Pros: "I liked the service to see if there was a chance to upgrade because of the connecting flight and even though there was a delay in the plane arriving to Alaska, the quick turn was excellent and we were in the air within a short period of time."

In all my years using this app this was the biggest disappointment ever!!!!"

Aisle was barely longer across than my foot, and the guy next to me was a bit bigger than average, leaving me to have to scrunch in my seat the whole flight. Lots of elbows, butts and hips knocking into my shoulders as people boarded."

Cons: "Our original flight included a connection that overlapped and needed to be changed. I brought this to the attention of Kayak/Aeromexico and the flight appeared to changed for our entire party of six. When we arrived to depart from Akron-Canton there were MAJOR issues with Delta acknowledging the change on their end. We waited at check-in for an hour and half before this was resolved. This also happened when we left Cancun and almost missed our flight. Our daughter also had to put on stand-by in Atlanta due to this fiasco. We spent another two hours working with Delta customer service trying to get her a seat on our flight back to Akron-Canton. Had we not been to Cancun airport extra early AND had our flight delayed in Atlanta we would have missed both flights. This was without a doubt the worse experience we have ever had!! It should have been caught and resolved before I ever had to get involved. I am very disappointed and unhappy with the service offered for the tickets we purchased. This was extremely stressful for my wife and kids and tarnished our vacation. This was totally and completely avoidable!!! You can and should do better to service your customers!!"

Cons: "The flights were both operated by Delta but booked through WestJet, and the flights themselves were fine. The booking was through WestJet (found the flight on kayak which kicked me over to West Jet's site) and check in was a pain. Their code did not work for their site or Delta's, I had to FB message them both leaving and returning to ask for the correct one, and the first request took them hours to answer. I'll just book Delta next time and save myself the trouble."

Cons: "My one complaint is the bathroom layout of the A320. Two tiny closet bathrooms in the back for all of coach and a much larger one much larger one first class (which is like 5 rows with a mesh curtain for separation). The coach bathrooms are so small a normal person can barely get in and turn around to close the door. I question whether a larger person would be able to actually use them. I also saw the flight attendant actively turn away coach passengers trying to use the first class bathroom when it was open (not standing in the aisle or anything annoying like that). That's ridiculous to have 2 tiny bathrooms for all of coach and also to make people walk all the way to the back of the plane when you are seated much closer to the first class bathroom."
Cons: "The Cancun airport provides a terrible experience for transferring between flights, especially if you need to change from the international terminal to a domestic terminal or vice-versa. There is no way to get between terminals inside security and the free shuttle is slow and overcrowded. Meanwhile, one is forced to run a gauntlet of taxi and shuttle drivers trying to get you to pay them exorbitant fees to drive you to your terminal. Once you finally arrive you discover that there is no dedicated baggage recheck for an international arrival. Just don't buy a ticket that transfers in CUN."

When the gate changed, they sought us out and informed us. Very nice of them. Too bad the gate changed again! There was a wheelchair waiting for us in MPLS to transport my wife. We were placed in more roomy seats at the front of the plane for the flight because of her handicap. Much appreciated. Stewards were friendly and professional. Going to Vegas in two weeks with you guys. See you then."

Cons: "I arrived to the airport about 50 minutes prior to departure due to an unexpected delay. After a poor experience with the online check-in tool (it failed to allow us to check in & wouldn't let me purchase a checked bag), my girlfriend & I made it to the check-in desk about 40 minutes before departure (which has never been a problem with any other airline). The receptionists practically laughed at me when I asked to check in, and without missing a beat or even checking anything on the computer, they told me that the plane was already on the runway waiting to depart. We asked if they could help us book a make-up flight, and they practically laughed again and said, "Yeah, for next Sunday." I found this hard to believe that the plane was on the runway so early. The whole experience was very unpleasant, and we received little help from them. After a half-hour wait on the phone, I was offered a voucher for another Sun Country flight. Very dissatisfied with this. I appreciate the direct flight from MSP-SAV, as I don't think any other airline offers it. But I don't think I'll fly with Sun Country again."

Luggage was delivered to our hotel same day but we still lost a day of vacation due to the wait."
Cons: "Unexpected traffic from an accident delayed arrival and airport, that coupled with long lines made for time tight, girl in front of me at security was also going to my flight so I wasn't too panicked and tad kept telling us it was going to be ok and we'd make it but they pulled me aside to pay me down at security then my companion ran on ahead, they let her on the plane and then shut the door right as I was running up. Then the last was extremely rude to me and told me it was my fault and everyone else made it on time so why couldn't I, them when the second gate agent was going to put me on the new flight the ride lady told her to put me as standby, the agent inquired as to why and said there were open seats, she said do it, standby. And then smirked at me like she'd put me in my place. I was speechless, never delt with suncountry employee who was rude. Really disappointed with this experience"

Calling Sun Country, the hold time was more than an hour."

Cons: "I was a passenger on a Frontier flight from DIA to TMA on 5/13/2018. My luggage was checked and a tag indicating the bag was to go all the way to the final destination (there was a stop in St. Paul, Minnesota) was securely placed on the suitcase. However when I arrived at the Trenton airport my bag did not. There were no Frontier airlines agents on duty so I filled out a form given to me by one of the airport staff. When I checked the Frontier website today it said to fill out a Frontier Lost and Found report. Upon doing so I received an email saying finding a lost bag could take weeks and that after a month they consider the bag permanently lost. No offer or process was provided for compensation for lost bag or the items within. This is unacceptable! I had prescription medication in my bag that's not easily refilled."
Pros: "We landed in Denver 30 minutes ahead of schedule and I must say that the flight attendants were great at making sure that our needs were met. We will be flying frontier again!"

When my family boarded the airplane, we went to find out that the row we were booked into seats (31) did not exist on this plane. The rows went to 30. My parents and aunt who are elderly had to wait standing at the back of the plane until the stewards found us new seats. Before we boarded the airline they announced that they were overbooked and were asking for people to voluntarily give up their seats. When we boarded the plane, there were about 8 stewards in training on the flight. If the airline had oversold seats on this flight, why were those training not held back for the next flight instead of making their customers wait?"

Over half of the Frontier flights leaving Denver that night were delayed by an hour or more. No snow or rain or wind to blame it on either, just poor planning and overall poor organization."
Pros: "While TSA made me late for my flight by 5 min after having arrived with more than enough time for any normal airport. They made sure I was on that flight and they were amazing! I would mark them down for the food and entertainment but it is a budget airline and I knew this going in. If you want a flight with the extras included you're gonna have to pay more for the ticket, so it all works out in the end to be the same. I upgraded to the package that included all my bags and seat selection and it was still cheaper than any other airline I looked at."

It was cheaper to check 1 bag, but the wait was too long. Everyone was on board the plane and we had to wait 30 minutes to leave because "paper work" wasn't complete for the flight. This delay seemed unnecessary. Only water was complimentary on the flight."

So I didn't get any updates on the flight or prompt to check in. The website/Check-in process is confusing and full of bugs. Then when I boarded, they'd apparently assigned my seat to two people."

When we did arrive in Salt Lake we had to wait another 45 minutes to get our baggage so that we could go home."

Cons: "THEY CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING as an extra. You can't book the worst seat on the plane in advance without paying for it. They charge for drinks they charge for carry-ons, they charge for checked bags, etc. They are the reason the law should pass that says you must disclose all the extra fees at time of ticket purchase."
Cons: "was not clear when i booked the flight that their would be a charge for everything. There is a charge for all types of baggage except one personal item which you had to shove under the front seat which leaves you know leg room on a already squeezed seating error. So it was awful painful. Then they wanted to charge you for assignments which was never clear. They they wanted to charge you for any water or snack. I felt like they where going charge me for walking down the isle, using the bathroom, walking down the ramp. There customer is over seas and sucks. They service sucks. Frontier is the worst airline and I will never fly them again"

Cons: "Delay announced of 2 1/2 hours, but posted at gate a delay of 2 hours. Passengers rushed on to plane at 9a, a 1 hour delay, then sat on plane until 10a. Plane taxied toward runway for takeoff, then recalled to gate to pick up a crew member. So, a 2 1/2 hour delay occurred anyway. A total clown show!"

Cons: "I booked a flight with Frontier based purely on the price difference vs. flying a real airline. This was a huge mistake- due to weather in my connecting (not destination) city, I was told I would be stranded for the next 3.5 days. The only way to get to my destination was to book a flight on a different airline on less than 10 hours' notice. I am familiar with low cost airlines (Spirit domestically and RyanAir in Europe), but the entire experience was pathetic and made me seriously regret not paying a little extra up front to fly a real airline."
Cons: "They get you with the seemingly low fares but make up for it with obscene charges for everything from water to even a simple carry on. Then they make sure to squish as many people as possible in as they can with the thinnest, cheapest, least comfortable seats money can buy. I will only ever fly frontier again if it's my only option."

As if I couldn't already get the gist sitting on the plane waiting waiting waiting. Finally, we get rolling, but never is there any acknowledgment that we've been waiting or that they're sorry for the continued delays or something nice yadayadayada. Last Spirit flight I'll take."

Cons: "Weather problems first delayed the flight a couple of times and after a long long period of waiting in the airport it was cancelled. No control over the weather. However- with a only single Spirit representative person at at the counter helping all the others similarly affected- I waited about 2 hours in a very long line to have my flight rescheduled for 30 hours later. She was very professional. So, there was not enough staff to handle the problem and there were not enough planes or other flight options to handle the problem in a timely fashion. A 2 and 1/2 flight took me about 30 hours. Spirit works when it works... great for short flights, ususally! But it sure did not work for me this time and I will never fly Spirit if there is any time constraints or I can see any potential problems with getting to where I need to be in a timely and comfortable fashion."

Cons: "Flight was delayed 40 minutes on the way to our destination and over an hour on the way back. Seats did not recline at all and are small. I waited for finding the least expensive flight and found that every bag whether carry on or checked bag has a cost. It costs to print out your boarding pass from the airport. Once your boarding pass is purchased you then have to pay for a seat on the flight. If you want a snack there is a fee attached. So much for a less expensive flight. It would have cost less to go through an airline that combines everything and they would have had some entertainment for a 3 hour and 40 minute flight."
Cons: "I was randomly selected by the airline to do an intensive screening. And when I was minutes late to my flight I had to reschedule for the next day. And now I have to take THREE flights just to get from Florida to Colorado today. Over the course of 13 hours. No help with a hotel and very little consideration. If you don't figure out how to take better care of your fliers in these situations. Then they won't ever fly with you again. Costing you more than it would have costed to help with a hotel. But it was nice flying with spirit when I did! Thanks! Never again."

I will say again, however, that I was disgusted to be hit with a $50.00 per bag charge for checked luggage with absolutely no forewarning. So on top of over $600.00 tickets to visit grandparents, I had an additional $200 in baggage charges for the trip that I had no idea was coming. I blame both the airline and KAYAK for this sneaky, hidden fee. I will never use Spirit or KAYAK again."

Cons: "My first flight was cancelled, I was fortunate to get on a second flight, but it was supposed to leave at around 7pm and kept getting delayed and we had to waif for a new captain and finally left at past 11:00 getting into Minneapolis at past midnight. I therefore had to take a taxi to my hotel with whom I had .been communicating all night. The hotel rewarded me with free internet, that was cool. It was totally not their fault. The bottom line is Spirit did a few things wrong (the weather is not their fault): they didn't communicate well with us at all - no one knew what was going. I don't think there was good communication with in the Spirit staff. For example twice we were told to prepare to board, people lined up and then were told - once the plane was suddenly cancelled and the second time, that we had to switch gates and the third time that we had to wait for a captain. Maybe they should have more pilots on staff."

Horrible service, but u get what u pay for with with spirit. Learned my lesson and will pay little extra to not fly spirit airlines."

Cons: "Plane was supposed to board at 2:45, but didn't even arrive at the gate until after 3:00, and still had to unload. We were finally on board by 3:30 (departure time) but the pilot blamed it on getting the paperwork late, and said we now had to wait for fuel. During that time, a couple storms moved in, and we ended up sitting on the tarmac for over an hour. It's one thing to be late, but it was a pretty pathetic attempt to divert blame to the crew at the airport."
