(If you know you have customers with short connections, why leave early to make their connections even shorter?) Then told us they would not pay for our hotel since it wasn’t their fault. Gave us a “discount” with a nearby hotel that was more expensive than what you could book it for online. Had to wait several hours for them to get us back the carry-on luggage that they insisted we check in the first place."

Nobody can hear or see anything. Why not use the big LCD displays at the gate??? In the plane they had to restart the computer system as some TVs were not working and it took longer than they said. Toilets were kind of stinky and I could smell them from my seat on row 26. Blankets are way too thin for the blasting AC."

Canada->USA->Mexico is not International???"

I understand that the fault didn't lie with AA, however, the rate for changing the ticket borders on the ridiculous. I have to travel quite a bit as of late for work, I am doing all i can to Avoid using American. There were others on the flight that paid for first class that didn't pay as much as me and i was stuck in boarding group 6. It really feels as though American is only in it for the dollars, not the customer service."

Cons: "1. Departure gate gets inexplicably moved to an entirely different concourse. 2. Gate agent offers to check bags through to destination, then when I go up, offers to gate-tag my bag. Why did you say you could check the bags through, then? 3. The long, ridiculous AA boarding process consisting of 9 groups and 2 short lanes, taking about 20 minutes to get 30 people outside. 4. 30 people wander around outside on the tarmac, trying to find a sign for Albuquerque. 5. BAGGAGE HANDLERS tell some of the passengers that the planes have been switched, and we should now board the plane marked Flagstaff. 6. Gate agents come outside, receive information from -- again -- BAGGAGE HANDLERS -- and then tell everyone to go back inside. 7. Once inside, gate agents tell passengers they have no idea what is going on, where they will be departing from, or when. 8. Gate agents tell passengers to go through the (long, ridiculous) boarding process a second time, and get on the second plane on the left. 9. A couple of PASSENGERS remind the gate agent that the baggage handlers specifically said that plane was not going to Albuquerque. 10. Gate agents change their minds, and tell passengers to get on a different plane. 11. We finally get on the damn plane."

They had no flights that would get us home on the same day, then claimed that since 12 hours had elapsed, we had to repay to check bags. During the flight, they had non stop commercials for their credit card. Ugh"

But I wouldn't want to be seating in them for more than 2 to 3 hours top specially on the window or worse a middle seat. The crew was attentive up to a point (just saw them boarding and when given a cracker and some water during the flight). I think American can do a better job providing comfortable seats or even a nicer meal during flights."

Cons: "One FA seemed visibly annoyed with me; I'm honestly not sure what I did. I am a FA for another airline; didn't identify myself as such but always make sure to not be "that passenger." During two beverage services she did not ask me if I wanted anything but simply looked at me with disdain and sighed loudly. She wasn't rude; just not friendly and I never once saw her smile. She seemed tired and annoyed. I understand that feeling. I've been a FA for 16 years, still junior at my company, but it reminded me how important body language and facial expressions are when we work hospitality and customer service in the public eye. I hope everything is ok with her and I'm sorry if I did something that irritated her. I didn't get her name."

Cons: "When traveling with a service animal, it's kind of a given that I would be seated where there would be room for my dog. My dog is 70 pounds. There was no room for him to sit in front of me. The flight attendant just says "he can't sit in the isle". I asked her where would you like him to go? She says "not in the isle". A 2nd attendant was able to move me to a front row where there was space for him to sit on the floor in front of me."

I’ve never had a bag lost before or ever had the pay for water in flight. Went to the frontier counter multiple times looking for assistance and not a single agent to be found. Absolutely never flying with this horrible airline ever again."

I know your bottom line is profit - so shrinking the passenger seat/room when the population as a whole is expanding makes flying overall a not good experience. I am waiting for you all to officially charge us for Cain air seperately."

Cons: "If you're in the mood to arrive at the airport at 5 o'clock in the morning and then circle jerk for 12 hours only for them to tell you at the end of the day that they cancelled the flight due to too many customers demanding a refund… Feel free to fly Frontier. They delayed the flight hour by hour keeping us hopeful all day. Never fly with frontier. Book with kayak, but not for Frontier, unless blowing a whole day in the airport is your thing. They have ZERO loyalty to their customers and don't think for a second that they will accommodate you for the return value of the flight to book another flight the next day. They will refund the 3-month-in-advance cost of $160, but that $320 ticket the next day will be on you."

The Frontier cabin crew spent most of the time on both of my flights in the front and back of the cabin talking among themselves. Both flights made you feel like a sardine. Get you on and off as quickly as possible so they can get the next herd of sheep on board for the next flight. No seat adjustment button. The refreshment tray attached to the back of seat in front of me one half to one third the size of trays on any other flights I have ever taken."

Cons: "We flew from Philly to San Francisco, stopping at Denver and Las Vegas. When we arrived at Las Vegas, we were told that we could stay on the plane or get off the plane and re-border later. We chose to get off the plane. We expected to board first at the boarding time (at least before zone 1 was called), but we were asked to wait until our zone (zone 3) was called. To me, passengers from Denver to San Francisco who get off the plane at Las Vegas should be allowed to board first."

Cons: "The seats were very tight, not much leg room or side-to-side room. The seats were VERY uncomfortable-just a piece of contoured fiberglass with a thin layer of pleather over the top of it. Seats do not recline so you are stuck in the contour of the aircraft seat design for the duration of the trip, which in our case was 4 hours. They boasted that it was a new aircraft and that they had purchased many more so your chances of being uncomfortable increases greatly. Good luck with that!"
