I expected the plane to be as the one I took from manaos to Bogota and unfortunately it wasn’t as nice, the sits didn’t recline and there was not onboard entertainment.

i was charged $140.00usd for my backpack the only luggage i had was my backpack

More than 3 hours of delay and not even a snack was given.

Seat space was terrible no food on a six hour flight

Boarding was very expedite. The chairs are fixed you can't rest comfortable during the flight.

No comfort at all. You should add at least 1 meal or a bottle of water. I wanted to buy one sandwich and everything was gone.

There was absolutely no food or drink service unless it was paid for. I am not used to this.

There was no bag included in the reservation. The price was double. Not properly advertised

The temperature was cold and the food that we had to pay for was awful. The crew didn’t even offer a free glass of water. It was a long, expensive and uncomfortable flight.

They could offer food and drink without having to pay extra for it,
