Delayed for three hours. This seems to be CAL’s MO when flights aren’t filled until they fill it. Business class is nice but not luxe like other airlines. Lots of space and amazing staff.
At check in I had to pay for my seat that I already paid for on purchasing my ticket. The flight was over an hour late and the plane smelt gross.
There was no music on the flights unless you came with your headset.
It was good but the food was small for the duration of the flight.
I wrote to the entertainment and food OK because it was non-applicable All excellent
I enjoyed the smooth flow and well coordinated boarding and the very courteous attitude from the cabin crew We look forward to flying with ya’ll again
The crew was excellent, check in was easy ,the food wasn't good, movies should be recent and more selections
We booked Caribbean Plus and Business Class.. The problem was that in Toronto the staff we would collect our bags in POS, but we had to pick up our luggage in GEO, do immigration, and customers, and go from one terminal to the other with all our suitcases and 2 kids.. Not nice and not cool. Wont do that layover in GEO again
Ground agent in geo need to know that the customers are the ones who pay their salary she had really bad attitude this was the check in counter agent. Also why does a pax with a working permit for another country needs a return ticket ? That don’t make no sense I have been traveling my whole life on a one way until ticket and never had any problem. Caribbean airline need to do better with the ground staff and on board service, asked for a glass of water I’m still waiting for it !
When I booked my flight I choose a seat which was the window in the middle of the aircraft. My seating was change without notice and I was in the middle seat which cause me anxiety. Hated this whole flight experience
The WiFi would not connect enough for me to do my actual work. It permaspooled, disconnected, said it was connected, then wouldn't open an email... it was frustrating. I am not a tall person, 5'4" - and I felt cramped with little room to reach into my bag under the seat in front of me. I feel sorry for anyone taller than me having to fly. the one positive thing I will add, is the overhead bins are roomy enough to manage more bags than other carriers.
Everything about the flight was lovely. My only suggestion would be to offer a few more options of tv series from Apple TV or HBO.
The flight was delayed multiple times, again no fault of American but again the extra cost, for everything makes it feel like a cheap airline! Especially when flights are outrageously expensive already
Didnt realize i had bought a seat that couldnt recline. Not horrible as it was very short flight.
Typically, I am always impressed with American personnel. These you run into the rude old hags that are still around. I can tell over my 40 years of flying with them, they have made strides in improving their attitudes.
The gate changed over 6 times in the 4 hours before this flight having us walking all over and back again. The agent told me that the American app and the airport monitors are not reliable and I should Google the flight number for accurate flight information! Shocking tip but the gate still kept changing anyway and then the flight was delayed an hour because of another maintenance issue. Not a great experience.
The flights was delayed by hours and it was the firmest landing I have experienced in my life. My back is still sore.

I have traveled with American for decades since I am based in Dallas, it is rare that I do not use them. I upgrade or I get upgraded to business class regularly. I notice the difference in the crews based on when they take drink orders. Before we take off or waiting until we are 20,000 feet up. This crew was exceptional. We had two people working business class while the plane loaded and everyone was served before takeoff. The attention to detail by the crew was exceptional. All I had to do was look up and eye contact was made and I received what I asked for. This is truly why I fly American. There are some routes where the crew do the very least and some that are exceptional. This was certainly service that other crews should strive for.
Much much better than my previous times on British Airways the food was spot-on and the service was really genuine and attentive
Good service from BA. Wish flight was non-stop to London from Grand Cayman.
The internet was horrible. Plus they charged me $25 for service that didn't work which should have been free since I'm Concierge Key. The flight attendant Rick Young was excellent. Greeted me by name and very attentive.
I paid for business class…. And was counting on the usual packet of toilettes to be provided. They were not because not enough were brought on the plane so they could t give to some and not all. So no tooth brush nor eye cover. Then NO coffee since there was no hot water. The lay I er too short because of delays and my luggage didn’t make the next flight!! It is now a day later and I am awaiting to hear if my bag has arrived. Very inconvenient!. I suppose I need to be glad that I spend over $4000 since I doubt those in coach or premium economy even made that next flight..Heathrow is the worst.
The plane was clean. The crew were lovely. Food was good - but seat 1D is a poor location. - the crews cupboard is right near your feet and they visited them frequently swishing the curtain from the galley onto my feet everytime also creating a swish of cold air each time & then slamming the door.
Ran out of food. Special ordered a kids meal too. Didn’t have that either which doesn’t work on a 9.5 hour flight. Only had vegetarian meals left which was tomato sauce on bread. Ran out of all soda half way through the flight. No baggage space for our carry ons. Inattentive flight attendants. My family of 4 was trapped, uncomfortable and ravenous on a 9.5 hour flight.
Better and more attentive crew and more food options. Leg space is very tight.
Lost my belongings, Crew fail to follow safety and regulatory requirements in 2nd leg of flight from London Heathrow to Copenhagen.
No onboard entertainment. Seats that did not recline and food for purchase only for a flight where we in seat for 5 hours.
The entire trip from providenciales to London Heathrow I recieved no meal or snack , there was some sort of issue with British Airways catering services which was unfortunate for the Airline but even more for the customers , I felt that with a 12 hr flight predetermined there should've been a contingency plan to follow , I was disappointed and upset about the situation and feel as if there should have been an offer of compensation , especially given the fact that the airline staff knew and made the announcement of the unfortunate situation. I hope that I never have to relive this again and for a better future flight experience.
They cut off check in at 1 hr, while we were in line, & sold our seats.
Delays, changing flight times and screws us up when connecting with another flight . It’s the same ole story. Bahamasair don’t care and no one holds them accountable.
Poor, every time it’s Delays, delayed by 3 hrs to depart and still waiting in airport as another delay with no updates , Bahamasair is the worst and they are not interested in improving.
I love everything about bahamasair. Especially the safety they have for the people. I don't care how long they delay once I reach safe that's all. They made me not afraid to fly anymore
Going the plane was late and then Bahamas Air chartered another plane to take the passengers to San Salvador.
Flight was delayed more than 2 hours in departure. Boarding was lengthy and passengers were very rude. I waited on the plane for almost an hour once boarded and it was very hot. The passenger next to me was clearly I’ll: coughing and sneezing the entire flight.
Booked thru you. Paid and was supposed to have 1 checked bag and seat 3 C; with the same for my wife sitting on the opposite side of the aisle in 3D. At airport we had to pay $ 25 each for 1 bag each.. we’d were given seats inn row 17

Bahamasair needs to shut down. All staff are rude, not experienced and lack character! We arrived to the airport with more than enough time and due to the strike that the airport is having we were stuck in TSA and unable to catch our flight due to the Bahamasair staff!
Flew St Vincent to Barbados on an ATR-40 (?), seating about 60 passengers. Pretty tight in there. Flt. attendant was very friendly. Short flight - up & down in 40 minutes.
No food, no entertainment - half-hour flight (up & down) Smallest plane I’ve ever been on - maybe 60 passenger capacity?
I've had bad flights with InterCaribbean before (cancellations, no gate agents, etc.), but this one went perfectly smoothly!
Long delay. No AC on the flight from Barbados to St. Lucia.
Did not get to travel, you canceled my flight and left me stranded for the hole day, it's another day and I can't get to my destination. I will not recommend any one to this away, bad service
