I like the people and the crew and the plane.
That my bags had to be checked for an outrageous price of 50 euros per bag.
Clean plane, good snacks and coffee, etc., smooth flight.
Check in at Budapest was chaotic and disorganized; when we arrived at the check in desk after waiting twenty minutes we were told we couldn't check in there, but had to check in at a kiosk and return.
flight and flight crew were very nice
check-in process - they would not start check in until one hour before flight and then there was only one agent for boarding passes and one for checking luggage if you already had a boarding pass
crew was pleasant once on board
Very last minute posting of gate and then was late with no explanation. They were a bit rude at the gate to some fellow passengers and I feel it was because they were heading to Albania.
The food the service and the flight
Worse Flight ever seen . they charge me $210 for my handbag when I'm stop in Jordan Air port for connection to fly to US right before the airplane door . they told me if I don't pay they will cancel my ticket .
After we landed, me and my wife had to wait for 2 hours to get our luggage. Once we arrived home and started unpacking, we realized that the one of the suitecases must have been opened, as we found one piece of a pair of shoes that does not belong to us, one of the plastic bags in our suitecase was torn, my wife’s makeup was thrown apart in the suitcase and 3 of our perfume bottles were missing. I’m not sure if they were stolen or were misplaced during the most incompetent and disrespectful suitcase search ever. We were really disappointed and felt violated.
Food, seat and entertainment are awful
The service was rude and they couldn’t give us an explanation as to why we couldn’t ge tvoarding passes when we booked 3+ months ago.

food on each flight was not the one requested/ Called the customer service and specifically told them that my mom (the traveller) is a vegetarian and while her journey to the US, she did not get any food, had to eat only fruits. They suggested the Hindu meal and i happily agreed, but the exact same thing happened. Hindu meal turned out to be non-vegetarian Indian food! Never ever would travel by this airline again... lesson for life! would bad mouth about this airline whenever I can!
Food was okay and it's commendable that the airline offered hotel rooms for passengers with long layover.
The plane should be at least clean. Sat close to the window twice and it was dirty with some weird stuff. The seat beat was also dirty.
I complain to the manager and he doesn’t do anything about how the customer service treat us And if you know the manager you don’t charge for extra luggage - and if you don’t know him you charge for anything extra
The staff provide an excellent service on board. They are constantly available to assist and provide. I will travel with them again and again.
seats were little comfy handrest where not even. choice of movies were basic. clean not a bad flight. food was decent.
the stewards were accommodating and always with a smile. Bathrooms kept clean. check in easy.
Upgraded to business class at the ticket counter for a very reasonable price- comfort and ease.
The gate from Boston to Cairo in Istanbul is too far away. My plane left Boston one hour late so I had only about 50 mn to run from gate 200 to gate 712. Also in Boston the called all the family with children from business AND from economy to board first the we the Business we started to boarded after which was one hour after boarding time. That was REDICULOUS. Turkish Airline team was so slow and unprofessional unlike the team in Istanbul. But on the plane the service and food was excellent. Mervat Ali
Do you like crying babies and kids running around the aircraft? If yes, then you would have loved this flight.
Everything. This was the worst star alliance flight i have taken. No control over the passengers, and kids. Screaming children the entire flight. I was not able to sleep at all. They did not dim the lights until extremely late in the flight. Business class lights were dimmed several hours before economy. The staff at gate check-in was not helpful. My seating assignment was separated from my wife. I was told they could not move me. I was originally set to be seated next to a young mother and baby. I switched with her husband and another passenger to be seated next to my wife. Why do I need to arrange a seating assignment that should have been obvious? Plus they did not credit me with my mileage. Thanks, never again.
Service. Very professional staff. Great food and drinks.
There was a delay with boarding. Then there was a delay with leaving off, maybe an hr late and then we arrived there was a delay getting off. I did not get off the plane until 630 even though plane arrived at 549 exactly.
Flight attendance service is great
