Kiwi.com took our money and then encouraged us to cancel our flight to San Jose saying they would assist us with a refund. They never assisted us. So we lost the flight and $1200. DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING THROUGH kiwi.com

Cons: "Departure time was 14:47. To be in waiting area 13:47. We started "boarding" (getting on the bus) at app 14: 17 or so. That's when the "fun" started. Bus arrives at plane, which apparently was all but ready for boarding (the stairs were not at plane. Must have waited (with two buses behind us) for half hour or more. Then the stairs were moved to the plane for boarding (or so we thought). Bus driver moved to the stairs, but cocky co-pilot found it more important to argue with bus driver. At certain point, we drove off again, with one bus following and other bus, believe it or not, went on plane. Back at the waiting room, absolutely NOBODY provided info. Police was brought into the waiting area for "comfort". Back to the plane at 16:00 or something. So far, no excuses, or explanations. At certain point the cocky co-pilot and captain were "exchanged" for new cockpit crew. At that time it seemed the announcement system wasn't working properly. Engineers on board etc. At 17:17, 2.5 hrs after scheduled departure, the captain welcome's passengers. As if NOTHING has happened, no apologies and/or explanations for 2.5 hr delay!!!! It is shocking how the crew dealt with this and the complete lack of respect for its passengers!!!!"

Food, AM domestic business class food options are not the best, it was a turkey/cheese sandwich on a white bread with heavy mayo, and milk rice-while delicious, also very heavy on the sugar"

BJX airport was easy to get off, get my bags, and get out of the airport quickly. Seats were comfy and as a nighttime flight, I was able to sleep easily from takeoff to landing."

I use BA all the time for my trips to Arizona I go two or three times a year and the service is second to none always on time with a good crew taking care of me
At the end of the flight we had to listen to an extended infomercial for the American Airlines credit card — this went on no less than 7 minutes for the first installment, followed by another addition of another 3-5 minutes or so. There’s no reason to do this. Also, this was a 7-hour flight across the Pacific and no food was offered for sale in coach — sorry, but this is riduculous, not even an option to buy a sandwich?

And as a little boy, he cannot sleep straight and he has to lean to a stranger's shoulder? Thankfully I got a nice gent who should have sat next to him who were so kind to exchange seat with me. It's all in the attitude.... hopefully my attitude is not as bad :-) But maybe the gate agent was so tired for it was the last flight from ONT, at 1 AM. Bless her heart! Cons: "I expected more from British Airlines, maybe my expectations and reality didn’t chive?"
Pros: "Crew was very attentive"
Cons: "We got the extended leg room seat we asked for, but next time I will be a bit more particular about its position. The problem was we were right behind the Business/Economy partition, which a) limited our stowage and b) it was a passageway for passengers getting from on aisle to the other."
Pros: "Not much, except that I got to Nashville."
Cons: "I was told that boarding was about to stop, and that the doors would close any minute. As it turned out, this did not happen for at least 30 minutes. I was among the first on board, and really worried I'd miss the flight. The bathroom sink was out of order, no way to wash hands, a health hazard!"

Cons: "Plane was late to arrive so we were delayed about 30 min. However we had sufficient notice from BA and KAYAK regarding the changes."

Cons: "I didn’t like that I had to go through security twice once upon arrival and once in London. i also wish I would have booked a different airline so I could have had a direct flight. That wasn’t a problem with this airline though, just my negligence with research."
Pros: "American Airlines is kicking your guy's butts when it comes to comfort."
Cons: "Tiny seat for international flights is nearly inhuman! I became an overnight contortionist sensation whether I liked it or not."
Pros: "Things went as planned in the beginning. The young lady who checked me in at the BA counter was very friendly and helpful. The preboarding and boarding went very smoothly as well."
Cons: "The plane boarded as usual then things went wrong. There was apparently something that went wrong with furl getting into a separate storage tank (that's scary in itself...how does that happen?) and they announced that they couldn't get the fuel tank to fill completely and the mechanics needed to get a "special tool" to complete the process. Then they needed some "tool" to drain the fuel from the mysterious storage tank. That was done and they announced that they had decided that they had plenty of fuel to make it to Denver. An hour and a half later of sitting in a sweltering hot cabin the y announced that the mechanical issues were taken care of BUT we'd have to wait another 20 minutes to take off because of the traffic waiting to leave Heathrow."

Cons: "Seats size for business class doesn’t meet level of business class"
Pros: "Service was really good"
Cons: "The seats for business class were economy seats but with the middle seat being a tray!! Expecting bigger seats with more leg room. Disappointed."

Cons: "We where not able to take the fligth's due to a passport issue, according to Netherlands rules my passport should be valid 90 days before entering the country and my expired July 29, 2018, when i booked no one advised me of such rules. I'm trying to contact Brittish Airways to see if I can be refunded."
Pros: "We landed at Heathrow. It too 30 minutes to get off the plane. We parked on the tarmac and had to ride a shuttle to the terminal. There was no time to get through security and make our flight. WE have sat through on stand by for 2 flights. It is not promising that we will get to Paris as scheduled."
Cons: "No too happy right now."
Pros: "On time and smooth flight."
Cons: "We were packed in like sardines. There were no plugs to charge devices."
Pros: "All BA personnel from check-in to landing were outstanding, professional."
Cons: "I had requested and been assured there would be a wheelchair waiting at Heathrow to transport me to my connecting flight in terminal 3. I never got one. We kept being told to walk to another place and there would be one. This went on all the way to the plane which was already boarding."
Pros: "Excellent customer service."
Pros: "Lucked out with a pretty empty flight. Food was actually good and there was ice cream which was quite a nice perk."
Cons: "We were late..had issues with carry-on unnecessarily... They didn't even serve water"
Pros: "Me and my husband were upgraded from world traveler plus to business class, which we are thankful for"
Cons: "We were unable to order special meal online and were told to contact onboard crew for meals. When we contacted them inflight, they said they don’t have meals!!! And we were left to starve the whole night, while food was served for all around us. The really shocking thing is none of the crew had the courtesy to offer some snacks or bread. These especially when we were seated in business class!"

Cons: "Terrible, horrible, humiliating, scammy experience at check-in. Will not be flying British Airways again."
Pros: "The seats assigned."
Cons: "A couple of mishaps by the crew with no acknowledgement. One of the flight attendants dropped an empty soda can on the floor which was dropped on my toes (I had taken my shoes off) and picked it up with no acknowledgement or apology, even after I screamed out of pain. I was speechless that I didn't even object. In another incident, when asked for food option, I chose chicken vs pasta. When opened my hot plate after 2-3 minutes, I found out I had tofu in front of me. I called the flight attendant and they came over, acknowledged I had the wrong food just to inform me they were out of chicken at that point. If you make a mistake, please offer something in return to make the experience somewhat better."
Pros: "The crew are always nice, trying to compensate for the lack of service provided by the company. sadly, its not enough anymore."
Cons: "Everything.. Check in was a nightmare, only one representative for over 50 people. and much more horrible behavior from once a great company, today nothing more than an over paid low cost one."

Cons: "I ended up calling American Airlines and they changed my flight completely. I will never be using Kayak again as you made a stressful situation even more stressful. You don't care about your customers at all. If you did you would have a customer service here in America"
Pros: "Service was great. The plane was big and confortable."
Pros: "787 is a great plane and was very comfortable. Even my 6'6" husband praised it. Cabin crew went above and beyond in all respects."
Cons: "While I prefer beef to be cooked rare to medium-rare (and mentioned this) on both legs the meat was well-done and dry. This is common to many airline steaks, and may be an unavoidable consequence of the limitations of preparing food on board. (Though I have had reasonably prepared meat dishes on certain AA flights). All dishes are highly under-seasoned, but a packet of salt and paper is provided, so this is not a curial concern."

The crew also were quite hasty with their passes through the cabin. I didn't even realize they were handing out arrival cards until they had already passed."

Cons: "Air Canada flight from Ontario to SFO was operated by United. Our flight was delayed by 2 hours and we ended up missing our connection. The customer service on the phone from both Air Canada and United would not take responsibility and continued to advise to call the other company to reschedule the flight. Not only did we miss our connection but our checked bag was rerouted onto another flight with no formal notification."

Cons: "I hated that my first flight was delayed a whole day and I had to fly out of a different airport to get to eugene. To add coming home I tried to upgrade my flight to Ontario to an earlier time and they refused to do so and said it would cost $75. I felt the least the airline could do was let me fly home an hour earlier since they delayed my flight a whole day but that didn't happen."

Cons: "The plane landed to San Francisco earlier than scheduled, but we could not get off the plane due to the gate not available. We were stuck on plane for about half an hour and I really worried about making my connection. I hope such arrangements are conducted more smoothly."
Cons: "TSA took forever, other than that. My flight boards at 0540 and I got there exactly at 0545. The plane already made its way to the runway and wouldn't wait an extra 10 mins for passengers to enter."

Cons: "I paid good money to be back by 6am however I was delayed and had flights cancelled which made me get home 10 hours later than I should have. This was an overnight flight, so all the places to buy food were closed- United didn't offer snacks or blankets or really anything for the troubles. There were kids also stranded."
Cons: "The cramped conditions. By the way, please add a "N/A" or "not relevant" or "not interested" option to your rating selections. Or allow categories to be left not rated. There was no entertainment on my flight and even if there was I probably wouldn't use it. I don't want to leave a rating at all for that but there's no way not to."

Try some politeness with the "idiocy" of passengers slammed into a window seat by your automated seating computer. Next. To fill out the forms provide please offer a pen. You can put your name on it if you like, make it a gimme pen. I tried internet unsuccessfully, then joined United Club to get wifi, only to discover after too late its only at the airport; then tried go go wifi; only to discover we flew out of range, again no notice that there was a particular range - your inflight ap services are not friendly revealing the shortcomings of a purchase."
