I'm glad it wasn't only 75% full because I could get a good seat
if I was good. Not happy that I have to pay extra money to get the seat I need for lake room, but I guess that’s a sign of the times.
Seats were very comfortable. They tilted back. Drinks and snacks were free and served 3 times. Attendants were awesome.
Plane was clean and comfortable. Flight attendants and gate staff were professional, friendly and efficient. Boarding and deplaning were orderly and efficient. All in all, the typical excellent Southwest experience.
Truly terrible. Will never willingly fly southwest again. Seats are worse than before they switched to assigned seating. One flight attendant was the opposite of helpful (rude, unhelpful, dismissive, and as my stranger seatmate said unprompted: a total prick). This caused me, 15 minutes into the flight, to book an alternate return flight home on a competing airline (first class 1.2k purchase instead of my existing planned flight) just so I would not have to ever be on that aircraft, with that terrible service person, with those horrific seats ever again.
Not having a five hour delay with little notice! The crew was very kind, though, and just as tired as we passengers were. The flight didn't depart until nearly 1 am...and no reason was ever given.
The entire experience from boarding to landing was amazing! The crew were very friendly. Will definitely be back.
no service at all due to turbulence. they should've at least given us snacks, there were only 10 people on the entire flight.
First time I've had to use the disabled accommodations. And I could not have had a better experience with Southwest, i was having trouble getting from one terminal to another due to my heart failure. And the next thing I know a Southwest agent had made sure. I had a wheelchair at all my flights. Can't thank them enough.
Delayed flight, lack of information, boarding process is a mess as is the carryon luggage causing issues when leaving the plane….just a poor experience.
Airlines should be prohibited from using the seats they get away with.
Got home at 3am after deboarding the plane. No compensation offered by American
The "on the ground" A/C was not working. It was so hot while waiting to get in the air, a passenger from the rear of the plan declared "I just can't!" and waited in the gangway until time to close the doors. It was miserable. But the crew were champs and had an amazing attitude. I know they were as miserable as we were but didn't let that affect their performance.
When I booked my flight a month ago - I selected a seat. That seat was NOT the one I ended up with when I checked into my flight the day before. This is the second time this has occurred. So, I checked my next flight on Wednesday and Thursday and no seat was assigned. Poor, very poor customer service.

Message about flight cancelation was received late due to being in the air. No explanation, just canceled and booked on morning flight. We had to stay in the airport overnight because there was no transportation offered to get to the hotel that AA had available. Actual inflight was fine.
Ceiling fell down and had to have maintenance come and duct tape it up. No WiFi on the flight.

American Airlines did everything they could with the high Spring Break crowd. I was frustrated to be changed from 1st class to a middle seat at the back of the plane. This has happened before, not sure booking 1st class and paying the extra actually works.
Plane from partner PSA was filthy. Plastic needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Really disgusting to look at and wonder about cleanliness of parts less visible.
Flights were canceled due to airline shutting down and haven’t received a reimbursement. Had to book last minute new flights which were expensive
The company went out of business and now I'm stuck in Ft. Lauderdale. Would not recommend.
Spirit changed flight times by 12 hours with coming and going so I refunded tickets and drove

The flight was delayed for over an hour. No one at the gate said anything about the flight being delayed. I had to rely on my phone for updates. Absolutely no communication at the gate.
The boarding process was simple but the seats were very uncomfortable. The staff lady was also very hard to understand when she spoke over the intercom about procedures and updates. Other staff members seemed like they were just tired and didnt want to be on the plane. Im used to happy attendants and being able to understand what is said over the speakers.

I didnt have a flight. Kayak must be on drugs because I confirmed with spirit that I had no booked flight.
We were surprised to be charged $99 for a personal item. And of course everything offered on the flight was an additional charge. Other than that the pilot flew and landed the plane well and the attendants and fellow passengers were nice enough.
