Long story short, it was one of the better flight experiences I've had in some time when compared with other airlines.
Delta flights recently are always delayed AND at jfk tney get the gates further away (need To walk 20’ to get to them/all the way at the end of the terminal). Not sure whats happening but price doesnt match experience!
Only freetext wifi was available in flight; browsing WiFi required payment. Since the seats had no in flight entertainment, Delta should revisit this policy on this longer flight.
The entertainment screens were not working and there was no air condition the entire flight. Very uncomfortable.
Typically I give delta excellent reviews. Our flight was delayed 2hrs, I was one of the fortunate ones who were able to get to my connecting flight. Also, annoying that on the connecting flight boarding personnel make me put away a small bag into my carryon. It small enough to put in back pocket seat, why hold me and the line up to just push it into my carryon.
Luggage delayed and 6 days later I still don't have it.
In thirty years of traveling, mostly with Delta, this was the worst day ever.
Traveling with delta is always a pleasure from the take off to the landing 🛬 🥰
Seats not assigned during check-in and got last non-reclining seats next to rest room :-(

Very stressful to locate United Airline boarding area, delayed flight, changing boarding area again to another location with all tiredness 😩. But flying was fine.
Flight staff and all was fine. Food always sucks on planes so nothing new.
Wonderful flight! The crew was good, check-in was good and orderly and the flight was uneventful and good.
The international portion was good. Food and beverage options were good. The sustainable wooden eatery was less than desirable. Your Star Alliance partner ANA provided real silverware. I'm 6'3" & 198 lbs and felt cramped in the exit row. How can that be? Flight attendant all had a pleasant disposition which is always good.
Boarded from a very small gate at LAX. Staff at gate had us line up, then waited 25 minutes to board without a word of explanation. Plane arrived on time then waited 20 minutes for a plane to vacate our gate. Majority of bags arrived after 15 minutes but it took an hour for a small number of remaining bags to be off-loaded despite my “priority” bag tag.
This planes staff was top tier. Everything went great and had a great flight home.
Fantastic. Smooth boarding with an infant. Never experienced it with any other carriers.
Apparently the WiFi you buy on on one flight doesn't carry on with connecting flights.
This was for the LOS to FRA leg of the flight Checking in and boarding was not good The staff at the gate were not helpful and targeted the customer and delayed the customers boarding unnecessarily The flight was delayed for about two hours and later for a change of boarding gate The waiting area was overcrowded with no seats available for passengers and lots were left standing for a long period of time
Sitting in row 31, you could smell the bathroom during the entire flight. It was pretty disgusting.
The power outlets were not working for my row. Also felt like the seats have gotten smaller. I was in the window seat and felt like suffocated, as the two passengers next to me were tall and wide.
No service on New Orleans to DFW or DFW to San Antonio. Also no explanation from the captain why we had no AC. Unacceptable!
They lost my bag on both the going and return flight of my round-trip.

Flight attendant made the flight very enjoyable. He was courteous and gave great care to the passengers
This flight 1810 on 7/30 from EWR to DFW got 4 hours delay. this round trip experience is bad, my AA flight 618 from DFW to EWR on 7/28 was redirected to PIT and totally delayed about 9 hours due to mixed of weather and AA IT outage and then on the way back delayed for 4 hours. Lucky, i changed my flight to UA on the way back. i don't like AA anymore. i will consider other airline options in the future.
IT issues created a mess had you change my flight and your system never changed it
The flight was ok, i understand Houston-Dallas is a short distance. The plane is really small: no TV, no snacks, but other than that, all was good. We had a bid delay but luckily it did not affect my connection
My flight was delayed by 8 hours I arrived at airport 4hrs earlier but to see if they can reroute me to get my connecting flt to Hong Kong. They auto rebooked my flt. With no chance. Which I missed this entire reservation through kayak. My next flt they got me on was at 6 am. Misses an entire day of my trip abroad all my accommodations seat assignments were missed and missed adding my TSA precheck to my ticket as well as my vegan meal request so I didnt have meals on any of the flight....so not a comfortable experience. Please help me with accommodations upon my return.
Not good. Flight crew, was not friendly and just shoved stuff at us. Not the way I like to travel.
