Flight from Fort Wayne to Atlanta was the smallest in terms of cabin space that I've ever seen. A carry on I've used for 20 years BARELY fit in overhead compartment. I'm 5'10" and felt very cramped. Not the best experience.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the poor service and unprofessional staff we encountered when traveling with an infant. Our flight was delayed, and the gate staff failed to manage the boarding process appropriately. Due to incorrect, unavailable, or missing 'pink tag' stroller and car seat check-in procedures at the gate, we were forced to board last. Furthermore, the gate staff was rude and dismissive, causing significant distress to our infant. To make matters worse, one of our checked items—an infant sleeper/lounger—was returned to us broken. Given the unsafe handling of essential equipment and unprofessional treatment, I expect a prompt resolution regarding compensation for the damaged items.
We departed and landed early which was a nice surprise. The boarding process was slow.

Subpar. The seating on the plane is almost unbearable. We are literally touching and/or sitting on each other which is totally unacceptable and shameful. Pilots and crew was very accommodating and friendly.
The boarding was organized and informative but the plane was tight meaning that you were sitting on one another and extremely uncomfortable. It’s disappointing that can’t have common seating comfort on the plane.
Loved the crew! Sucks that we went from 1 hour and 8 minute layover to a 3 hour layover. But weather sucks like that.
I was told that they needed to check my bag at the gate and to pick it up at the gate in Richmond. No big deal. I know they can't control the weather, but we flew around RIC for 45 minutes to avoid the storm and were 25 minutes late leaving as well. Once we landed, we were told to go to baggage claim to pick up our luggage. I went to bathroom, paid for parking, and went to the assigned baggage claim location. United flight people came down with us as well. They got their luggage immediately. Next, South West people came down about 10 minutes later. They got their luggage next. We finally got our luggage around 30 minutes in waiting. Was not a wonderful experience. No reflection on Delta, but the ground crew was lousy at best.
Everything could have benn better. Short fly, no food, no entertainment and no wifi.
Flight delayed. Air broken. Cabin was hot enough to pass out. Delta shuttle’s becoming worse and worse.
Flight boarded from Gate 159B, the farthest gate in the LAX Bradley Terminal. While the flight operated on time, the first class cabin attendant made no recognition of my being an Advantage Executive Platinum member.
American Airlines did everything they could with the high Spring Break crowd. I was frustrated to be changed from 1st class to a middle seat at the back of the plane. This has happened before, not sure booking 1st class and paying the extra actually works.
I didn't end up taking this flight. I got up at 4am for a flight that was supposed to board at 6am - at 5:55am you delayed the flight to 10am. The airport is under construction so I switched to a later flight as I wasn't going to sit in the airport for 4 hours. They said the delay was due to the crew needing rest from a flight coming in late the night before - if that was the case then I think you should have delayed the flight much sooner so that passengers wouldn't get up so early and get to the airport to sit and wait.
I very rarely fly American and my experience today reenforces that is the correct decision. While the staff were all very courteous, our flight was first thing in the morning so there was no reason to be delayed, yet appropriate maintenance checks weren’t completed prior to our flight so we were delayed multiple times. Not a great showing, American Airlines.
Boarding is always an ordeal. Less dogs on flights. I am highly allergic to dogs and cats. Why are there so many animals these days?
I was on a small regional flight from Detroit to Philadelphia. When we landed the outside cruise needed to turn something off with the engine, which took quite a long time. Then, when they allowed us to get off the plane it was outside. They took their time, unloading all the luggage and waited till they unloaded all the luggage before they brought it over to us. It was 9 o’clock at night freezing cold out, and there was no proactive hustle to try to get people their luggage. It was really one of the worst experiences I think I’ve ever had with American until a manager came over. I don’t think they were going to even consider pulling the luggage over to the people that had been waiting outside for at least 10 minutes in the freezing cold.
Awful. Original flight was delayed 5 hours. Had to to take a connecting flight instead of direct. Had a 4 hour layover. I missed all of my morning meetings getting in 5 hours later than I was supposed to and had to change to take a later flight the next day to get them back in which cia time another $150.
I was trying to take 2 one and a half hour one way trips and I experienced almost 20 delays over the course of those two trips. Only a few of them were due to weather the rest was disorganization
The attendants were kind and helpful. A sugar-free drink would have been very welcome.
The entertainment options were at best, fair. It was exactly the same as my outbound flight. It would have been more entertaining if there were some series from Apple TV, HBO, Showtime or other carriers for me to catch up with.
They cancelled my flight with no reason affecting my travel plans and delaying it 24 hours.

Everything was horrible. They delayed my flight so I missed my connection flight and I lost my bags. I had to go to the same workers multiple times asking the same questions because everyone kept giving me different answers. One person closed down customer service because he wanted to go on lunch so there was like 30 people just waiting for hours because no one would relieve him.
Landing was technically perfect. What I didn't like is the pricey internet. Both flights with excellent crews. I'm 6 feet 210 pounds and could easily fit in the chair.
Long long delay, no AC while delayed, gate changes, just for the most uncomfortable flight of your life.
Everything was smooth sailing. Great crew, easy flight and was surprised with an upgraded seat. Thank you all!
My first time experience with Spirit Air was not good at all.The reason i did not know to cancel 24Hrs before flight depature you do charge cancellation fee. I truly admired that the last minute flight attendants were willing to come to serve flight # 1465 and think they should be extra compensated. Doesn't have to beonetary a star a permanent position with Spirit as long as she flies etc. They were o so pleasant and accommodating. 😊😊. Please also serve water. Plain unadulterated water 💧! Invest in a filter of your own the cost of bottles are a penny on the dollar and you could have a plug on advertising with labeling. This could be hilarious "WATER TO REFREST THE SPIRIT FROM SPIRIT ITSELF!" - Free idea!😄😄😄. Anyway overall, though a tad late the flight met expectations. Thanks you Spirit, for everything.

They canceled both the flight to Myrtle beach and the return flight. They are an awful airline and they ruined my trip. I will never book with Spirit again.
They switched our terminal 3 times and we were delayed for four plus hours!!!
It was an early flight and most people napped/slept and the crew let us which was nice.
The crew acted like they had never done this and kept barking passive aggressive orders at people. + the security line + the delay + sitting on the tarmac for 2 hours + none of the apps or signage updating with correct times

My flight was originally from SAT to MCO connecting from MCO to ORD. We got diverted to ATL and than Frontier staff there was sooo un helpful first they said they couldn’t give us any accommodation since our flight first got delayed that cancelled and now it’s 221am and I am still in ATL since they said they need to create a new flight my final destination is ORD and I have been delayed twice and cancelled. With no real help the frontier app didn’t work no email updates over all such a horrible experience
There's no seats that lean back with little leg space i wad uncomfortable the entire flight. Your charges for extra baggage is despicable and costly!!
Remind customers of the need to have passport or new ID for boarding.
Flight was canceled. Most upsetting was message from Kayak, stating that the flight was canceled and click with Kayak for details regarding rebook, refund details. THERE'S NO INFORMATION PROVIDED BY KAYAK EXCEPT THAT FLIGHT IS CANCELED. AND NOW THIS SURVEY TO FIND OUT HOW WAS THE FLIGHT !!!!!!!
