We never made it on this flight because we missed our connection due to o delayed flight from Jackson.
We got stuck on the tarmac taxiing after landing early so we didn’t get off the plane until an hour later than we thought we would
It was okay. We were delayed for weather reasons, but the pilots and the flight control staff figured a way around the storm and were able to get us to Los Angeles safely. Not all the staff members were polite, but the entertainment on the flight was good.
Crew was real good, flight was smooth and came in early.
Love me some Delta. One of the few airlines to recognize and support veterans. Easy boarding, flight was on time and arrived early and the flight attendants were excellent on this flight.
Was forced to check in my small carry on, even though I informed the crew it has very fragile items inside
The plane was old with small storage areas that had problems closing/latching and not enough storage for everyone, and worn, damaged seats. Service was great but feel a little unsafe on such well used planes.
Got on the plane and then needed to deboard the plane because they didn’t have any pilots?
The only real hiccups in the flight were things beyond Delta’s control - turbulence which delayed food service and a departure delay caused by some VIP plane which stopped all departures and landings for 30 minutes - and was never explained to us by the crew. Otherwise good flight. I would fly Delta again.
The plane was frigid, and leaked water from the ceiling all over me and my seat.
It was a short, comfortable flight. It did leave an hour late due to the pilot having to be replaced (family emergency) but that didn’t inconvenience myself & my friend. The situation was explained, eventually.
There was a piece of plastic baked into my buttermilk biscuit! I have a pictures. The flight attendants in first class were really apologetic, and tried to rectify the situation. I I am very appreciative that they were able to give me some packets of pretzels and gummy bears. I understand they don't personally handle the food until warming it up so I know it wasn't their fault. I don't know whether it was a newer aircraft, or different food packaging, but I was happy that when the food was being warmed up - it didn't smell like plastic. Jokes on me with finding plastic in my food.
The seats were uncomfortable, as if the cushions haven't been switched out in many years. I felt like I was on an old bus. The food was delicious. thank you. Onboard entertainment, very limited. Unless you like violent movies. Why in the world would you have such severely violent movies on a plane? if you don't want to see such things, you don't have a choice. Have you considered that when choosing entertainment? Good god. Why would you have the Godfather? Or black women being brutally beaten with a club? Why in the hell would you put that kind of material on a plane? As for Kayak: Why when I ordered Qantas, was the plane on United?
UA594 was delayed multiple times. I ended up getting picked up so I can make it in time for work 6AM on Monday, 7/6/2026
Excellent flight. On time. Great staff. Clean and crisp cabin.
United Airlines is my preferred airlines and I am thankful for Gary who also help support me on the phone to switch my flight literally last min.
Unbelievably poor service from flight attendants. They didn’t even do water service on a four hour flight. Just disrespectful.
The attendant were friendly. I suggest you have a medical attendant on board every flight so that in case someone is sick , he/she will help them.
We were given vouchers we couldn’t use with a 5.5 hour delay
I was refused to used the toilet closes to my seat and had to go to the back of the plane .. it was difficult for me I’m a wheelchair customer
Flight was fine, but not having WiFi was a major negative
did not have enough meal for first class passengers so offer us snack
I was trying to take 2 one and a half hour one way trips and I experienced almost 20 delays over the course of those two trips. Only a few of them were due to weather the rest was disorganization
Would have thought that they would gas up plane before everyone got on board
The flights were terribly delayed and then cancelled which forced us booking another night at the hotel. Very poor management from American Airlines
American switched my flight to a 5 hour layover then cancelled my whole reservation with no notice and refused refund. Won’t fly with them again.
We sat on runway for an 1 hour because they were short handed at key west airport was not fun
The WiFi and app don’t work as easily as other airlines
Flflight crew were amazing, kind, and considerate. Fofood choices were limited, and didn’t have a variation.
