Little bit of trouble getting my KTN and pre-check status onto the ticket, but otherwise the counter staff were friendly and truly concerned to get it right.

gate crew was courteous and helpful, flight attendant was nice and friendly once we got going. But we pushed off from the gate relatively on time, then sat there like 10 ft away, for an hour, with no announcement or explanation. Taxiing then took forever, and I get that there was runway congestion, but would be helpful to keep us posted on whats going on

Disorganized boarding. Mandatory to gate check bags. Curt flight staff. No space for cabin bag, even when I was in first class.

The ground closures and flight delays were unwelcome. I think the captain did what he could to manage expectations for the delays, but the stress level increasing in the cabin was palpable with every announcement. It may be obvious to those who fly frequently, but if the ground is closed for us to get to a gate, it's also closed for connecting flights to leave. Other passengers were so stressed they were rude. A bit further explanation could have helped.

Boarding was awful - no order, people cutting in line, completely chaotic Planes are very old and uncomfortable. Noticeable difference between Delta and United on same route.

we had flown from Okinawa and had breakfast in Okinawa. There were issues with the plane so service was postponed. I asked a crew member if we could get something to eat as I was very hungry. Shevwas so nice that shev brought nuts for all of us. The sad part is that thevnuts were stale but I was hungry so I ate them. My side of the rew was really very nice. Both my wife and I travel quite a bit even though we cannot lift our bags as we get help. My wife asked her dso=ide crew if she could help put up the computer bag. She told he that its not her job. Oh well

This flight moved Gates several times in a short time period, from B to C, which required a substantial walk or rail ride. Then the flight was delayed more than 2 hours and the food was subpar compared to other flights.

Ceiling fell down and had to have maintenance come and duct tape it up. No WiFi on the flight.

Overall it was a good flight. Because we traveled on a Saturday we were upgraded to FC since my wife and I are both Executive Platinum. The only areas for improvement we noted are better snack assortment and perhaps a little nicer plane as American is flying some older planes now. Everything else on this flight was excellent, which is frankly not the norm for American since we have had multiple issues on prior AA flights.
