Not happy. Can't afford such high fees to reschedule flight to see my 82 yo parents. I would have to fly first class to have room for my broken leg now. Doctor won't approve flight since this just happened 3/28/17. But, I can't pay so much more to fly home after surgery....near the holidays. Just makes me sad. I had insurance on 1 flight so i hope i can get 1/2 of my ticket price back. Yup, I messed up the insurance on the 2nd flight. My bad. So I'm out for 1 ticket, and a broken leg and torn ACL and I didn't see my folks. Can you do anything to help me, United? Please? Thanks. Pretty tough week.

I left New Jersey during snow storm. Flights had been cancelled on the previous days but our flight was not. It did not leave on time, had to switch planes before we actually took off. My luggage was lost. I did not make my connecting flight. Had sty over in Panama. Got to my destination a day late without my carry on ( checked at the gate...lost). Still have not located my other 2 bags. Very stressful expirence. Will not fly united again. Staff at my lay over was poorly trained at handling the situation and my luggage issue is taking a very long time to correct.

Nothing, absolutely nothing.

The flight attendants were pretty much what I've come to expect on U.S. airlines--overweight, older, and sloppy in appearance. One of them looked like she had rolled out of bed ten minutes before arriving at the gate. It was the complete antithesis to the flight attendants on Hong Kong Airlines. Ah, for the good old days of air travel. Before the plane ever took off it was announced the the entertainment system on the seat back ahead of those in comfort seats was not working and wouldn't be for the duration of the flight. Having paid an additional $239 for the comfort seat in the hopes of making a 16-hour flight go by a bit faster, this was unconscionable. The food was far inferior to Hong Kong Airlines. In short, it was the trip from hell.

united customer service quickly booked new flight for second leg as I was not going to make it in time

I did not like waking up super early in the morning only to sit at airport for 3 hours because an escape hatch leaked and got the radios wet. only to have the nearest tech over an hour away. and for him to not be able to do anything but let it dry out. Then the flight attendants did not even do a beverage service.

The flight was late due to maintenance and caused us to miss our connecting flight to Chicago. American Airlines customer assistance at the airport was absolutely terrible. They were rude and inconsiderate as they kept suggesting to fly standby. We shouldn't have to fly standby when it wasn't our fault why were late. They told us our bags would be ok going to Chicago and they we would make the flight, but we did not. I do not know why didn't wait for us considering there were 8 others that also missed the connecting flight. We had to fly to Denver and stay overnight with no luggage and catch a 7:00am flight to Chicago. The last surprise I received was my damaged bag when I got back to Chicago. Thank you for making this trip memorable in a terrible way. I will never book or recommend Kayak or use American Airlines again.

The flight to OHare was fine. No problems whatever. There was no entertainment. The juice was ok.

The snack I could not eat for dietary restrictions.

Not happy. Can't afford such high fees to reschedule flight to see my 82 yo parents. I would have to fly first class to have room for my broken leg now. Doctor won't approve flight since this just happened 3/28/17. But, I can't pay so much more to fly home after surgery....near the holidays. Just makes me sad. I had insurance on 1 flight so i hope i can get 1/2 of my ticket price back. Yup, I messed up the insurance on the 2nd flight. My bad. So I'm out for 1 ticket, and a broken leg and torn ACL and I didn't see my folks. Can you do anything to help me, United? Please? Thanks. Pretty tough week.

united customer service quickly booked new flight for second leg as I was not going to make it in time

I did not like waking up super early in the morning only to sit at airport for 3 hours because an escape hatch leaked and got the radios wet. only to have the nearest tech over an hour away. and for him to not be able to do anything but let it dry out. Then the flight attendants did not even do a beverage service.
