Everything about this flight was good except for the very end when I reached my destination. Everyone from the tune to the wheelchair escorts were great with the case were great but I miss you with people at the check in this at the very end. I need help from the chicken desk because I forgot my pillow on the plane The female worker at the chicken desk said that they found my pillow and she was going to retrieve it for me. She left a 30 minutes without any update and her so she saw me walking back and forth waiting for her and they didn't even bother calling her or radioing her for any updates. They were busy because they were behind schedule and they were overwhelmed but thanks because at least glanced me and try to give me an update just a quick radio check or phone call. I don't care about the pillow but if you tell me to wait, I waited for at least half an hour before I said something and I just left because they wouldn't bother talking to me so I could, so everything's going in the review. I took pictures of the two men that were left working at the check-in counter. The totally ignored me despite the signals I've been giving them. I don't see any offers in the kayak review to add pictures or screenshots so I'm going to post another review I don't know their name but I'm pretty sure Delta will find other names when they see the review. Google with pictures. There was another guy at the chicken counter bring an orange workers vest who finally left after telling me that the girl that was retrieving my pillow is working the gates now. That would have been if they just told me that's what happened. But I had no update. Make me wait for nothing. Thank you Delta airlines!

This wasn't my experience with Delta. It was just the Pegasus flight. Seats were very hard. Staff was kinda rough. Not very nice. Charged me for snacks. For a 4 hour flight I would've expected more.

I had a flight cancel and had it rerouted. When the rerouted they put me at a window seat instead of an isle. It was hard sitting by the window because the couple with masks on were making out. I get motion sickness which is why I need to have the isle seat.

They ended up paying for the bag twice, but the counter wouldn't take my baggage receipt. Left it to me to resolve. Not sure how to resolve the issue.

Only issue was with seating. The economy fare we purchased did say there was no guarantee the three people in our party would be seated together, and we were not. At the gate, the agent told us more specifically, the fare we purchased meant we would be seated in middle seats only. This should just be made more obvious.

The plane was old with small storage areas that had problems closing/latching and not enough storage for everyone, and worn, damaged seats. Service was great but feel a little unsafe on such well used planes.

I just can’t understand why are you sell to many tickets ???? We had to wait 2 hours before 13 people from our flight take money and go to next day flight!

Another smooth and friendly flight. For a shorter flight, it was a pleasant surprise to see a decent snack and complimentary drinks.

The only real hiccups in the flight were things beyond Delta’s control - turbulence which delayed food service and a departure delay caused by some VIP plane which stopped all departures and landings for 30 minutes - and was never explained to us by the crew. Otherwise good flight. I would fly Delta again.

The plane was frigid, and leaked water from the ceiling all over me and my seat.

Staff could’ve been a little more cordial. The men were much more friendlier than the women. My daughter and I also missed the 2nd to last meal as we were sleeping but that is on us.

Great staff. Clean plane, but we were delayed for more than an hour due to maintenance issues and had to board another plane.

I was very disappointed with my experience at the United Airlines baggage check. The representative was rude and unhelpful. I was required to remove approximately 1.5 pounds from my two checked bags, even though it was a very small amount over the limit. The interaction was unnecessarily unpleasant, and I expected much better customer service. I hope United will review this incident and provide additional customer service training to its staff.

Even through the flight was delayed due to storms near IAH The flight was great! The crew was so hospitable and professional

Did not like that we couldn't complete check in on-line without providing pictures of our passports. Worry about identity theft. We had no delays and boarding was handled In an efficient manner.

United Airlines is my preferred airlines and I am thankful for Gary who also help support me on the phone to switch my flight literally last min.

The flight was on time. I generally don’t drink or eat on short flights and the seats were good and the flight attendants were friendly. That’s all I expect

The attendant were friendly. I suggest you have a medical attendant on board every flight so that in case someone is sick , he/she will help them.

United needs to figure out its Economy PLUS standards; its better than economy but that's not saying much. It seems like United stripped away all the basics for an international flight (such as In Seat entertainment) and repackaged some of them as plus. Would not fly United internationally again.

The flight and boarding were easy peasy. I was traveling with my 4-year-old, so a smooth boarding experience was especially appreciated. My only piece of feedback is really about where our gate was in O'Hare. They've shoved four gates into a tiny corner of the B terminal and there isn't early enough room or seating for everyone. Not United's problem, but did dent the overall experience.

I was trying to take 2 one and a half hour one way trips and I experienced almost 20 delays over the course of those two trips. Only a few of them were due to weather the rest was disorganization

Would have thought that they would gas up plane before everyone got on board

The flights were terribly delayed and then cancelled which forced us booking another night at the hotel. Very poor management from American Airlines

American switched my flight to a 5 hour layover then cancelled my whole reservation with no notice and refused refund. Won’t fly with them again.

We sat on runway for an 1 hour because they were short handed at key west airport was not fun

Lufthansa has a bag policy unique to Lufthansa. We all had a small carry on and a backpack (personal item) that we carried with us through multiple other connecting flights, no problem. With Lufthansa we were charged 80 euros each for the carry on at the gate, for this one flight. When asked they said they made an announcement… problem being that we had just arrived to the gate from a connecting flight and didn’t hear an announcement. While we were standing at the counter paying the ridiculous fee several other people were stopped, while countless others boarded with the same type of luggage and were not stopped. Crazy. Good news though, when we got on the plane half of the overhead bins were empty! After an already horrible experience the lady at the counter was also terrible, so that helped round things out.

Everything could have been better. What needed to be wrong with United went wrong

The flight from Dulles to Munich was just okay. The seats were comfortable and extra foot room was noticeable in comfort plus. Disappointed in the booking in so much I requested an aisle seat and then was assigned a middle seat. The food was inedible. Movie choices were moderate. I usually fly Delta, but this WA flight was cheaper. Next time, I'll happily pay the extra to fly Delta.

Delayed over 2 hours. Bring your own snacks or prepare to pay. No entertainment and no plug plugs for charging.

Connection time and departure time were both changed to cause undue stree on older people who cant run through an airport

I remember flying with Lufthansa many years ago, and it used to be an amazing airline with more technologically savvy and roomy planes, but unfortunately that isn’t the case anymore. The space between the seats is much smaller, which is ok for short flights, but definitely not for across the Atlantic flights. Not sure if I’ll opt for Lufthansa the next time, maybe just if necessary.

Boarding delayed 1.5 hours. Ended up sick because of all the delays and lines waiting around airport and boarding.

Terrible. Missed our flight to Newark as well as our flight to London. Complete disaster

Gate agent required us to check our perfectly legal carry on bags due to a supposed lack of overhead space. After seating, we saw nothing but empty space in our seating area. This caused luggage to miss connection in Athens, and we had no bags in Mykonos. Totally avoidable and unacceptable. My last U A flight !

Food was mediocre. In flight entertainment lacked live TV. Crew was fantastic. Plane very comfortable if a bit worn.

I was booked in Premium Economy and never given a chance to choose to purchase my own seat. Ended up with a middle seat, which was very difficult for me. The airline then left my bag in London so when I arrived in Instanbul it was not there. They delivered it to me the next day but many valuable items had been stolen. I've been flying with BA for years and this was the first time I had such a bizarre and bad experience with them.

Flight got cancelled and we did not get an email till the last minute. They rebooked us on British Airways for 6 hours later and did not inform us. We drove all the way to the airport for the AA desk attended to take a while to figure out our flights were cancelled and rebooked. British airway attendants did not show up till 4 hours later! Really poor customer service

It's hard to tell where to plug in electronics, and the port on my seat didn't work. Their entertainment system was down. Vegetarian food options were tasty. Friendly, helpful flight attendants.

Good flight, no turbulence. I felt safe and comfortable which is really important when I am just a passenger.

I paid for a very expensive Business Class seat to and from Cairo Egypt from Charleston SC. There was partnership from states to London using American Airlines. That leg was amazing. The British Airlines leg was a joke. They used the standard no leg room 3 by 3 seats. A tray was put on the middle seat. The trip was 5 hours, from London to Cairo, thus my BC purchase. There was no screen proving tv/movie options, only a small device plug. The fold down tray and the bag of peanuts were typical of normal short run flying. The one toilet was located in the galley. We all got to know each other well. This was my first and last trip with British Airlines. I now understand why they would NEVER give me a seat chart so that I could make a selection.prior to departure. It honestly would not have made a difference, there were less than 50% of occupied seats. Apparently everyone got the memo but me. I have never felt so cheated as with that trip, got to so another going back to London, yeah. I will be sending a letter to customer service and asking for a refund. I will be photos comparing the two BC legs. OH, one more thing. The FC ticket holders got bulkhead and exit row seats. I know they had to be thrilled

Flight was delayed hours which caused us to miss our connection and lose a day of vacation. CHS staff was great.

Our flight BA638 was cancelled with very short notice. It was supposed to depart at 7:25am. We had left Chichester at 3:30am in order to make the flight, and we were notified of the cancellation while en route to LHR. We were told the cancellation was necessary because a plane had not been scheduled to be at LHR for this flight! We were rescheduled to BA636. This flight was supposed to depart at 11:00am but didn't actually take off until ~12:30pm. Consequently we arrived in Athens several hours late, missing out on half a day of our sightseeing time. We had booked transport with MyTransfers to pick us up at the Athens airport and drive us to our Hotel Adonis. I was unable to get a refund for this service because our flight was so delayed. They required 24 hour notice of pick up time changes. I instead had to pay for a taxi at the airport. I have tried to fill out a request for compensation online but have been unsuccessful. How can I get help for filing a claim?

They could do everything better!! From the rickety plane to the flight attendants, when American Airlines is operated by British Airways, their standards are lowered! It’s like Macy’s, operated by Walmart!!

Late boarding with inconsistent excuses. Bulk head seats were very small and uncomfortable. 1 tiny candy bar and a water were only food provisions. Food for purchase was unavailable.
