The movie selection is great also having some on there that are still in theaters is a huge plus."

I was informed from Tripit that the flight was delayed, not by Delta. Reservation personnel took logical course of action to find new flight for connection that we could make because of delayed initial flight. I would recommend that they first see if there is an earlier initial flight that the customer could make, then look at finding later connecting flights. We found out about delay 8 hours prior, so we had plenty of time to get to the airport earlier. Total delay required me to take additional day off of work."

Cons: "Delta airlines has very poor costumer service. THE WORST I HAVE EXPERIENCED. I wasn't the only one feeling this way, I witness a couple people fighting on the phone like me. When my 1st flight was delayed I asked to be rebooked then and the delta employee insisted that I would make my connection. I didn't make it. This is not all. I could have gotten to a near city several hours after but on the same day, but the mediocrecy of this employes did not allow me to get there until the next day at 7 am. Happy new year to me. This two women (or one of them) on the phone, lied to me. There was an option to get me here and one of them failed to do their job right AND LIED TO MY FACE ON THE PHONE. Just unacceptable. I will sue them, I had an under age waiting for me in Cancun and a pet with me!. With no food or access to do its necessities. AND THERE WAS AN OPTION THAT "they missed" on porpuse."
Pros: "I was bowled over to learn in flight that the lowly steerage (economy) passengers--and everyone else had a selection of 3 complimentary meals! Who does that any more! Unfortunately, the only vegan option ran out just before my seat, but I was still amazed and pleased....and have ordered a vegan meal in advance for my next flight. Incredible! Plus, plenty of room for bags, good video selections, and power at all seats. I love Delta and will fly them more often!"

She might not feel comfortable helping a senior citizen but don't be so loud or make a face of disgust."

The flight from AMS to Moscow was missed. - We spent 2h in a linewaiting for the service desk to rebook the tickets - Then, we spend more than an hour to get the hotel - Then waiting for the shuttle another 30 minutes Unexpectedly poor and slow service. The next working day is ruined with the flight in the middle

Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

Once on the plane the Airbus seats were truly awful and should not hold a person for 10+ hours. The wifi also never worked."

Cons: "The airline features an upgrade yourself bid option that starts at a minimum bid. We went above this and got rejected, only to find there were still open seats. They tried to then upsell is at 4x the cost which makes the entire thing seem terribly dishonest. After calling customer service, they hung up on me. It’s clearly a scam to extract more pricing data from customers."
Pros: "The staff were welcoming and friendly. They kindly reminded us of safety, but also due to me not making up my mind for drinks I asked for a ginger ale later in the flight and the staff were sweet enough to give once they finished what they were doing. They also were good at accommodating when my partner was unsure what food he would like and gave a good suggestion. Thank you, the Sheppard’s pie was delicious."

Cons: "Some of the flight attendants were very unprofessional and I could hear them in the back while taxiing for take-off complaining about the job. The food was terrible and was served 3 hours after take-off. Every flight I've taken to Europe has at least had extra water bottles in the back of the plane and this flight had nothing. However, my flight from DUB to SFO was great. The flight attendants were happy, the food was good and they had extra water bottles in the back of the plane for everyone to use. I think the service suffers significantly on flights to Dublin from the US."

Pros: "Flying overnight across the U.S., and then the Atlantic, to Dublin would have been very difficult if not for the accommodations and service provided by Aer Lingus. The reception was warm and comfortable. The in-flight food and service was perfect. The environment was conducive to sleeping during this red eye flight."

Cons: "My original flights from Dublin to London and London to Munich were cancelled. The booking agency Webjet did not inform me about the cancellation. I noticed changes to my schedule three days before the flight and requested a rebooking. The entire leg to Munich was rebooked by Webjet but again I had to call and ask for an update since they don't issue a second round of confirmation emails."
Cons: "One of the on flight crew members was extremely rude, ignoring repeated request for coffee - skipping my husband when she was offering routinely in order, didn't respond to several calls after she skipped then gave him water, acted annoyed when he reiterated he wanted coffee like everyone else. Also insisted my sleeping 7 yr old upright his chair for beverage service when everyone around us had their seat reclined(the people around us were all Caucasian btw) and she didn't seem to feel the need to remind them."
Pros: "The crew was pleasant and accommodating to me, my wife, our 3-year-old and 1-year-old for both legs. The planes were in good shape and everything was on time. The balthrooms were clean and felt spacious. I didn't eat the dinner because we ate a large dinner before the long flight. I did tasted it and it was good. The selections of movies was also very good."

Cons: "There wasn't any notification prior to booking process, with regards the need to get visa from the airport where I should be transiting for 2 hours only. After I booked and paid for nonrefundable, unchangeable, uncancellable ticket, I got an email asking me to get a visa in order to be able to transit for only two hours in Toronto airport. The visa takes at least 2 weeks, and my travel date was only few days ahead!. The rough lady in air Canada, plus the bad service and advise by the travel agent who advised not to take any action as it is only 2 hrs transiting and I won't be in trouble, all of that makes me not to recommend anyone to use your weird website. I had to stay 20hrs in the airport to book for another flight."
Pros: "Both British airline and Aer Lingus service was 5star. and kayak did its job they made reservation super easy."

Cons: "I injured my leg before flying and Aer Lingus were very unhelpful and unsupportive. They had promised to speak to my doctor and then didn't, I was promised assistance in the airports which never materialised and when I checked in I was promised a spare seat next to me to allow me to stretch the leg out. This was taken away from me once I was on the plane and I had little space and comfort. I wouldn't fly Aer Lingus again unless there was no choice."
The de-planing process could have been better in Buenos Aires - it took a long time before the aero bridge was connected - not the fault of Air France..
The cabin crew was friendly. But boarding takes forever and the flight gad long delays on both inbound and outbound flight

Cons: "There are two types of foot-rests, both are a nuisance for people with long legs. The one popping up from below one's seat is extremely hard to put back in place. The metallic one folding down from under the seat in front cannot be secured back and is always in the way if the passenger needs to stretch his/her legs. This seems to be a new appliance, and I jut wish they would do away with it altogether. More is not necessarily better."
