Cons: "where do I start....seats are incredibly close together and once the passenger reclines their seat, it is actually painful. I don't consider myself overly tall or large at 5'10" and 190 pounds, yet I did not have circulation in my legs for nearly the entire flight. The pilot indicated that flight would be only 9 1/2 hours and ended up being 14.5 hours due to a maintenance issue that required us to make a stop in Anchorage. Pilot said it would only take 30-40 minutes to repair (supplemental oxygen bottle was apparently empty) and after 3 1/2hrs I think we were finally airborne, only to be delayed an additional 45 minutes or so upon landing because our gate was occupied by another plane. So what, they can't find another gate to use? The whole flight there was also delayed for an unexpected stop in Anchorage to get more fuel for the flight. Did they not complete proper flight planning? I'm a pilot and I know you can check winds aloft and plan your route with ample fuel for emergencies. So did this pilot not properly plan for the flight? I can go on and on about why I won't be flying with Delta for a long long time....so the 5,000 air miles they gave me as a courtesy for putting me through so much pain...well those extra miles are useless to me. How about refunding me the cost of my horrible flight?"

If this is the boarding process, maybe something more structured can be implemented, otherwise people just end up everywhere. The seat back entertainment on this 777-200 suffered from the most capricious touch-screens ever. I would frequently tap a control on the screen only to have a control at the far corner of the screen be "pressed" instead. Annoying."

Cons: "The flight was 2 hours delayed because there was a mechanical issue on the plane. We sat and waited on the plane for 1 hour while the Maintenance crew tried fixing the problem. After sitting there for one hour, they told us the problem wasn’t fixed and we have to change aircrafts. The other aircraft was all the way in terminal D (we were in terminal A) and the boarding process took a long time. Overall it was an awful flight and experience with American Airlines. I missed my mother’s birthday party because of the 2 hour delay."

She also had a baby which ended up with its head in my lap and she spills formula on me. My body was so contorted I couldn’t sleep the whole flight and it was a 14 hour flight. Dandy attendant tells the guy in the aisle seat That he was such a good passenger that if she had a metal she would give it to him. I’m sitting there like WTF I have only Peed once in 13 hours because the baby was in the bassinet sleeping and I didn’t want to disturb it. And the WiFi didn’t work"

The flight did not get catering refreshed after landing in DC so no refreshments or snacks were offered during the flight home."

Two customers flying with little dogs delaying the movement of line. Flight was subsequently delayed by 2 hours and 10 min. More than enough time to allow us to board under 1 hour regulation. I booked LATAM instead of AA based on reputation, very upsetting experience for us."

By the time the cart reached my row, all the food options were literally sold out. I ate the free cookie and had some apple juice, but wanted something with some protein. Pros: "the plane, a 380, had comfortable seats, fewer occupants, more and easier access to bathrooms, did not like the larger plane I flew on going to Australia, it held 700 persons could physically reach the lights and when on, they didn't disturb anyone vegetarian food was delicious and nutritionally sound and varied love the soft blankets"

The logistics either of Air Canada or at the Toronto airport for domestic flights stinks. I will try to avoid both in future."

The variety of drinks were plenty, the food matched the standard of cost efficiency flight ticket so how could you complain it? On board TV/Movie has new coming features such as HBO's Game of The Thorne, season 7. It was a comfortable and pleasant journey with the team of AC 018. Merci beaucoup!"

As a result, I missed my connection and had to spend the night in an airport hotel in Montreal (which Air Canada paid for). These things happen, and they were very professional and sympathetic about it, but under the circumstances I can't give it more than 3 stars overall."

Cons: "Most of the time economy class is uncomfortable because of the lack of foot room. So this time, for the long flight from China, I chose an exit row precisely for the extra leg space. However, there is no footrest at all , which as you're surely aware, is terribly uncomfortable when sitting for long periods, let along trying to sleep. Furthermore, the exit row seats are not provided a substitute for missing the usual back-of-the-seat pocket with magazines ; that means no spot to place books/papers/trash for the entire flight. Finally, I am 5'2 and petite, and was seated between two fairly slim men, and yet we were still all squeezed side to side. I had no elbow rest. I actually rested my head on one man's shoulder, once he was asleep, and hope he didn't notice. While this is unfortunately typical of economy class, it is not decent."

First of all, I am vegetarian but even if I ate meat, I wouldnt have eaten it. So I just ate bread for the 13 hour flight. Besides one flight attendant, the rest were rude, harsh and had a generally bad attitude. AIr Canada has BY FAR been the worst travel experience for me thus far. I guess you get what you pay for."

Cons: "service is poor. have been on both economy and busines class in air canada and you are treated very differently. the staff on economy treat you indifferently and have a little chip of their shoulder. the food is awful and most flights you have to pay for food, even for international flights, which is apparently against the law as they are obligated to serving food. i had to pay for a bowl of noodles - omg. essentially it is really about service. Dismal. It is noted they often win north american awards for their service. If anyone has flown american airlines - yes it may be the best of the worst. So if you have an option, skip it altogether. Try Cathay / Qatar / Singapore airlines wow!"

Pros: "On both legs of our flight to and from O'Hare to China, we had delays. The first was due to an ice storm in Toronto, where we changed planes, then the second due to compromised air space over the China Sea that Air Canada wisely chose to delay our flight rather than take a risk. The delays were handled professionally and pleasantly. It wasn't their fault. The agents and flight attendants were very attentive in trying to help us get our connecting flights, such as switching us to the front of the plane before landing so we could get off quickly. Alas, it didn't work, but they tried. Our checked bags came off quickly. I felt that we had more legroom on our AC flights than I have had recently on American aircrafts. Temperature was comfortable. We were regularly given water, drinks, and we had complementary meals with beer or wine. Food was pretty average, but the beverages were good. I would definitely fly with them again."

Cons: "Baggage claim at final destination was a complete mess. I went straight to the baggage claim area after our flight and never saw any baggage come out at the designated carousel. Checked with the baggage office and they apparently don't work with Air Canada and sent me to their check in desk where no one was available. Customer service was only able to fill out a form listing me as missing my baggage and tell me to head home. Had to return to pick up my luggage the next day, but the Air Canada manager couldn't even tell me if the baggage would have gone to the baggage claim carousel or to the check in desk, because it seems they have no established protocol. With it being such a small flight (only around 10-15 of us total on the plane), it seems like a brief announcement of where our luggage would be could have saved people headaches. Being small seems to be an issue where the airline itself doesn't have any real established protocols or a substantial presence in the Columbus airport at least. So overall, not impressed with the management when checking in or out in the actual airport."

This was not communicated, and we ended up walking around a lot and having to ask at the info desk. When we finally got to the counter, the woman there gave confusing instructions and was incredibly rude to us. As for entertainment on the flight, we couldn't do anything without the app, which you have to get before you're on the plane. Boo."

WiFi wasn’t working for either flight and of course the lack of decent food is discouraging. The coffee has improved which is a plus. Overall, good job, United! Nice not to be jammed in like sardines for once."

I was finally able to track down a international supervisor who was able to print out my boarding passes and let me board my flight. Unfortunately, another family with small kids were dealing with the same issue as me only their flight was leaving in 30 mins. I hope they were able to make their flight."

After several failed attempts of catching a taxi that accepts Visa or US dollars, we finally got a bus that ferried us 2. They also did not automatically transfer the luggage, so I had to carry my two checked in bags to the other one and then stand in a 45 min queue to get them checked in again 3. Unhelpful ground staff 4. Delayed second flight. After a shitty eight hour long layover, we got another 2 5. Horrible food 6. No ear plugs are available in the plane 7. Not a single apology from the crew about the delay Also, anyone who doesn’t speak mandarin needs to understand that the crew in China is not well equipped to understand and help you, so be prepared to have the translation struggle"

No significant delays, but the boarding process in both areas was unorganized; everybody just kind of lines up in a large mass. Boarding doesn't actually begin until like 5-10 min before the stated departure time, so actual departure is also pushed back. However, we ended up arriving around the stated time so I guess it doesn't really matter."

One of the flights was an old plane with non-functional air conditioning.."

China Eastern left my luggage behind in Shanghai, along with everyone else who was also on the NY>Shanghai flight. I do not understand how this happened, since the layover was 6 hours!! The layover was exhausting after a 14 hour flight, and then to arrive in Tokyo with no luggage made it even more tiring. The airline offered no compensation. Thankfully JAL was responsible with helping me once in Tokyo and they facilitated the delivery of the luggage to my hotel- in the middle of the night. It was inconvenient and disappointing after 24+ hours of travel. Not to mention - food was absolutely terrible. And headphone quality was no good for watching any of the films."

They never called out our names over intercom or even delayed boarding at all, and simply closed the gates and took off without us although we were only five minutes late to the gate (15m before takeoff). We were refused a hotel for the night and had to figure out and pay for our own accommodation until the next flight takes off. Prior to all of this, I had to cancel one of the three flights I booked because ONE letter in the last name of a passenger was missing. This mistake cost me around $800 and a ton of hassle. I will never book with Justfly and China Eastern again, and Kayak shouldn't have a well-known fraudulent Booker like Just fly in their search results."

Cons: "Ground crew needs work, the agent at check-in did not give us our boarding passes for the PVG-JFK flight and told me I could get it in Shanghai. Took almost 30 minutes just to get the boarding pass to wait another 30 minutes to go through passport control and another 20 minutes to go through security, we narrowly made our connection. In New York it took an hour and 15 minutes to get our bags... flew business class, our bags should have been towards the first half of the bags off the plane, our limo driver almost left because he had waited so long for us."

Really, like 5 checking points between the gate and your seat - quite exhaustive. Crews definitely lack language abilities and clearly follow the Chinese pattern of ignoring non-Chinese - you will never see a smile from a flight attendant, they'll address you as "hello" in any situation and will not communicate to you in English. Rather poor service-wise. Other than that, good flight for the price - just distract from the majority of Chinese clientele behaving loudly and violating your private space deliberately all the time - but it's a Chinese airline, after all. Americans are much louder. Entrainment is mediocre, not much information is offered in broken English at least"

After dealing with customer service for over an hour they let me board the flight I already paid for! Middle isle, middle seat at the back of the plane for 14 hours. 1st meal had a very fishy smell so many on the plane didn’t eat it. Someone was smoking in the bathroom too which added a nice smell to the cabin. 2nd meal was a bit better. My seat was pretty tight. (I am 6’2” 230 lbs) Every time I take China Eastern I think to myself never again, but every now and again I have no option. Customer service is almost non-existent if anything goes wrong. They are the only airline that I have issues with almost every booking."

We exited the plane as if we were going to enter the airport from that gate. However, we were guided away from the airport entrance down a set of stairs to board a bus to be transported no more than 200m to a ground level entrance. I wish I was making this stuff up!"

After take-off people wanted to move into those seats to sleep but the stewardesses said that we would have to pay 1000 CD for the honor to use those seats...these were the same seats that we were in just a bit more in the front of the plane....people were pissed. These were not 1st class seats.... Uncertain if I would use this airline again...."

They were also walking up and down the aisle very heavy all night as well. My seat was in the last row before main cabin galley and they were loud all night too. Pros: "Great value! This was my first time on China Eastern and was apprehensive because of numerous negative reviews I have read about them. Boy, was I very pleasantly surprised. I travelled from Honolulu to Manila with a stopover in Shanghai. The pleasant experience started with the ground crew in Honolulu. Very friendly and helpful unlike experiences I have had with other airlines there. The flight crew was also very good — respectful and helpful in spite of the limited English. The flight left the gate 5 minutes before scheduled departure. I rated the food and entertainment 3-stars not as a negative, but because it was ordinary — I did not expect anything better than that because the price was very cheap. A couple of observations: (1) in spite of a nearly full flight, there was plenty of overhead space — could it have something to do with their luggage policies? and, (2) very efficient boarding — boarding by seating zones rather than frequent flyer status. I saw a lot of calm and no aggressive behavior. Just overall pleasantly surprised."

They did offer beer which was 60% foam and warm/flat. We were borded and then told of 30 minute delay after we were told to shut our phone off.. only to realize we were getting emails about the delay sent to us while we were sitting there with phones off. Also No Vegetarian option and wasn't sure how to indicate that on my ticket. No drinks after food service. Also no entertainment for a 7hour flight that doesn't let you use electronics!"

Crazy, if i book on the day of flying, it would be super expensive. Then they booked on next day flight and that too confirmed which is contradictory to advisory of 3 days. Rebooked but missed critical things like veg food, wheelchair, aise seat. Rude staff at airport. Refused to give anything in written over email."

I had no problem for outbound trip from New York to Zhengzhou. But for inbound trip from Zhengzhou to New York, we missed the flight due to China Eastern Airline's very bad customer service. At the airport check in, we were told passport ID number did not match the Eastern Airline flight tickets passport ID number. The check in clerk let us to make changes at Eastern Airline counter. The guy from EA just changed my passport id but did not want to change my 7 years old son's ticket id. He was sitting there and did not care about anything. I told him we were going to miss the flight, he gave me a phone number 95530 to let me call EA in Shanghai. I called and EA in Shanghai said I should change at EA counter of the airport. Man, it's a nightmare. The guy updated my ID number on my ticket, but refuse to update my 7 year old son's ID number. So we had to reschedule to next day flight thru the China Eastern Airline USA. They charged $100! We finally got back to New York. They don't care we miss the flights and their customer Service Is VERY BAD"

Cons: "Lounge seemed a little down at its heels Nuts were served in ok like pretzels are in Econ Boarding was very confusing two flights same gate same time Head set has been cheapened hard to hear music No salt and pepper shakers They lost my luggage again on the inbound handoff from delta to china SOUTHERN problematic (I realize we are talking about China eastern here but lost luggage caused me to carry on rather than check in) Overall I would give China eastern another try but if they cheapen any more, I will look for alternative airline"

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Arrived 2 hours before flight time (1315) but massive queue at bag drop and security. When got to security it was already 1230 and gate is closing in 25 minutes, I talked to people for a quicker access but to no avail. When I got through security, it was 1305 and the gate was closed. About another 12 passengers on the same flight could not board the same flight. When I talked to someone At the end another is arranged at 1625, only delayed until 1900 for boarding, and took off at 2000."

Pros: "My dietary preferences didn't get reported right and the flight attendant was very accomodating and made me a platter of a bunch of sides whereas other airlines in my experiences just say tough luck."
Cons: "I don't speak Chinese so I found their website very confusing and couldn't navigate my booking online well"

Pros: "Flight was extremely reasonably priced and the planes were new. The flights were on time and I felt like the take off and landings went quite smoothly."
Cons: "The boarding process was a free for all - complete with pushing and shoving to get to the ticket checker. The food was abysmal and I got sick from it on the way to and from my destination - I would not recommend that ANYONE eat the food. The attendants were rude and did not have a grasp of English - lots of reaching over, using hand gestures instead of words. People were definitely smoking on the flight - at least three of the four flights I took and I'm not sure how the attendants didn't stop the smokers. These were also flights where there was a lot of uncovered coughing, hacking and uncovered sneezes in addition to unrelenting farting. Neighboring passengers did not practice personal space and constantly leaned over on myself and my friend."

Pros: "China Eastern came in several hundred dollars less than the competition for our roundtrip international flights from NYC to Bangkok via Shanghai. Because of this, we were naturally a bit worried. China Eastern did not disappoint. Their check in process and boarding process is a bit lengthy; however, we boarded seamlessly and were able to be as comfortable as possible during our 15 hour flights. 3 meals were served in this time period, and a pillow and blanket and earphones were provided. There was never a long line for the toilets, and there was an ample selection of movies on the entertainment front. Overall, would use China Eastern again for our international travels to Asia."
Cons: "Other patrons were pushy/pissy, but you cannot please everyone. Look at other reviews, for example :)"

Cons: "Chinese regulation forbid the use of any cell phone during the entire flight... even in flight mode!!! This is utterly frustrating and annoying, especially when the flight is 15 hours long!!! Also food was meat only, no possibility to get fish or vegetarian"

Pros: "the two things I thought were good was the staff and the entertainment. The staff was nice and attentive. And there was a wide range of entertainment to choose from. They had lots of movies and games you could pick from with a few tv shows."
Cons: "I flew this airline round trip from the US to Thailand, so I was in the air 10+ hours both ways. It was not the most comfortable plane ride I have been in. There is not a lot of room, but they were very well priced tickets so I wasn't expecting a lot either. Also this airline does not let you use your smart phone even when on air plane mode at all during the flight. So if like me you planned on listening to your music and audiobooks you downloaded, specifically for the flight, on your iPhone you are out of luck. Also the food was not great...but it's airplane food so again I was expecting much."

Pros: "Almost all legs of multiple destination flight were on time. Boarding was very organized and quick. Flights were smooth. In flight entertainment was spot on, with personal screens on a every seat. Staff was a mix of super helpful and weirdly abrupt. They ran out of customs forms, wine and beer. Drink selection was very limited: no diet soda, no sparkling water. All beverages served at room temperature. Food was plentiful but only average. For the prices paid, I'd gladly pass up these inconveniences in favor of things like efficiency and ease of travel. Will definitely fly again."

Cons: "I am a very frequent flyer. This is by far THE WORST company with THE WORST customer service. I'll skip the details of the flight itself. We are getting ready to sue this company in the United States for their outrageous behavior on our way back from Phuket. We bought 3 round trip tickets from New York to Phuket and back with an overlay in Shanghai. On our way back, at 2am, when all offices are closed, the China Eastern team refused to put us on our plane. They notified us that our tickets were canceled without a prior warning (no refund, by the way). They couldn't help us by, let's day, selling us the same tickets again, and they did not offer any other accommodations. The manager refused to share his supervisor's information and concealed his identity by turning over his badge. They only told us to call the hotline number on the reservation. The number did not work. As we didn't have anywhere to go at 2 am, we stood by the registration counter and kept asking how the company was going to help us get back home since we paid a lot of money and did not receive any prior notice or at least a refund. The manager called six security guards and ordered them to get us away from the counter. Because of the China Eastern despicable customer service, we ended up overpaying $3600 for 3 people, missing an important business meeting, and losing wages as a result of a missed day of work."

Pros: "I bought this business class ticket because it was ~$300 cheaper and had a long layover in Shanghai allowing me to visit friends. Boarding process could have been more orderly, but normal chaos for an Asian flight. Seat itself was fine though certainly not the level of comfort you'd find in other airlines that I wouldn't consider to be luxury airlines. Think Delta vs. Emirates. On this spectrum, China Eastern keeps company with Southwest or Spirit except I don't think these airlines have upper cabins. The food was inedible; attendants did not come through with snacks in between and I basically subsisted on a beer diet and what snacks I Had in my carry-on from previous flights. All the movies had the English scrubbed which meant I could watch only if I wanted to watch a silent movie and read English subtitles as if it were the 20s. Cabin and crew were perfectly nice and I don't fault them for the airline's inadequacies."

Pros: "Really enjoyed the food."
Cons: "Service from the airline outside of the aircraft was nonexistent. We had no direction from service people and were shuffled between three different customs lines before we ended up in the correct one at the Shanghai airport. With the airline not printing boarding passes for our connecting flight, it was an unexpected challenge having to get those printed and then recheck the bag which should have been checked all the way through. Our experience at the Shanghai airport and the nonexistent customer service from the airline was horrible. Trying to get that sorted and go through customs multiple times took three hours and much frustration."

Pros: "The journey was smooth, the seat was comfortable enough. Food was decent."
Cons: "I took 2 connecting flights back home, both flights were delayed by 2h and 1.5h respectively. No estimated new departure time was given, and the staff took very long (well after the supposed departure time) before they made an announcement for us to apologise for the delay. Service was mediocre. Half the time the crew was no where in sight, so it was difficult to ask them for something. When pressing the bell for service, they also took very long to respond. Once, when i had asked a steward for water, he was busy and told me to go to the back of the airplane to get it myself."

Pros: "The crew seem to be very nice people. There are making the best out of a bad situation."
Cons: "Where to begin? The plane had no modern entertainment systems. There were no televisions for individuals. The group TV played some terrible just for fun TV show. It's a rip off candid camera. The food was mediocre at best. Nothing more discouraging me being given a kiddie cup for your soft drink. No opportunity to ask for a can, they use liter size bottles. The check and the clerk of shirred me that I was receiving an extra long legroom seat. It was not. Only due to the fact the flight was 70% full was I able to move to a exit aisle seat with long legroom. Then I was seated next to a young man who proceeded to belch the whole flight. I guess that's a cultural thing. Just part of the aura of China Eastern."

Pros: "The seats were fine, considering that this was an overnight flight the blankets and pillows were a nice touch. They topped up my drinks a few times, and brought me water so I could take my medicine which was lovely."
Cons: "Service could have been better - there were no vegetarian food options at all, and the crew were not very understanding. Often the flight attendants were brief and brisk and a little cold. But otherwise flight was fine."

Pros: "The entertainment was good. Food from SFO to Shanghai was better than Shanghai to Toronto."
Cons: "On our flight from Shanghai to Toronto (September 27th, 2016 @ 12pm - flight MU207) was total madness. A lot of the passengers were out of control. I've never seen anything like it. The amount of people walking around were unbelievable. People were playing cards, doing jumping jacks and tai chi around the emergency exit. None of the flight attendants tried to control the crowd nor informed them that they shouldn't be doing that by the emergency door. We had to inform the flight attendants of what was going on while they were hanging it or doing whatever they were doing in their own area. If that wasn't stressful enough, the passenger behind me started punching my seat and shaking my headrest multiple times because he wasn't happy that I had my chair reclined. EVERYONE HAD THEIR CHAIR RECLINED. We called the flight attendant and she apologized for what the man had done instead of putting him in his place and him apologizing for what he did because not long after she left he did the same thing! I've never experienced such a horrible flight and I've been on over 20+ flights just this year. China Eastern really needs to train their flight attendants better and teach them how to manage passengers when they are out of control. I've never written any reviews before but this was just such a terrible experience that I needed to leave this review."

Pros: "Aside from the flight crew and they people I met on the flight, there was almost nothing redeeming about this flight,"
Cons: "Flight was scheduled to depart at 4:20pm. After multiple gate changes with very poor customer service/communication from the airport staff, the flight didn't actually depart until 6:30pm. I understand delays are a natural part of the travel industry, however a simple explanation or reassurance regarding the details of the delay are greatly appreciated but were lost on the East Chinese crew. Food was terrible. Seat was one of the most uncomfortable I've ever been on. Absolutely no in flight entertainment on a 10 hour flight. Awful experience and I'm glad it's over."

Pros: "Some of the crew were nice"
Cons: "There was a smell of someone smoking 3 times during the flight. Several times, I would ask for something (for example salt), a crew member would say...I'll bring it right over...and then disappear, not even coming over to say whether they have it or not. The flight was uncomfortable, mainly due to the toddler sitting next to me who was extremely loud and kicking everyone's seats around her. When asked to move, the flight attendant did look if there were seats available but said everyone's free seats next to them had been occupied because people were asleep, stretched out on them. When asked if there were maybe seats in the business class, the attendant wouldn't even hear of it, claiming that that is not area and thus she won't even check. Lastly, the food on China Eastern airlines always leaves me feeling a bit off. Freshness is just not their forte. But what can I say, their flights ARE cheap, so you get what you pay for. All in all, a mediocre experience, at best."

Pros: "I had an overall enjoyable trip with China Eastern. They served two meals on the LAX-PVG and PVG-LAX legs. They even served a hot meal on a 2-hour flight from Kunming to Bangkok. That was unexpected. Overall, clean and new aircraft, friendly crew. I'd fly again with them."
Cons: "No Individual Flight Entertainment on Kunming - Bangkok or Bangkok - Shanghai flights. Even though the crew members and ground staff spoke some English, there was still some language barrier. I had to ask for information at Kunming prior to boarding for Bangkok, and the ground staff kept sending me to several different places when I all needed was to get a boarding pass that couldn't be issued in Los Angeles for the entire itinerary. Flight map was not available on the Shanghai - Los Angeles leg of the flight. " Cold beverages " were served at room temperature and coffee was just warm on ALL flights."

Pros: "I Liked that the plane was not full. They let you to checking 2 bags of 23kg but it would be easier if they let you check in 46 kg in total even if you have 3 bags."
Cons: "Service was ok but not snack were offered during the flight even paying. And the flight was nearly 14hours. Food not good for western pax. Crew didnt speak english. No toys for kids."

Cons: "The food was supposed to be indian vegetarian. The food was almost boiled vegetables with rice. Horrible food. The lounge was equally worse. Food was empty and no one was bothered. On a flight taking off at 3 am and landing at 10.30 am they served dinner instead of breakfast. A typical Chinese government job."

Cons: "First plane running late so borderline for next flight. Told by one security guy at bag scan area to go to gate two but security guy there refused to let me enter. Gate two is for those whose planes are departing real soon. Told the security I was told to go to this gate. He wouldn't listen, wouldn't talk and tried to act the cool tough guy. Food was terrible on all legs of my trip and often they ran out of liquids that customers wanted ( first drinks run). Second time to use them. First time was even worse. Definitely last time."
