B1 crew crewmembers that are engaged in lightering, Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) activity, wind farm activity, private air/sea crew and other similar crewmember activities;
Students with an F-1 or M-1 visa and their F-2 and M-2 dependents, if they arrive from or have been in Ireland, the UK or Schengen Area in the past 14 days.
All travelers, 2 years of age or older (including US citizens and transit passenger) must present a negative COVID-19 viral or antigen test result issued 72 hours prior to departure or have a proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days prior to boarding the plane.
Travelers must complete a disclosure and attestation form before departure.
Exemptions or waiver to the testing requirements may be granted by the CDC on an extremely limited basis when emergency travel (like an emergency medical evacuation) must occur to preserve someone’s life, health against a serious danger, or physical safety and testing cannot be completed before travel.
US citizens and permanent residents arriving from the UK must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure.
Travelers arriving in New York State must complete the Traveler Health Form.
Travelers arriving in Massachusetts must complete the Massachusetts Health Form.
Travelers are advised to get tested 3-5 days after travel and stay home and self-quarantine for 7 days after travel. Even if they test negative, they must still stay home and self-quarantine for the full 7 days. If the test is positive, isolate to protect others from getting infected.

There is even an A/C plug to charge your electronics. The seats don't just recline, they tilt the seat as well as the back. That said, the seat depth is akin to sitting on a picnik bench."

They covered a meal for us which was good and gave us $50 off our next flight. But I’m not sure I want to book united again. The lady at the service desk was not very patient (which is understandable since a loy of people had to rebook their connecting flights). But I was smiling at her and just asking how to go about changing our connecting flights and she seemed a little bit ready to get rid of me. And the next plane we got on, one of our tv screens didn’t work. And the connecting flight was delayed also because of a technical problem."

Cons: "I had requested a special meal. Due to a date change in my travel, United messed up transferring over the special meal request. The "International Services Manager" offered a lip-service sorry. The audio output was intermittent. The phrase "friendly skies" has to be re-worded for United."

Moved to the back of the plane with no recline and destroying my back after telling them I need at least minimal recline. Out of most food options upon being served last and given a soggy undressed chicken wrap for 12.00. Finally, the gate dock was not able to connect with the plane upon arrival yeilding a 30 minute delay at the gate. Unapologetic crew simply ready to turn onto the next flight. This is why I don't fly united."

Cons: "No snacks were given to my kids cuz they were sleeping, the plane was freezing took a lil while until someone finally listened to the complaints and turned the heat up. No one was able to give us direction at San Juan airport all information desk were closed. It was a very stressful frustrating time at the airport. We were flying with 2 young kids at 2am and there was no body there to help, anyone we asked question we were given the wrong info not pleased one bit."

Cons: "A service attendant took the time to check the status of my original flight and help me make it. He didnt have to but he did with a pleasant attitude."

Cons: "It took a long time to get everyone on board even after the crew kept paging that they were closing the door. After running to catch the flight it would have been nice to stop before getting on the plane for food. Food service etc was almost 2 hours after getting on the flight."
