Pros: "I LOVED the comfort of the ample seating space and leg room, compared to American and free WiFi and movies with the individual monitors on the seat backs for every passenger. I flew Jet Blue on my return flight from LA to Boston to attend our son’s USC graduation. The flight from Boston to LA was on an American Airlines flight. The seats were super narrow with very cramped leg room. To add insult to discomfort , I learned just after take off on the American flight to LA that our dogs got loose at home and the person caring for them was frantic. I had to purchase in flight WIFI ($16/ hour $18 for the entire flight) to attend to the Lost dog issue (hugely stressful) only to learn after the flight that $300 worth of fraudulent charges occurred during the flight that my bank’s fraud department claims occurred as a result of entering my card information to purchase the internet access. That depleted the majority of our travel budget. (We live paycheck to paycheck and had pinched & saved to be able attend this special event) I was so apprehensive on the returning flight and can’t describe my relief to learn the WIFI was free. My fears dissolved as did my aching head and back as I settled into a wonderfully comfortable seat with far more leg room than my prior flight. Thanks Key Blue! You have a fan for life!!"

Also the control to my entertainment was on the right side, where the middle person kept changing my channels and volume. I would have liked for it to be on maybe the left side where no one else could touch it. (I sat at a window seat) The guy next to me fell asleep and so it was super hard to get to my controller (although there is one on the computer, he was still messing with it with his elbow)."

The plane was delayed for takeoff due to a/c problems. Too bad that was not discovered before boarding and forcing us to sit in the fairly uncomfortable for an extra hour and a half. The crew did not seem overly helpful."

It's a red eye flight ... I'm sure most would take at least a water. Meanwhile First Class was served every two minutes for everything they wanted ... and us folks that make up the rest of the plane ... we don't count? So, everyone basically went to the fridge to get drinks. Water wasn't even offered ... huh? Also, your seats were ridiculously crammed ... extremely uncomfortable. Other than that, I'm glad we made it to New York."

Cons: "1) The time of this flight is a bit much. I understand that it is close to my home but I know if Jet Blue adds 1 or 2 more flights, they would totally get booked up. The leaving JFK at almost midnight and then the time difference is horrible. 2)This flight had a child that got sick and we were delayed about 40-45 mins. Totally worth it but it made for an even harder time getting in at almost 630am PR time. 3) The turbulence was horrible. We were warned but so many customers were getting sick. Its was unpleasant to say the least."

Cons: "The seats in my row were filthy. Not only was there food on the seats but there was crusted food on the pull down tray. When this was brought to Peter's (the steward's) attention he handed me a napkin and water to clean it myself. Absolutely unacceptable. I don't think I'll be flying JetBlue again."
