Cons: "During the boarding process in miami my carry on was “too big” to go in the over head bin, so copa members told me I had to checked it even though I never had to check my carry on before and I needed it because I was traveling with my month and a half daughter, customer service in MIA is really bad overall for international airlines going to Latin America"

Pros: "Not a single thing. Flight was cancelled and we are being held captive in Costa Rica. We have been given multiple excuses why. Overbooked, weather and the 737 max issue. We just want to go home. Please help us. We have been trying to check in for our new flight with a 20 hour itinerary for 30 minute"
Cons: "lost my luggage, did not give me veg meal I ordered, tiny seat that was broken."

Cons: "So, because I was 3 mins late to the gate, they made me spend another $320 for a fligh next day. I'm still in Panama city. Its unbelievable how the plane is still there, with the corridor that takes the passengers to the plane still attached to it, and they can look me straight in he face and tell me they cant reopen the door. While I'm stressfully paying an extra $320 and knowing I'm going to lose 1 whole day of my vacation in Rio because of one little detail that could be solved by opening the door and letting me in, I see the plane there sitting in the same spot for another 15-20 mins without moving. Worst company service ever. Unbelievable. I will never fly with these people again."

Cons: "Boarding was from front to back and soooooo slow. The connection in Bogotá was impossible since it took almost 2 hours to go through immigration. What a nightmare. After missing our connection, the Avianca Special Services associate wasn’t rude and non-communicative, and preferred to text her friends instead of attending to us."
Pros: "The seats were comfortable and more variety when it comes to entertainment. And better head phones!!!"

Cons: "Avianca is notoriously late. To be delayed for over 3 hours was extremely unacceptable. This is the last time I will fly Avianca. I would prefer to pay more for another airline than to save money nd risk being delayed. Never again."

Cons: "They cancelled my return flight at 10 pm the night prior to a 645 am flight. I suspect they just decided to cancel the flight since it did not have many people, but I don't know for sure, since no explanation was given. Instead of flying from MVD to BOG to NYC, I had to go to Lima, then San Salvador then NY. On top of that, I had a business class ticket, and my last leg from San Salvador to NY was in coach."
It was fine. I didn't love the food but it was at least a real attempt at serving a meal, unlike my earlier flight from Nashville to Dallas.

Cons: "Our flight from Dublin was delayed 2-1/2 hours. So we missed our connecting flight to SJC. Instead of flying back at 5:15 PM we flew back at 8:13 PM. But that flight didn’t leave until 9:00 PM. They rerouted us to fly into SFO which is about 1-1/2 hours further than SJC from our house. Not good!"

Cons: "I had selected seats thru justly.com. Paid extra. I was not given the seats I had selected. American Airlines refused to acknowledge the confirmation for seat assignments that I had received thru email from justfly.com and Finnair."
Cons: "When my husband retrieved his luggage, it smelled terrible- like dog poop. We had to drive home with the windows down & throw away the baggage when we got home."
Cons: "Check in at originating and connecting flight very difficult. American Airlines could not find reservation on British Airways system. Was asked multiple times if I truly was booked on the flight. Four+ hour delay due to mechanical issues, delayed by union issues."

Cons: "Terrible boarding process (boarding groups one and two together for the first time, so even though we were group two priority, we did not get on until the middle of three and no overhead bin space left). There was no snack/beverage service. We did get a tiny bag of pretzels and were supposed to get either water or juice, but we never saw a beverage. Also, my seat's entertainment did not work. The worst was the HORRIBLE TINY ECON SEATS!!! Unless you are a child or a small woman/man, I would avoid this flight if at all possible. I have never been so uncomfortable on a flight, and I fly a dozen times a year for the last 25 years."
Cons: "Real pain trying to switch planes in Frankfurt. Kept being sent to different areas of Airport. Lufthansa employee's didn't know where we were to go. Would have been nice to have been escorted to where we had to go."

Pros: "Having a nice breakfast at Ruby's in between flights. Houston is a beautiful airport. When my sciatica got too painful from dragging my baggage allover the airports, United instantly got me setup with a wheelchair and a very helpful person that made everything more bearable. The food was overpriced but good."
Cons: "The long walks between domestic and international terminals. and broken people movers. Houston is huuuuuuuge!"
Cons: "Flight 1039 dec 16 was delayed due to late inbound arrival to Aruba. United gave the reason "delayed Maintenance" which United denied as mechanical failure. We missed connected flight to Albany. United gave us only option: morning flight to Washington and then To Albany which is inacceptable option. We took rental car. Also: Workers at Newark do not coordinate. Super Slow and give disinformation."
Cons: "The crew was very rude, I was told I had to store my purse, the person next to me wouldn't store the carry on baggage, I needed to take scheduled medicine in flight, I couldn't as my purse was stowed. I was delayed for over and hour and a half after arriving. I had to stop and eat in the airport. With chronic health issues addressed this way I will probably not use United again."
Pros: "Delays because of fires , had to wait in line close to 90 minutes but when we finally reached the ticket counter the agent moved took great care of us and we made to Boise only an hour late even with all the delays and confusion . Excellent job , one of the better customer experiences I’ve had flying !"

Cons: "I get it’s a cheaper airline, but to have seats that don’t recline & charging for water seems a bit excessive. The fee for the carry on luggage is just ridiculous, too. It’s practically the same price as checking your bag. Attendants were not very friendly, nor organized."

Cons: "The seat are not comfortable they are to hard. No headphone provide by the airline. May you can add a soda and some chips in to the flight even if you add 10 dollars more in the ticket is not going to cost you more then 2 dollars."
Pros: "I liked that I can have my boarding pass emailed, so it's available on my phone. But it's incomplete. NO BAR CODE. Two trips both times no barcode on the emailed boarding pass. The email has a disclaimer that it might not display on certain phones. ITS A LIE. I have an iPhone 7 with the Gmail app. Both with latest updates. I also forwarded to my iCloud account and there's no bar code in the boarding pass."
Cons: "On the outbound trip, my flight was delayed 2 hours. On the return trip it was also delayed two hours. 100% of my flights with Spirit Airlines were not on schedule."
Cons: "My flight was overbooked plus it was delayed two hours on my overlay so I missed my flight. As I got to customer service they told me they didn't have a flight until two days later and that I would receive my refund for another 24 hours."

Cons: "45 minute departure delay and 45 minute gate delay. Because of the all day delays in this run there were several delays. Due to the extensive delays we were required to wait in the taxi area for a gate to be assigned to our plane."
Cons: "Outrageous baggage prices, little information about charges, had to print boarding pass at kiosk even though I already printed it online. Kiosks weren't working. Very uncomfortable, cramped seating, no cost savings."
