Aa cancelled my flight where I was in first class seat 4B. They auto rebooked me on another flight, did not give me a seat assignment until at the gate. Where I got seat 29f, for a 4 hr flight. No accommodation at all for my first class ticket. Left 3 hrs late as well.

It was delayed 5 hours due weather and your app should be rebuilt or disabled. I could not change my original flight on delta so I did it through the delta app. Then rebooked on American once delta cancelled all flights from LGA to PIT on 8/27. American Airlines was fine once the flight took off 5 hours later. I wish my company would find a better provider than kayak.

Worst experience ever, extremely disorganized airline with super rude crew for first class passengers. I have submitted feedback to AA customer care online that this was my worst experience traveling in over 30 years

My flight attendant was miserable. Bathroom filthy and the water soapy in the tea. I’d choose delta everytime.

Flight was delayed because of mechanical. Could not get landing space which caused me to miss my connection. Messy and not organized.

Nothing with the flight. It was good. Crew as very helpful especially fist class flight attendant.

Good flight, regional jet so old and seats could use an upgrade

Little bit of trouble getting my KTN and pre-check status onto the ticket, but otherwise the counter staff were friendly and truly concerned to get it right.

gate crew was courteous and helpful, flight attendant was nice and friendly once we got going. But we pushed off from the gate relatively on time, then sat there like 10 ft away, for an hour, with no announcement or explanation. Taxiing then took forever, and I get that there was runway congestion, but would be helpful to keep us posted on whats going on
