You should be less stingy with the free snacks. This was a 4+-hour flight that already started 90 minutes late. I was allowed one snack choice. I picked almonds and was given a 0.5-oz bag. Really? You couldn’t have given me 2 bags when they’re that small? Or let me choose two different snacks? For such a long flight! Because the flight was bumpy, there was only one snack service, about 2 hours into the flight. That’s fine - you can’t control the weather - but knowing that the normal 2 services was reduced to just 1 - AND that we had left Atlanta 90 minutes late — all the more reason to be more generous with snacks! Frankly, your snacks should be bigger portions anyway. I felt like your airline was being incredibly stingy.
Delta screwed up my ticket and booking and did not make their best efforts to accommodate or offer a suitable resolution. In fact passed the buck to TSA, who of course had passed the buck to Delta.......bad experience currently without resolution
Back to front boarding works, drop a lot of the prepared categories to Wheelchair, babies, military and 1st class, then board back to front, it works. had difficulty seeing phone to get free wifi, the items you need to check need to be in bigger font.

The bagage checkin dropoff was a disaster. Even with self check kiosks you still had to stand in line to drop bags. The line was so long and slow, people were getting angry & testy. Many (including self) nearly missed boarding because of the bagage line. Then once on plane, it was like a Sona with no air flow. People were fanning each other with paper.
Like the available movies, but boarding could be better, it was just a big close crowd. Food can also be improved. Seats were uncomfortable.

I liked the crew, the size of the aircraft (three rows in each side of the plane). The flight was from CLT to AVP and it short and sweet. 8I only wished that there was a flight between 4pm and 8 pm.

Some of the crew members were not very friendly. AA gave us seats that were not next to each other despite the fact that we were traveling with a one year old baby. The flight went well overall but these small things were not easy to navigate.
