I paid almost $700 for super saver round trip…, You moved me to the back of plane… I’m old and have breathing and anxiety problems! You didn’t care! Moved me to the way back! Unacceptable!
My only complaint was how far it was from plane to baggage claim
Cancelled the flight cuz they sent the WRONG plane and then they promised to rebook us and let us know within the hour what our next flight was. I have heard nothing after 12 hours and can’t get ahold of anyone.

Not bad. Due to not buying a seat, on the way back, my seat was not assigned till 2 hrs before the flight left. Got me worried I wouldn’t have a seat.
It was not a good experience, the flight was delayed 3 hours, the gate staff were super pushy to get bags checked claiming it was a full flight, there were about a dozen open seats from what I could tell. The intercom from the pilot seemed to be broken, it sounded like the pilot was speaking with a mouth full of marbles.
There was an issue with the plane and it was late getting in. This caused me to miss my connecting flight from PDX to BOI. I had to ask if they would provide me with a food voucher and they did but didn’t seem to concerned about my delay.
The flight was delayed by 2 hours for “routine maintenance”and because of that I arrived much later iso my Uber ride home was $100 when it’s normally $50.
More or less, this seemed like a mismanaged group of great people who would crush at this job, if only they were given the resources to do so.

The economy seats on the 777 was not as cramped as I had feared, but the food was terrible.
Experience was great - no complaints. Took off on time, landed early. Got to the gate relatively quickly - took a little bit of extra time to deplane but nothing excessive.
Economy plus was so cramped I could not use my laptop. It was beyond bad.
OK, we were delayed and had to de plane and reboard.
United is one airline which regardless of how many separate United tickets in existence, if one flight breaks down, the airline will take care of all the flights.
Both our flights were delayed. Almost didn’t get in the second flight. Staff was rude to the bone.
Hopped on time for the flight only to get deplaned and delayed another 2.5 hours.

Would've been great if Lufthansa union cockpit pilots didn't strike for 2 days and caused a chaos to my returning plans to USA, and then after rebooking a flight 2 days later tge plane departed 35 min later. So I did not have a good experience.
Mostly good. The WiFi wasn’t working so that was not great.
I rated the experience "mediocre" because of the 2 hour delay in take off. This is the 4th flight from DFW on AA where there was a delay and in one of the instances (after 13 delays), the flight was cancelled. I understand weather but for the March 18th flight, there was no weather issue in Dallas or Detroit. I called Concierge Key and they were wonderful, booking me on a later flight in case my flight was cancelled. I have flown with American for many years and never has there been this consistent pattern of delays. Very disappointing.
They put me on an earlier and I got home sooner
Crew was rude, almost 6 hour flight after horrific customs re entry line and near flight miss (unable to bug airport food) without food offerings.
Not good. One of my luggage is missing. And until now they can’t find it

Jill was the flight attendant in first class she was fabulous!! Best flight attendant I have had in years.!! And I fly every other week. Other can learn from her!!
Really good. I accidentally left my duffel on the plane and the reps were so friendly in retrieving it.
My 9:50AM flight was delayed to 3:40PM "due to incoming aircraft delay". No aircraft is "delayed" that long. Found out once we did board (after several changes in times) that the aircraft had a maintenance issue and we had to wait for another aircraft. Just tell us that. The aircraft we did get was old and the seats need to be updated. I have been traveling for several weeks with AA and you should refresh your entertainment content as frequent flyers have gone through most of your new content. I have Celiac and a shellfish allergy and continue to have struggles with meals on business and first class flights. Please keep this in mind. Sorry - was a long travel day yesterday and a bit cranky this morning with my experience comments. Still an AA fan.
The business steward was absolutely amazing! Smiles and kindness! Wish all AA flights are like this one!
