We sat for a weather delay at our destination and no drinks or snacks were offered.
The check-in process in Rome at FCO with Delta was the worse I have experienced. First the app didn't work so almost every passenger had to check-in. The line went literally out the building. Delta only has two people at the counters. After about 1hr they brought two more. The boarding process was regular nothing special. The food was awful, dull and cold. The crew member were super nice and professional.
I do not understand why you don’t offer Wi-Fi at a rwasonable cost
They finally asked people to only approach if they were actually called.
Delayed boarding otherwise all was great. Had the Comfort+ seating which was decent. A bit more room than what is normal these days. Free Wifi for the whole trip was a bonus also
We were making a move to Mexico from the U.S., and we were amazed at how pleasant the trip was. We had quite a few pieces of luggage, and everyone was extremely helpful. The crew and staff from both Delta and AeroMexico were great, and made our trip as easy as possible. Thanks to all!

Cons: "I booked KLM flights (Cork - Tampa return) but the planes were in fact Aer Lingus and Delta. So I have no idea what KLM is like. When I checked in at Cork the ground staff could only give me a boarding card for the first flight. For the second one she said I would have to go to the Delta counter in Amsterdam. It was difficult to find a counter there or staff as check-in was all by computer. The computer kept saying 'error' when I put in my code. I eventually was directed to a KLM desk (nicely hidden). I was told that my seat no longer existed. At this point the flight was ready to board. Thankfully the KLM ground staff were extremely helpful and reassuring and upgraded my ticket to economy comfort. On the way back, I could only get a boarding card for my first flight. The second two I had to collect at the boarding gate of the second flight."

EVIL SPIRIT It was only a 3hr flight so we didn't care about the comfort or ameneties to save a few bucks. Got boarding passes 24 hrs in advance, then departure time changed no less than 6 times before we took off. Spirit "customer service?" didn't even know. Transport from our hotel got re-arranged several times and we ended up sitting in the airport for extra hours (with little ones). Minimal staff on baggage check created long lines. Rude boarding clerk said "next time, print your boarding passes" (tough from a hotel room). Very Rude flight attendant (a feeble old man named Pasqual) threatened during boarding to throw off anyone who didn't wear their mask properly "you'll have to find another way to Hartford, but it won't be on Spirit". And "don't try to eat a bag of chips for 6 hrs. That won't work here" That was a general announcement, not directed at anyone in partiucular. Several other snide remarks. It's fair that a discount airline cut some corners on the extras, but it doesn't cost anything for courteous staff. Our Frontier flight to Orlando was excellent but we picked Spirit for the retun trip for a better departure time, which didn't work out anyway. Next time it's Frontier round trip!

Pros: "The cabin was pretty clean and in good shape"
Cons: "The person checking in luggage did not speak clearly or loud enough; he mumbled words and was not super friendly or enthusiastic. The flight time kept getting delayed about 3-4 times; Then pushed up. The pilot told us the incorrect baggage claim carousel number. Waited about 20 mins before passengers figured out luggage was coming from a different carousel. Some flight attendants spoke in a rude tone when boarding."

Cons: "Anout 15 minutes after everyone boarded the plane, we were instructed to get off. Multiple times changes to the duration of delay from about 2 hours delayed, finalized to a delay greater than 18 hours. I missed my non-Spirit connecting flight, a required flight to a destination Spirit does not fly to. Am I getting reimbursed? No. I just get 2 $50 vouchers."
Pros: "The pilot kept the passengers informed and made a very good landing in Orlando. The agent at the check-in desk in San Juan was quite competent."
Cons: "They were late departing San Juan and late arriving in Orlando. The sticker near the boarding door said they had the newest fleet in the air but the leather on the top of all of the seat backs looked worn and the carpet by my seat needed cleaning or replacing. The crew in the passenger compartment didn't seem to be wearing any kind of uniforms or matching clothing. I never saw a cart come down the isle. They were also quite slow in deplaning the passengers. They required the passengers continuing on the flight to deplane so that they could clean the aircraft for the next crew after which those passengers reboarded."

Cons: "The flight we were on was delayed 2-1/2 hrs. We finally took off and when we were approaching Lagaurdia we were put in a holding pattern for 40 min. I know spirit can't control certain things. However my son flew the same flight one day earlier and his was delayed as well. I flew spirit several months ago and was delayed. I'm seeing a pattern here. And the price for a carry on bag is rediculous."

The lady next to me ended up moving since it wasn't a completely sold out flight to give our row a little more room! Didn't realize everything has a cost but your seat! But I guess that's why the prices are cheap!"

Cons: "after nickel and diming, flight ended up more expensive than contemporaries. My seating area smelled strongly of vomit. Planes were consistently and unpredictably late. Every flight my party took was late (4 flights) but the amount late changed nearly constantly during the 6-8 hours leading up to the flight. From on time to 2 hours late."
Cons: "I'm only about 5'9" and my knees are literally bruised from pressing into the seat in front of me. Seats don't recline at all. So cramped and uncomfortable. No TVs or entertainment of any kind. Don't even get water for free."

Pros: "Kept us waiting because of mechanical difficulties for 2-1/2 hours and then told us flight was cancelled. No more flights that afternoon."
Cons: "They just automatically transferred everyone to next days's flight, which would have just transferred all the drama to next morning, because obviously there were already seats sold on that flight. But that wouldn't have helped me anyway because I was leaving on a cruise ship the next morning. Couldn't help us find flights with any other airlines. I had to run through the airport looking for another flight. My first and last time I try to fly with Spirit."
Pros: "Great deal, price was so low, great crew, flight was on time."
Cons: "Yes, you have to pay for a drink/snack, yes, if your bag doesn't fit under the seat in front of you, you'll have to pay extra, but if you know this in advance, than you pack lightly, in a small bag, and allow for the $5 drink if you want it, the fares are amazing, worth it."
Pros: "Though airplane ticket prices are cheap they get you in other ways. !st of all you have to pay for a seat, 2nd you have to pay $55 for carry on luggage... thats right $55 FOR CARRY ON LUGGAGE!!! $25 to fly stand by. NO wifi on the plane. No leg room, there isn't even a seat pocket to place items in. CHEAP snacks and they want to charge $3.50 for a CUP OF NOODLES. Plane was late and dirty. To top it off an employee overheard myself and another passenger discussing all of this and she became angry. I guess its good that she can defend her employer. I FLEW THIS AIRLINE ONCE YEARS AGO AND SWORE I NEVER WOULD AGAIN...THIS TIME I SWEAR I WILL NEVER FLY THIS AIRLINE AGAIN..EVER.. AND I SUGGEST NO ONE ELSE DOES EITHER."
