The service was great. However the lounge only gets passing grade

I appreciate that KLM was proactive in informing me of the 2 hour delay which enabled me to replan my travel. It was a bit stressful not knowing whether my connection from Montreal to Ottawa was happening. But the ground and air crew did a good job at comforting and assuring me.

Cabin crew professional, polite and friendly, boarding was seemless, but come on KLM surely you can do better than a pack of cheesy biscuits as an inflight snack

Cabin crew were excellent, very proffesional, polite and friendly, in flight snack was underwhelming, a packet of cheese biscuits, im sure KLM could run to a sandwich!

This portion of the flight was through Indigo. A local carrier. So all economy seating. No real service some refreshments for purchase standard economy stuff.

You should not have to pay for WiFi in business class

Overall very positive. Boarding was quick and organized. Cabin was clean and seats were reasonably comfortable. Cabin crew was excellent and the meals provided were also of good quality

They only had vegetarian food left on the flight which I wasn’t happy about. I didn’t get any food to eat at all.

Overall very poor. Flight was disorganised, staff were rude and this is my second experience with KLM that I've had baggage go missing. It feels like, if you are an economy customer, KLM staff do not show you any care. I shall never fly with KLM again. Worst airline in Europe

Following a paid seat upgrade for enhanced comfort, I encountered an unacceptable odor in my assigned area. It took three hours for the crew to relocate me, and the replacement seat was unacceptably close to the lavatory, offering no improvement.

Good overall. Cannot fault the airlines. I have had better entertainment systems before ie ice in Emirates but it was not too bad. Food was decent and staff were friendly.

Flight took off an hour late. Had to stay on the tarmac for half an hour after landing. Both annoying.

We had an unfortunate experience where we had to leave the aircraft after boarding, shortly before the scheduled takeoff time, and re-board. The reason given was that a passenger felt ill and had to cancel their plans and therefor their luggage had to be found and removed.

We’ve used VA before many times the experience is always been good they have lovely staff and the food is always delicious.

Everything about the flight was amazing from check in to boarding entertainment was okay food we didn’t try.

Great flight. Departed early, arrived early. However they were out of meals for sale. Also, we arrived early and the gate was not available so we sat on the taxiway for quite a while (not JetBlue’s fault).

Cancelled flight with no specific instructions to get a boarding pass for another flight. The whole flight of people were in line for an hour because there was only 1 person to help at the desk. This was unusual for JetBlue.

My encounter with the entertainment services provided on board was moderate; the functionality of the Wi-Fi connection was either sluggish or nonoperational, while the display screens were antiquated and suffered from poor visibility. Traveling with JetBlue from NYC was convenient as accessing JFK airport was straightforward via the LIRR to the AirTrain. Maneuvering through the terminal was hassle-free, which was a pleasant start to the journey. However, the flight experience itself left much to be desired. The seating arrangement was notably uncomfortable; despite securing a window seat, space felt cramped. This was exacerbated by the middle seat passenger encroaching on my area, which made the flight less enjoyable. Additionally, while the in-flight entertainment system initially seemed like a reprieve, the sound outlet on my seat was inoperable. This issue turned what could have been a manageable three-hour flight into a rather tedious ordeal, as I was unable to use the entertainment system effectively. While JetBlue provided a smooth process in terms of airport logistics, the on-board experience highlighted areas in need of improvement, particularly in terms of comfort and entertainment system maintenance.

From my experience, I see there is room for a greater mixture of cultures, for example, a mix of the nationality of cabin crews, food, music, food, etc.

After nearly nine years without traveling, my son and I decided to take our first flight, and we chose Air Canada and I’m so glad we did! From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of amazing. The flight itself was smooth, comfortable, and truly enjoyable. The staff were warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel at ease. But what really stood out for me was the luggage tracking feature. Knowing that my bag was scanned onto the same flight I was on gave me such peace of mind. It’s little details like this that make all the difference, especially after not traveling for so long. This trip was incredibly special for us, and Air Canada made it even more memorable. Thank you for such a fantastic experience I wouldn’t hesitate to fly with you again!

My experience with Air Canada has been horrendous. My first flight was delayed 6 hours causing me to miss my connecting flight thus extending my stay at the next airport for 15 hours because it made me miss my connecting flight. They also added another flight to my trip adding more time to it. Overal my flight duration which should have been 15-16 hours to return home has been increased to 33+ hours and the only thing I was given was a 10 dollar food voucher. Talk about a spit in the face. Air Canada is Probabaly the worst airline I have ever been on. I hope no one ever experience this. I am still waiting to get home and another one of my flight is delayed. I am here fearing that I might miss my other connecting flight that they added to my trip and thus adding more time to my trip.

They kept changing the gate (6 times in 30 minutes) and then left us on the plane for 4 hours before departure. Likely was the storm, which is understandable, but the lack of communication and the e constant running between gates at opposite ends of the airport really threw me and my friend for a loop.

The experience with Air Canada was nowhere near what I would expect considering the ticket price. I feel as though I was robbed and had horrible, the worst I've experienced across any industry, at every touch point throughout the flight. I will never fly Air Canada again and will do my best to discourage everyone I know from choosing this airline as the experience was so horrible I would not want anyone I care about to have to fly Air Cananda. Shame on you Air Canada - you set a new low standard.

Was good all around. Crew, food, paid for extra legroom, as 10+ hour flight Like the 787 as I don't have any problem with my ears, due to the planes pressurization.

I had a pleasant flight and was able to enjoy one of my favourite movies. The crew was friendly and helpful and I also was able to enjoy a nice bottle of wine.

The boarding call announcements versus the Staff announcements versus the digital signage board on the out-going and returning flights WERE NOT IN SYNC. I was sent through check and re-checks 3 times. WHY?

I ordered short ribs for main course. It tasted sweet, really sweet. Horrible.

When checking our bags we were told our bags would go through our final destination. This did not happen. When boarding, after group 3 it was a free for all, everyone boards. When served lunch, I asked for anything without dairy, I was given popcorn and gummy snacks. She said she would come back with more options, she never did. Also, when traveling through London, they don’t tell you your gate number until 1 hour before flight leaves, causing everyone to run to their gate.

Full flight, but crew was great. No wifi and no seatback entertainment, so had to read...argh!

The screen didn’t work and I didn’t get the seat upgrade I paid $300 for. They were no help with that,

The crew did not really interact with me which was no problem as I was fine. I did see that they were somewhat short with some passengers but that was not common. Just in general, they did not seem friendly - no requirement to be so but I am used to a friendly crew on most flights. The food was just ok but with a flight that large, I would think it hard to make something more elaborate.

Paid $180 for seat selection, and selection essnt honored. Have to call for a refund.
