Service was slow Flight was very loud at back of plane

There was no internet on the flight. As an executive flying during prime business hours, having internet is critical for a smooth experience. This impacted productivity and time that will need to be spent later to do the work I could have done on flight.

Terrible boarding - 4 flights boarded from the same gate. Chaos there; long ramps to the plane.

Comparing premium economy trips to other airlines United performs poorly in regard to food, service, bathroom cleanliness etc

They took us all the way to Monterrey to tell us they United were not allowed to land and we were sent back to Houston. Terrible experience.

Fine except from Chicago to moline three different gate changes and flight times

The food could have been better and the entertainment could have better movies or streaming.

Connection times always good online, but not in reality when first leg is delayed (2 out of 2 times this trip).

My wallet fell out of my pocket ( my fault). Staff claimed they looked while cleaning. Said they didn't find it, but was actually found in Washington DC on the plane. Which mean either they didn't look or don't do a good job of cleaning. Now I have to pay 27 dollars to get it shipped back and have no wallet for my entire vacation
