Pros: The flight attendants were fabulous on this flight.
Cons: Older plane that showed lots of grime from past travelers. The seats in my row had old spills that seemed to have run down the backs of the seats and dried over. Gross!

Pros: Boarding and experience at terminal was good and smooth for the poor weather outside
Cons: Plane cleaning and confort, old plane and somewhat mean crew director.

Cons: Not enough movie options

Pros: Good entertainment system and lots of selection, great food. Standard service by accommodating crew both in the air and on the ground.
Cons: Not the most comfy seats on the old plane, but no major complaints.

Pros: They got me home
Cons: Flight was delayed 2-3 times with no explanation. The food in the gate was trash . After boarding we waited on board for over a hour before take off , during which time someone was duct taping the inside of the plane together and I sat on a broken seat . The single flight attendant refused to take trash from people who didn’t finish their beverage . While the plane was reversing there was a huge bang and the plane shook as if we hit something . I observed gate agent repeatedly tell customers that she couldn’t help them find out if their flight was delayed and to just look at the computer board .

Pros: Every thing
Cons: Everything was amazing

Cons: Not impressed with luggage fees that were not indicate but hidden in price - and all the nickle and diming on every little thing.. ruins the overall experience

Cons: Everything was great

Pros: Entertainment programes in TV is good
Cons: Seating leg space very congested

Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Old plane, old tv screen difficult to use. Awkward seating behind economy plus.

Cons: Flight cancelled until the next day and then delayed again without sufficient notice . Air canada hasn't offered us anything worth making up missing a day out of our vacation

Pros: Upgraded to first class
Cons: Plane was old

Pros: I was able to fall asleep, because I was dead tired. It was like every other flight on a tiny plane; no better, no worse.
Cons: The flight was delayed, and the Toronto Airport terminal for Pittsburgh was awful.

Pros: Once again, being on time was important to me. Crew members were nice.
Cons: I wish they would've offered free snacks on this flight given how long it was. It would've also been to nice to have been forewarned about needing to go through security again, as I had a U.S. connection from Toronto. That takes a lot of time, even with a bit of a layover.

Pros: Crew noticed I was thirsty and gave me the can without asking
Cons: Crew said I wish they would hurry up and get off and I whipped my head around and she apologized. She meant no harm but that's not good service.

Pros: Pearson Airport puts the puddle jumper flights at the far, far, far end of the airport. That makes some sense.
Cons: There's only one choice for refreshments, unless you count the cracker-amd-nuts machine. The seats are terrible. The assumption seems to be that no one waits long, but the experience proves the opposite, as wind, construction, security clearance for flight crews and who knows what else (any excuse will do) creates delays of more than an hour for people who end up standing along the walls and sitting on the floor waiting. Again, crews and ground staff for AC are not able to give accurate instructions or guidance for boarding flights. That airport is a mess.

Cons: Delayed for more than two hours on both the trips to and from Canada. This is a common thing with Air Canada i heard. Flights always get delayed.

Cons: My Original flight was cancelled 3 hours prior to departure. Had to wait long lines at Air Canada customer service. Due to slowness of process, was not able to take other departing flights to other close airports. Had to stay the night at hotel.

Pros: Excellent fight.... comfortable and easy...
Cons: Crew where a bit slow... and the use of 4! Languages for announcement was annoying...

Pros: Didn't actually take this flight due to a missed connection.

Cons: It was a much older plane than I'm used to, and a really long flight to have no entertainment options. Seats were more cramped than normal, and even numbered weird, it took me some time to find my seat. Overhead storage was very difficult to get into.

Pros: The media system TV shows were good and the seats were comfortable. The flight was fast.
Cons: The boarding process was not good and seemed a bit disorganized. There were few movies offered on the onboard entertainment system.

Pros: the plane was gorgeous.
Cons: the place was huge and because everyone carries on it took a VERY long time for people to board and figure out where to put their things, many people couldn't find space for their carry-on luggage.

Pros: Flight was delayed. Constant communication from Air Canada crew. I like that.
Cons: Talked to the masses like they were simpleton. They were. So it worked out.

Cons: They need a better system for boarding. It took forever to get us all on board. And it was hard to hear which zone they were boarding since the passengers were so noisy. there should've been lanes for the different zones so they could usher us all in orderly. It was a chaotic mess without lanes. There was no entertainment if you didn't download their app onto your electronic device. No snacks were offered either. I didn't pay for a meal but it would've been nice to have some pretzels or something like that. The controls for the lights, and attendant call button were on the hand rest. It was very uncomfortable since it was a raised section, and more than once I turned on the light without meaning to do so. I won't fly Air Canada Rouge ever again, if I can help it.

Cons: Flight was delayed.

Pros: It was a short flight.
Cons: Passengers over a certain size should get two seats or the airline should install special seats for them. Why I or anyone else should have to endure being crammed in next to someone exceeding his seat size is indefensible.

Cons: They mess up on my flight. Had to wait for a good 30mins. They finally found me flight

Cons: On both outbound and inbound trips (connecting with international flights) the flight was late. Both times the door was closed and then they informed us of the delay. I understand that smaller planes often get bumped, but on the outbound leg, a 20 minute delay on the tarmac and then not allowing us to deplane for another 15 minutes meant I missed the connecting flight.

Pros: It landed safely
Cons: I'm tired of all your flights being late. Out of my last 4 flights, 3 were late. If you have to land at a domestic terminal and then come around to international-just change your flight time so people actually know when they will be later. Your movies and music are from another planet - is that because you have to include French? Not even a measley bag of peanuts. I will be flying on another airline whenever possible

Pros: Very pleasant flight crew and helpful. Always had a smile.
Cons: The boarding process at the gate. There were 8 or 9 gates crammed into a small section of the airport. Literally packed in like cattle and getting to the gate for departure was a nightmare, people had to shove and push through the crowd. Not a good experience!

Cons: Delayed over an hour, making it almost impossible to catch our connecting flight in Montreal. Thankfully, the flight out of Montreal was delayed and we were able to make the flight by the very last minute.

Cons: We sat in the back rows of the plane so it was hours before we were even offered water and by the time they finally got to us there was no food to PURCHASE. Bad enough we were not fed on this long flight but there wasn't even anything to purchase. By the time they FINALLY got to us to provide us something to drink, they came through wanting to take it from us. I was VERY disappointed with this leg of the trip as it was not at all what we have experienced on the first leg of this very long day of flying. There was no time between transfers to use the restroom, let alone buy food, had we known.

Pros: The flight attendant.
Cons: Toronto Terminal F is kind of how I envision a third-world country. At least at the higher-number gates, it's very dreary, with an occasional flying insect and signs hanging from the ceiling. Worse is the lack of air conditioning and the sporadic wi-fi service. Worst of all was the almost two-hour delay and changing our departure gate at least five times. Two fellow passengers (one a native of Toronto) said it was always like that. The trip from Toronto to London and back was fine, but I'll try very hard to avoid Air Canada and its Terminal F.

Pros: The price of the flight was excellent and the service totally reliable.
Cons: Small aircraft for a fairly long overnight flight. Made it difficult to rest as the flight was full.

Pros: When our flight was delayed 7 hours due to a maintenance issue, air canada did find another plane
Cons: The plane was dirty, smelly, 7 hours late. We sat in the Tarmac for 4 hours with one bag of pretzels and a small water. Completely unacceptable. Never again.

Pros: The first meal on my return flight was correct
Cons: The second meal had cheese in it and I took a bite before I noticed. They gave me a new one but didnt seem bothered by it. Dietary restrictions NEED to be taken seriously, thank god I'm not, but some people are deathly allergic. This wasn't the first time they messed up my food either.

Pros: Nothing positive. Horrible experience.
Cons: 3 mechanical problems. Two missed flights. 16 hours late. Lost luggage. The crew sent us at wrong place, we were stuck in a room until 6:30 am. We had to sleep on chairs. Everything that could go bad went bad. Will never ever fly with Air Canada again. That is a promise.

Cons: No snack.

Pros: Nice plane, decent seats.
Cons: Delayed flight. Luggage didn't make it on to the aircraft in Toronto. Only 4 agents working the counters with a line of about 80+ or so people trying to check in with no supervisor present to make things better or get more counters open. Security didn't stamp boarding pass so had to go back to security check point to get boarding pass stamped before boarding. And it is no longer "random selection" when you get "randomly" selected for extra screening every time you travel from Toronto!!!

Pros: We got upgraded into the Elite section, which we excitedly thought would be business class with a nice full recline, as we had been up for more than 24 hours when we left Seoul, but were disappointed. It was more like the Economy Plus on United. A forward cabin with wider seats with a bit more legroom and maybe little bit more recline as a result. On one meal we were served fon china like from business, but on the breakfast, I got china and my husband got the typical plastic and foil square trays. The restroom for the cabin was foreward and was not crowded, which was nice.
Cons: What I really disliked about the special Elite section was that the arm rests are immovable and the trays embedded in the arms, just like when you are in a bulkhead seat. That's one reason why I avoid the bulkhead seats. So, even though I was sitting next to my husband, it meant that we couldn't remove the 4-6 inches of hard chair arms between us. i could not curl up with my head or feet in his lap, the way we could in a regular economy seat. Therefore I did not sleep on the flight the way I had on the comparable trip outbound.

Pros: We arrived ontime.

Cons: Flight delayed more than 3.5 hours, first due to scheduling issues and then due to weather. Checked bags were left outside in pouring rain throughout delay, staff unable/unwilling to cover or move them. Not given food vouchers or any other compensation during wait, everything in the terminal closed before departure anyway. Gate changed 4 times, terminal was sweltering, like waiting in a greenhouse. Awful.

Cons: The biggest problem was a late arrival resulting in missing the gate and need to wait a hour on the taxiway until a gate cleard.

Pros: Nothing about the airline .
Cons: At the bwi airport they have to agent u can talk to except u have to wait when they are boarding a flight before u can see someone at the front desk . Lost my bag and even the airport police said it's a normal thing as they get complains every day . Called a million times and they still won't give me detail info. I classify them as the worst airline I've ever used in my 30th ears of travel and if they are the only airline on earth I rather never travel

Pros: Crew was very kind and courteous.
Cons: Air Rouge app is awful. I'm fairly certain there are 11 year olds designing better apps on their parents PCs. Very slow, a lot of stopping, poor control over music and movie. Also, a piece of overly sweet banana bread does not a continental breakfast make.

Pros: As opposed to my flight from Tokyo to Toronto, the return leg from Toronto to Baltimore had only one exception, which was that the flight attendant was very nice.
Cons: From boarding (everything was late, from departure to arrival), to how the baggage carousel announcement was wrong, and up to the bus that will take us back to the parking (all the other buses: Amtrak/Marc, Long Term A, Daily Parking, Express Parking came and went for about 4 times or more but none came for Long Term B, you can see all the frustration from the other waiting passengers, including us). A lot of improvements needed from BWI airport if they want to retain their customers.

Pros: Really liked the crew and entertainment options and the fact that all seats had tvs even for a relatively short flight.
Cons: I find it really strange that you can't wear over ear headphones during boarding/takeoff/landing. Didn't like that. Everything else was great.

Cons: No movies

Cons: The flight attendant call bell and the overhead lighting controls are on the touch-screen. However, there are also buttons on the arm rests. What a pain! I alone must have generated 3 or 4 flight attendant false alarms by leaning on the arm rest. Other passengers did the same. Lights were going on and off, bells chimed each time someone leaned on the buttons. How stupid an oversight. I hope the aircraft's great safety systems they talk about during the pre-flight briefing are better thought out!
