Boarding was easy. clean plane, crew was very friendly. I was very concerned though, when we banked left and did a complete circle in the air. An explanation from the captain would have been terrific. I made sure I was the last one to leave the plane and asked him about it when I saw him at the exit. He told me what happened but I would have liked to know while it was happening. Besides that, the coke and pretzels were divine. :)

There was a lot of turbulence, but the pilot warned us before we left Cancun. We made it home safely, so I think it was an excellent flight, the pilot can't control Mother Nature. The service was superb, as well. The restroom was clean, despite the abundance of people using it.

The boarding process was very confusing and hectic. Luggage took longer to retrieve. The best part was the crew.

We left right on time and arrived a little ahead of time. Both take off and land were smooth. Personnel on board very attentive and courteous

Flight fare does not include no amenities not even a sip of water. You have to pay

I paid Volaris extra to use the CBX bridge. They ate that money because our boarding passes did not have the information and we had to pay again. On the way home the Volaris agent insisted we had to pay the Mexican immigration tax as foriengers. However, Mexican law only requires it after a week and we were there for only four days. Then another Volaris agent said my aunt couldn't fly within Mexico with her Mexican ID. He insisted she needed a passport. This airline is either completely incompetent or robbing people. They don't even offer you water on a three hour flight.

Row 19 on a 737ER is great for room, as long as you don't plan on reclining (I rarely do in a daytime flight)

A little overcautious regarding seating the cabin crew because of possible turbulence, but better safe than sorry, I suppose. However, it is a common occurrence on this particular leg, so don't board knowing you might need to take a "break" before you get to Atlanta.

Well after going through a terrible storm to get to the airport we were given a opportunity to up grade to First Class for a very reasonable rate. That was great.

Paid top dollar for crappy service. Won't fly delta again
