Poor service. Rude and unprofessional staff. Not enough food or beverage service.
The flight was overall great. I very much liked the price, the fact that I was allowed to take two big suitcases, and the sitting was overall ok space wise. The crew was kind and the food was OK. I am very likely to make reservations with this airline in the future!
I did not like the fact that there was no WiFi on the flight. I also did not like the fact that the selection of movies was quite limited and not very recent. Finally, I did not like the fact that there was very little service on the flight. I would have liked to see more beverages (hot and cold) offered throughout the flight, and the clearing of meals done more rapidly.
The airline canceled my return flight without notice because I did not board an earlier connecting flight.
Nothing to like on this trip
The trip was scheduled to depart at 18:30. Arrived Airport around 16:30 to be shocked that the flight was delayed to 01:50 next day (i.e. seven and half hours). The ground staff advised that the flight was rescheduled to the new timing two days before. RJ ground staff claims that they informed all travel agents of the new timing. I verified with my company and the travel agent and they advised that RJ did not contact them at all. The irony is that I am an RJ Royal Plus Gold Frequent flyer member and RJ has all my contacts details and send me emails and messages all the time, but they fail to alert me at such critical and urgent situation. Most annoying that the ground staff did not even apologize for me and the other passengers specially the European old man in a wheelchair. Instead of arriving Amman at a civilized 19:30 we arrived the nest day at 04:00 next morning. Big blunder Royal Jordanian.
