Charlotte concourses are under construction in some areas. Leave plenty of time for connections. We had 1.25 hrs. to arrive on one concourse and walk to another concourse for departure; this was NOT too much. Allegedly, walk should have taken 15 minutes, but moving walkways were not working, and corridors were very crowded with travelers. Gate areas are too small for people waiting to board, so they spill out into the concourse corridors, impeding traffic. Allow extra time for moving more slowly, using restrooms, getting food, etc.

Because the CLT to NY flights are short distance/ duration I have noticed that they are often the first to be delayed or cancelled when there are weather issues. The worst airline for this route is American who seems to always have issues with crews timing out, lost baggage, mechanical delays, etc. AA is usually one of the worst carriers for cancelling/ delaying flights. I find the Delta flights to be the most reliable and timely. However, Delta flys smaller planes and so there is limited space for carry-on bags. You may have to check your bag at the gate and pick it up in the jetway afterwards. In terms of airports, the Charlotte airport has been undergoing a renovation for many years and is still a mess with many of the moving sidewalks not moving. Airport parking is particularly challenging and so you need to allow plenty of time before your flight. In NY, it really depends on time of day and weather. LGA is close to Manhattan, but it is the first to be impacted by weather. The LGA airport is modern and renovated. I generally prefer it to JFK and EWR unless there is bad weather.

Don't book row 3 as people from the first 2 rows "first class" usually take up whatever space they need in the overhead compartment and you are forced to stow your carry on many rows back.

They dont really bother you about carry-on size, I brought a descent sized backpack and they didnt even check. Bring your own snacks to save some money.

Small plane meant no overhead compartment room, so you got a valet tag when boarding and they checked the bag at the gate. I didn't realize until I exited the gate door this meant I was supposed to pick the bag back up immediately upon getting off the plane and I could not go back down the gateway again to retrieve it. But they transferred the bag to the baggage claim area so it all worked out- just a little confusing at first.

Charlotte is not a convenient airport. Overcrowded and when arriving to pick up your luggage at belts (connecting to Tampa), they have screens informing you where to pick up your luggage, but screens had NO information at all. You had to ask for it to staff.

The food was mediocre. “ breakfast “ was downright awful and insulting. It was a piece of dough with mon descript filling that was supposed to be cheese omelette).

The tray table was broken and the food was terrible.

The gentleman at the gate I think his name is RIE was exceptional

While they turned off most cabin lights to allow people to sleep, I was bothered by how bright the side lights still were. It was still quite bright for me in a window seat, when I wish I could have slept!

One of the flight attendants was a little cranky. I appreciated the free wifi and plug to charge my laptop

No entertainment. Plane was so small had to pink tag a carry on ive used for 20 years easily on board. The fact the flight got in at midnight, had to wait for crew in fort wayne to allow the plane to approach the gate, THEN had to wait for bag on jet bridge made experience irritating at best.

Crew was great. Near on time departure and early arrival. Snacks are always meh. Not a fan of the "pay for everything including miles " proposal unless base flight rate going to be 100 bucks.

Would have been better if there was a nonstop flight from Tampa to Norfolk or Tampa to New Port News.

Overall Good! The weather delayed our takeoff from Atlanta and our arrival in Miami! If Mother Nature can mess up a flight she will do it every time!

The flight was smooth, the crew was great but the plane was quite old

Crew was friendly. Seats are too narrow, particularly when a big person is in the adjacent seat, but I understand this is due to smaller planes usually flight into Lincoln. I have experienced several flight delays going out and coming into Lincoln airport, I say maybe 50% or higher of the flights I've taken out of this airport have been delayed.

newer aircraft, ability to connect my headset via blue tooth for entertainment.

Great flight. Boarded efficiently. Arrived early at CLT. There was no in flight entertainment on this aircraft. Great crew.

Due to cancellation of connecting flight (Lufthansa) I didn’t fly with United

The seat was comfortable. There was a lot of turbulence. If it weren't for that,it would have been okay.

It was a red-eye, but the flight felt surprisingly quick. The seats were very comfortable, and that made resting much easier. I also want to thank the gentleman seated next to me, who graciously moved so my mom could sit beside me. We slept almost the entire way. The cabin crew was respectful in not disturbing us, while also being courteous and professional throughout. Thank you, United.

Packed in plane small uncomfortable seats elbow to elbow nobody wants to be in that situation for the money they paid

Vegetarian selection could be better. Bread was too hard to chew.

Crew was friendly and competent. Food, wine, and entertainment were excellent except the raw tuna on the flight to Split. Recommend against serving that - at least as the only option. Many medical conditions do not allow people to eat raw fish.

Overall flight was ok. Flight attendant was receptive to assisting passengers with tight connections.

The "on the ground" A/C was not working. It was so hot while waiting to get in the air, a passenger from the rear of the plan declared "I just can't!" and waited in the gangway until time to close the doors. It was miserable. But the crew were champs and had an amazing attitude. I know they were as miserable as we were but didn't let that affect their performance.

When I booked my flight a month ago - I selected a seat. That seat was NOT the one I ended up with when I checked into my flight the day before. This is the second time this has occurred. So, I checked my next flight on Wednesday and Thursday and no seat was assigned. Poor, very poor customer service.

Cleared standby and gave up my seat. Terrible policy and boarding experience

Message about flight cancelation was received late due to being in the air. No explanation, just canceled and booked on morning flight. We had to stay in the airport overnight because there was no transportation offered to get to the hotel that AA had available. Actual inflight was fine.

Ceiling fell down and had to have maintenance come and duct tape it up. No WiFi on the flight.

I appreciate that I finally got the seat I paid extra for this time. Thank you

American Airlines did everything they could with the high Spring Break crowd. I was frustrated to be changed from 1st class to a middle seat at the back of the plane. This has happened before, not sure booking 1st class and paying the extra actually works.

Plane from partner PSA was filthy. Plastic needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Really disgusting to look at and wonder about cleanliness of parts less visible.

Arrived early picked up my bag in a few minutes- great trip - thank you

I like that the flight attendant was very attentive and helpful. The meal menu could have more of an variety of food choices.

Broke my bag and offered no support or solution afterwards

We didn't get on the flight, they canceled our flight and said there was no flights leaving this weekend and sent me our money back.

Horrible company: canceled flights and delayed flights. Spirit canceled my flight from Miami to Philadelphia the day before we were supposed to leave from Philadelphia to Miami, with no explanation. I had to rebook another flight, spending more money and instead of flying from Miami, I had to choose a flight from Fort Lauderdale because there were no direct flights available from Miami. That created additional cost. The flight with Spirit from Fort Lauderdale was scheduled to depart at 6am, so I had to wake up my 3 and 6 years old at 3am to get to the airport in time and then, at 5am while we were at the gate the delayed the flight until 7:45am with again no explanation.

Spirit is awful, and cost me an extra $400. On the flight to the destination they staff was rude and did not even offer water during the flight. On the return flight, while on the way to the terminal, Spirit cancelled the flight. This is the second time this has happened, and I believe they should compensate for the additional cost for incurred for the return flight. Spirit simply offered reimbursement for their cancelled flight, and did not take into consideration the cost for a last-minute flight home. The TSA agents expressed how Spirit often cancels evening/night flights, and shows no concern for the passengers.

The flight was delayed four times and finally cancelled. The hotel night we paid for and the connecting flight did not happen. There were also additional costs due to the extra night in Miami. I do not recommend this airline.

The repeated flight delays—this time nearly three hours without any weather-related cause—are unacceptable. Yet, passengers are penalized heavily even for being a minute late. It is unreasonable that there is no compensation for such significant delays, nor even basic provisions like water during the wait or in flight. This imbalance in accountability is deeply frustrating and needs to be addressed.

My flight with spirit airlines was canceled leaving me stranded until tomorrow.

My flight was delayed then put back on time then cancelled and they automatically rebooked me to another flight but that flight was going to make me late to a concert i had planned for. Flight was at 10am concert was at 7pm from Burbank to Las Vegas so I allowed enough time but the flight that was rebooked was too late so I talked with the desk and they were able to get me on an afternoon flight. Thank goodness. That was stressful for a moment. I want to thank the person who helped me get to my show on time. Concert tickets are very expensive and the show was amazing. Hopefully my flight home will be smooth.

Unfortunately Stuff and the stuff boarded us were so rude to many of passengers.i will never fly Spirit again .

Always Good ,… Spirit customers are high class Delta customers are self proclaimed elites and American crews you can hear them complain about everything (they’re loud)

They switched our terminal 3 times and we were delayed for four plus hours!!!

It was an early flight and most people napped/slept and the crew let us which was nice.

The crew acted like they had never done this and kept barking passive aggressive orders at people. + the security line + the delay + sitting on the tarmac for 2 hours + none of the apps or signage updating with correct times

More inflight connection. And leg space is horrible. And the paying for baggage I'd ridiculous!!!

My flight was originally from SAT to MCO connecting from MCO to ORD. We got diverted to ATL and than Frontier staff there was sooo un helpful first they said they couldn’t give us any accommodation since our flight first got delayed that cancelled and now it’s 221am and I am still in ATL since they said they need to create a new flight my final destination is ORD and I have been delayed twice and cancelled. With no real help the frontier app didn’t work no email updates over all such a horrible experience

There's no seats that lean back with little leg space i wad uncomfortable the entire flight. Your charges for extra baggage is despicable and costly!!

Remind customers of the need to have passport or new ID for boarding.

Flight was canceled. Most upsetting was message from Kayak, stating that the flight was canceled and click with Kayak for details regarding rebook, refund details. THERE'S NO INFORMATION PROVIDED BY KAYAK EXCEPT THAT FLIGHT IS CANCELED. AND NOW THIS SURVEY TO FIND OUT HOW WAS THE FLIGHT !!!!!!!

The flight never took off and we spent 7 hours at the airport

Gate not determined until I got to the airport - hard to plan the trip to the airport.
