Pros: Long flight, the pillows and heavier blankets were a nice welcome. Pretty empty flight on the way to Iceland so everyone was allowed to stretch out.

Pros: the plane didn't crash.

Cons: honesty. 29 minute flight took 3 hours. first they blamed it on waiting for luggage, then they likely realized there were no connecting fllights, so that excuse didn't work, then they were 'closing the cargo doors' for 45 minutes, then they had to de-ice as the plane had now sat for 4 hours instead of 45 minutes, had it left on time.

Cons: Food was terrible. Paid for first class, expected something better than coach. Our food choice was a ham sandwich, there were better choices but the crew took them for themselves so nothing left for the 1st class passengers. Similar situation on our eastbound flight the week earlier. I doubt if Delta knows or cares that this occurs. After paying more than twice the coach fare, we expect something better than a ham sandwich on a coast to coast flight.

Cons: The flight from Manchester to Amsterdam has been delayed which led insufficient time for me to transfer to HK

Cons: Cabin was cramped. Food quality was so so.

Cons: Flight was run by American airlines. The Seats on the 777 were small extremely poor legroom.

Cons: Not force checking luggage. Not loosing tsa pre details between different parts of ticket. Allowing checking to both legs online, not just the first.

Cons: The food is usually very good, this time it was poor to disappointing- dark meat chicken.., tasteless & unhealthy....mushy fruit dessert choices

Pros: Great crew and entertainment. Terrible experience at CDG airport but that’s the airports fault.

Cons: They always change the gates, also too many disorders in the gate previous the boarding process, the process it is not clean. They took hand baggage aleatory to send to down and do not ask if we have fragile stuffs there.

Cons: The time. The flight was late for 1 hour. I miss everything and also I get very late to our Airbnb and I was with my family and child

Pros: The crew was friendly, the planes clean, flights on time. The blankets were a very nice touch.

Cons: On my first flight, I paid for use of wifi, but it kept kicking me off the connection. Repeatedly, the entire time. On the second flight, there was no option for wifi at all. It would have been nice to pay for wifi once for use all the way to my destination.

Cons: First they good have actually kept the flight. Instead I was rebooted on a flight that will get me home over three hours later than originally scheduled. And it could be even later since my connection is already delayed.

Pros: Everything, very nice crew . Just gave you the feeling you were in good hands . Would highly recommend Iceland air.

Pros: Very old aircraft. Looked extremely run down and many things were broken.

Pros: Seat was very comfortable, plenty of leg room.

Cons: Food trays left for 45 mins. This was premium economy Check in took forever even though I checked in 3 hours before departure. Didn't seem to be any staff near self serve check in screens to advise passengers.

Pros: Premium class is good value on the A380 but not quite to par on the older 777s

Cons: I requested a special meal request online but it didn’t go through, and the crew had to find me an alternate meal.

Cons: I couln't get my view on for movies, since there was (I presume) a charge for the earphones. Won't know now what happened to Jean Grey. Maybe offer a small book cart as an alternative entertainment for us cheapskates? do-de-do...

Pros: The two people who were in charge of boarding the plane were especially nice, efficient, and accommodating. I really really liked them.

Cons: Something to work on is organizing the flights in order when you are checking in. I arrived and it was a mess, we didn't know where to go and which line to take. Please make sure you put signs so we can follow and be more organized.
