Cons: "Flight was booked through United and had 4 stops. The second two were handled by aerolineas. There was a 48 hour strike in affect when I landed in Buenos Aires. My connection was canceled but I was not notified by anyone. I got stranded in Buenos Aires for 2 days. Not a fun way to start my trip."

Cons: "Pressed call light button. More than 1 hour later, crew noticed it, while serving beverages and simply shut it off without even asking what I needed. With difficulty, I got her attention and asked for her help. Announcement made before descending that seat backs should be up. Person in front of me ignored instructions. Cabin crew walked up aisle so fast she missed that and I could not catch her attention. So, seatback was in my face, a safety hazard, the entire descent. When we left, crew muttered thank you for flying us while she was looking at her phone. Did you ever feel that the cabin crew was totally useless?"

Pros: "I purchased a ticket for what I believed was a good dead from buenos Aires to bariloche through flight network.com and when I got to the airport the airline claimed they never received the money which ment I could not get on the plane. The airline representative only told me to contact the agency or if I wanted to buy another ticket for almost double the amount I originally payed for. Very useful...After being on hold for a total of two hours which made me miss my flight I gave up and went home after not having slept since it was an early flight and wasted about 30$ (dollars not pesos) on transportation to and from the airport."

Cons: "Aerolineas Argentinas cancelled my morning fight the night before without explanation. There was very little information, and I was unable to call a representative because it was off-hours when I got my cancellation notice. When I arrived at the airport, they changed my flight to a much later time departing at a different airport in the city (although they did provide a free shuttle). If I have a choice in the future, I would avoid Aerolineas Argentinas."

Cons: "The food is very basic (not a problem for short flights), but only "gaseosas" (carbonated drinks) or water were offered, and it would be nicer if juices (orange, tomato, etc.) were included in the options. Another minor issue: the inflight wifi was limited to only the onboard entertainment (in other words, no outside internet access) and there were no screens, so you had to have your own wifi device (tablet, phone, etc.) which isn't really a big problem these days, but are things for passengers to consider when comparing to bus routes."
