Checking in and getting to gate fast and leasy at Laguardia airport. There is no entertainment on the plane and food was for purchase. Great experience flying with spirit

Flight was delayed for 12 h. They should stop overlooking flights.

Got surprised by passing an additional fee when selecting seats. No snack or drink offered. Will never use spirit again.

Went as planned. No wifi included and no screens. No free snacks. Didn't buy food so can't rate that. Unable to charge devices on plane. Staff were friendly and flight was fast, cheap and convenient.

I paid for the seats in row 3 to embark and disembark quicker but the passengers in the 2 rows in front of me take all the overhead bin space so I am forced to put my luggage 5 rows back. I even opened one up right above my seat which had room but as I was going to fit my carry on a flight atendant said it "was reserved", Just giving my money to a regular airline next time.

The flight itself was great except for an air traffic controller delay. We left 30 min late but they made up most of the time in flight. The booking was frustrating, as we chose a certain flight and it was changed four times. We got to Orlando several hours later than the original flight we chose.

Terrible. Poor communication from staff about why we were trapped on the plane for over two hours before even departing. Terrible customer service from flight attendants. Incredibly uncomfortable seats

Spirit was on time. They maintained updates and information. The crew was friendly and professional. Because this is a budget friendly airline, they have dispensed with a lot of frills and part of that comes with a price, for example, the seats are not quite as comfortable as others. I am ok with a pay for beverage and snack service as I prefer my own anyway so this was not a concern. I thought overall, having a great flight crew and on time service was definitely worth losing some of the frills from other carriers.

Terrible. I never made my trip to Puerto Rico and my layover flight from IAH to MCO was delayed over 3 hours and made me miss my connecting flight. I spend 2 days in an airport just to have to go back to Houston. This was a trip for my birthday and I lost money on this trip. I understand the situation with Venezuela affected flights but it’s always something with Spirit.
