"
Pros: "The back crew member was amazing. She really seemed like she cared."
Cons: "Larger seats and larger walkways."
Pros: "I liked that they were on time (mostly) I liked the movie choices.. Crew were very nice....."
Cons: "Wasting money on their part for the silly little bags of pretzels......hardly worth the effort......could be a little more generous on a five hour flight.........."
Pros: "Had a bulk head seat with no one sitting beside me and we landed early!"
Cons: "Maybe a gluten free snack option"
Pros: "Crew was as helpful as they could be."
Cons: "If we had the option to get off the plane earlier. We sat in the plan for almost 4hrs before it took off it was super hot and I was hungry."
Cons: "My seat was disgusting when I went to sit in it. Then I discovered the seat was broken. 24A"
Pros: "Great crew! Smooth flight! Landed almost half an hour early!"
Cons: "It was an older plane but it flew fine"

A good, solid, no frills experience. Departed and arrived on time, staff were pleasant and attentive. Loved the Bluetooth connectivity on the SJC to IAH leg. Being able to watch movies and listen to them with my noise cancelling headphones was lovely. Missed that on the IAH to LHR leg (so I put the wired buds on and my over ear Quiet Comforts over those).

Cons: "Air conditioning was not working. Very hot on plan. Light switch above my seat was broken. Luggage crew cracked off one of the “feet” on my luggage. Overall terrible service and flight."
Pros: "Crew tried there best but with so many disappointment could not do much."
Cons: "Trip was delayed for 2 hours ,one of the person from chbagage chk was not helpful at all."
Cons: "I had my back and they made pay extra to check in. After inside the airplane everyone had their back back with them."
Cons: "From Denver to Idaho we waited at least half an hour in the freezing cold to board a small plane only to be told it’ll be another 15 minutes then 15 minutes later they said something was wrong with the plane so to go back to the waiting area. About 10 minutes later they said to come back and board. You shouldn’t have made us wait in the freezing cold unless you knew the plane was ready to board"
Pros: "Crew was phenomenal!!!! So attentive and professional. Great customer service"
Cons: "The flight was delayed more than 4 hours. It was a bad experience with United."
Pros: "Good food seats lay flat to sleep on business clas"
Pros: "Friendly staff, great food.Overall good flight"
Cons: "Limited Space for Carry on luggage had to exit plane in order to check the bag in to cargo area. Confused as to why the crew chosen had no Spanish speaking attendants. We were going to panama there will more then 1 traveler that may not know how to speak English."
Pros: "I was connecting from another flight. The plane left on time, and arrived earlier than planned. I've had much worse experiences on domestic flights, and I was expecting delays."
