Cons: "I had a three hour delay because of a maintenance problem with the aircraft. As a result I missed a connection to São Luis de Marañon and had to spend on a Hotel and a few to change the flight."
Pros: "Not a single thing. Flight was cancelled and we are being held captive in Costa Rica. We have been given multiple excuses why. Overbooked, weather and the 737 max issue. We just want to go home. Please help us. We have been trying to check in for our new flight with a 20 hour itinerary for 30 minute"

Pros: "I was seated in exit rows both ways, so there was more leg room. I really liked that they gave one full meal during the flight and then a snack just before boarding. It is a long flight, so no food - or just piddly snacks - would have been miserable. The movie selection was good."
Cons: "The odd crew member was a bit grouchy, but that happens everywhere."

Pros: "Very comfortable seats on a new airplane. In premium seats (i.e., business and first 8 rows of economy), there was a good variety of inflight entertainment. The flight was smooth and easy, and you could actually understand the captain on the overhead speaker!"
Cons: "Air wasn't very powerful, and it felt quite warm. Not enough beverage services for such a long flight, especially when we weren't able to bring our own water bottles on board (security check at the gate immediately before boarding -- liquids not allowed). Food -- nice to receive two meals, though they were so-so in quality. Half the crew was very friendly; others barely cracked a smile."
Pros: "We were 7 people traveling together with 4 kids and the system gave us the emergency exit seats, the check in took over one hour (both ways) once inside I have to ask passengers to change seats with my kids because the crew didn’t do it"

Cons: "American Airlines changed our seats after ticket purchase so that we were not sitting together. We chose seats at check-in in San Francisco so that we could sit together. When we landed in Miami we discovered our seats had been changed yet again and we were seated in different rows, middle seat!"

Pros: "Amazingly professional, informative crew despite having had been diverted at the last moment and dealing with multiple issues from laptop freezing, an uncooperative passenger and delayed take off. My hats off to this crew; we had a smooth landing and very pleasant experience on board."
Cons: "The terminal was under construction and extremely crowded. We could have used some help from the ground crew shepherding people, keeping hallways clear. Would probably be useful to not have gates immediately opposite each other both trying to board with space being so limited."

Cons: "The United app did not update the boarding pass and the gate never appeared. Had to check the board at the airport. The flight was delayed. The entertainment in the flight was not up to par. There were hardly any new movies to watch and the software is old so the app kept on freezing when watching the movie."

Pros: "Made a 50 minute connection (from Milano) flawlessly. We were going to SFO and the LAX connection was even closer, but United/Lufthansa helped those passengers with expedited transport. Impressive. In contrast, we missed a SFO-Frankfurt-Nairobi connection a few months ago due to VERY sloppily organized security clearance there (and no help from Lufthansa). Moral: Don't try for transfer times less than 2+ hours in Frankfurt when coming from the States no matter what United/Lufthansa says!"

Cons: "RST to ORD to SEA took 16 hours because of non airworthy United planes at RST. First one cancelled, second fixed after several hours but SEA connection missed at ORD. Fortunately AA had a ORD-SEA flight available or I'd still be in Chicago"

Cons: "1. The flights within the US and Canada was delayed. 2. The United Airline staff in San Francisco told me to pick up my luggage when I get to Seattle despite of the fact that my final destination was Vancouver. I questioned the staff about this ata this seemed odd, but he insisted that I pick up my luggage in Seattle. Upon arrival to Seattle I went to the baggage claim area to find out that my luggage was already put through to the connecting airline to Vancouver. This resulted in me having to go through a long line of passengers to do all of the security checks again to enter the international airport gates. This almost resulted in me missing my connecting flight to Vancouver. The only saving grace was that the flight was delayed by another hour. 3. Changes made on my connecting flights were only given to me during my check in at Auckland. My previous booking was Auckland -San Francisco - Portland - Vancouver. The boarding pass I was given in Auckland omitted Portland and was changed to Seattle. I was never informed about this by United Airlines. 4. United Airlines website NOT allowing me to log in using my e-mail."

Cons: "Flight scheduled to leave at 8:25 AM. Did not leave until 1:45 PM. Was delayed four times because of a Crew issue on Easter Sunday. Missed our entire Easter celebration because spirit was unable to man a plane Will never fly this airline again. Customer service was rude on top of it. They need to be prepared for crew to call out on a holiday. 5 1/2 hour delay with no weather emergency is unacceptable. A 50 dollar voucher does not make up for ruining a family hokiday"

Cons: "We had a mechanical issue which delayed the flight by 30-45 minutes. That wasn't so bad but the whole strategy that Spirit employs is sketchy. We booked our flight through Kayak at a set price and then when we checked in with Spirit online there were no seats available that we didn't have to pay an upgrade fee. To me that is fals marketing or even bait and switch. Won't be flying with them again."
Cons: "The online check in process is very poor. It took me a lot of time and I retried many time to get my boarding pass without buying any extras. Needs improvement with systems"
