Got upgraded to Business!
Nothing really, crew was professional
After our trip from Cape Town to Dubai with Emirates which was not that great we where pleasantly surprised when we where bumped up to business class from Dubai to Bangkok. We did not expect this. Although we did not take advantage of all the extras business class has to offer we had a great nights sleep and the breakfast was superb. The cabin crew was excellent all the time. Thank you Emirates.
seats wouldn't recline, they say it is a mechanical, I had to sit uncomfortably for 16 hrs

Reservation was deleted so check in took a very long time and my seat (reserved weeks in advance) on the long international flight was reassigned to a very undesirable location. Food was not good, and drink service was only done twice on 17 hour flight. It took an hour to start taxiing after we were all seated and left the gate.
Boarding was delayed because the aircraft was being serviced. None of the tray tables or screens were cleaned. They looked like people sneezed on them. Disgusting.

Delay after delay. Took way too long for de-icing. The storage compartmemt door got stuck and I could not get my bag out. The flight attendant blamed the issue on my bag. She claimed it was too big. It was not. I have carried the bag on several flights with similar planes, the gate agent slowed it on the plane as many have, and I had no issue opening and closing other compartment as I tried a couple after maintenance retrieved my bag.

entertainment was not working! the flight to Frankfurt was late and I missed the connection to rome! crew told me to run for the connection but ad the gate they told me they had already put me on a later flight! no need to run like crazy across the airport if they had me already booked me on a later flight! missed my train connection in rome to bari...asked the airport lufthansa rep. to put me on a flight to bari but they told me they couldn't do it although there was a flight available!
Luggage didn’t make a Lufthansa connection even though both flights w.
Quick flight, but still provided a sandwhich which was really nice since I didn’t have time on my layover to grab food!
