Cons: "Flight was more than 2 hours late - same as the flight from Columbus to Toronto when we left- the ground crew did not know or care where the plane (a replacement craft) was coming from or when it arrived and let it sit on the ramp for about 15 minutes before marshaling it in and the seats we got after waiting all that time were excessively worn and felt like we were sitting in bowls. The logistics either of Air Canada or at the Toronto airport for domestic flights stinks. I will try to avoid both in future."
Cons: "Probably not an Air Canada issue but we went to departures and were well through the process when we were told that our bag would have to be checked (which was obvious). The lady acted like it was my fault that the other person had let me through with a cart and a full sized suitcase. A second young lady was a bit more sympathetic and helpful. Thankfully we arrived at the airport well in advance."

Pros: "Knowing that there is not enough head-room for carry-on luggage, I joined to volunteer to check-in my carry-on luggage. Service agent at the counter is very helpful and great service attitude. I asked if they have plastic twistee so I can lock my carry-on luggage before check it in. Unlucky there is none. I hope Air Canada can consider providing this ( I got from Cathy pacific before at check-in luggage counter) since they may help re-assure traveler like me who don't prepare a lock for the hand carry suitcase."
Cons: "1) Flight delay for 1 hour - that is not good 2) Choice of movie are really limited - many are old and very very old movies even though are blockbuster 3) I bought carrot and celery stick; which are wet and in plastic bag => so I cannot avoid making the table wet too! Thought it should be in a simple plastic container => even though I agree to minimal use of plastic for environmental reason. 4) The insufficient headroom for carry-on really slow the boarding time and cause delay in departure. Need better idea to help with this. may be for those who volunteer to check-in their carry on, they get a coupon for priority to board next time?"

Cons: "For business class the accommodation was appalling. The seat would not even recline more than a couple of inches, let alone lay flat which is what one is paying for. The touch screen entertainment did not work. The flight arrived too late to make connections - again. The boarding agent at the gate in Los Angeles was one of the rudest and most arrogant men I have ever encountered. I complained to the plane's Captain about him, as he was going through. All the business class passengers around me were commenting on it. One was even filming his egregious behaviour for Facebook. He alone was enough to put one off Air Canada ."

Pros: "Since I got a bike accident the day before I took off, I had difficulty doing simplest things, and, exceptionally, I had a lot of baggage. All employees, especially at boarding at FLL, helped me very kindly. Although I travel a lot, I rarely have used Air Canada for 30 years, since the time a steward dropped hot water on my thigh. From now on, I will use this airline again."
Cons: "I believe that Air Canada had actually over booked the flight. When I checked in for my flight online, I didn't have a seat assigned. This made my entire night before and morning of the flight very uncomfortable as I was worried the entire time that I wouldn't get to work because of this."

Cons: "Flight left gate on time then had a power failure. Pilot said can't fly the plane without power. Had to pull in, reboot all computers (and add fuel????). It doesn't really make any sense. Also does not inspire confidence in the plane. Only thing I can think of is they weren't done fueling and pushed back to protect their "on time" stats. If true, that's lame."

Cons: "The wait for security into the terminal in Toronto was absolutely ridiculous. And then I realized they only had 2 doors out of the 5 open???? For over an hour and a half? I could have missed my flight had I not found someone who let me get in line with them. 20 people DID miss the flight. Absolutely ridiculous. When we asked security if we could be expedited they said we had to take it up with Air Canada. So here I am taking it up with you. And then when we finally DID get to Montreal, we were taken to the international terminal. How does that happen??? This delayed me even more, causing me and the entire plane to wait while they figured out what to do with us. Because of these mistakes and delays, I missed the final bus that would have taken me to my final destination. I had to spend 175 dollars on a hotel because I was stranded. I am a student. This is no small fee to pay. I would like to demand that I get at least that amount in reimbursement for this HUGE mistake."

So when we got to the airport they didn't confirm we could actually get on the flight because it was oversold until 7:30pm, 2.5 hours after our scheduled flight. Cons: "The tragedy in Brussels closed the airport and canceled the flight, and my agent has been unable to get the ticket refunded despite all his efforts."
Cons: "Baggage claim at final destination was a complete mess. I went straight to the baggage claim area after our flight and never saw any baggage come out at the designated carousel. Checked with the baggage office and they apparently don't work with Air Canada and sent me to their check in desk where no one was available. Customer service was only able to fill out a form listing me as missing my baggage and tell me to head home. Had to return to pick up my luggage the next day, but the Air Canada manager couldn't even tell me if the baggage would have gone to the baggage claim carousel or to the check in desk, because it seems they have no established protocol. With it being such a small flight (only around 10-15 of us total on the plane), it seems like a brief announcement of where our luggage would be could have saved people headaches. Being small seems to be an issue where the airline itself doesn't have any real established protocols or a substantial presence in the Columbus airport at least. So overall, not impressed with the management when checking in or out in the actual airport."
