Website would not let me check in the day before or the morning or my flight. There was an error every time and I almost got to the end once. I could not change the time of my transportation and arrived 10 minutes past the check in deadline (an hour prior to the flight taking off). I was refused access to the flight and offered a flight 5 hours later. The staff was rude and not helpful. I had heard negative things about Frontier and now I know why.

The flight staff was very pleasant and tried to make the best of a bad situation.

Our flight #082 originally scheduled for 12/18 from Cabo to ORD was delayed twice and then once at the airport we were told the flight was cancelled, not due to weather but after hours, finally the Frontier personnel advised us it was possibly due to the pilot/crew being unable to fly because they were over their number of hours logged for the day. We were never notified that the flight was cancelled via text or email. Since the one hotel was over-sold at the airport, all of us passengers on the flight were forced to take cabs back to downtown cabo to try and find and pay for hotels on our own and then cab/commute back to hopefully get out the morning of 12/19. While we were able to fly out on the morning of 12/19, unlike Denver passengers,, the pilot apologized for the delay, stating the flight cancellation was due to an "internal communication meltdown" . The flight crew was apologetic, helpful and did their best to make the best of the very bad situation that Frontier caused by neither communicated to its staff internally nor to us passengers. However, it is unacceptable that all of us were left to incur many additional costs, missing work, and told that they could not approve any reimbursement . All of us were outraged and feel at the very least could have avoided f us to coming to the airport for a flight that could not depart, especially since there were two previous delays. In addition, we spoke to an agent at 6pm and they verified the flight would be departing on 10:00 pm on 12/18. (So, of course we then checked out of our hotel, an hour away in Cabo.) How ironic that the same situation occurred in Dec., 2015, with the flight being delayed and no communication from Frontier. I expect to be compensated for transportation, hotel, and additional expenses incurred for missed work, all due to the delay due to the “internal Frontier Airline company meltdown”. I would hope that Frontier would want to try to make an effort to show that this is not your standard treatment of passengers. I look forward to a prompt response to a very unfortunate ending and situation to avoid any legal action. Thank you in advance.

Fortunately as a passenger the economy flight area was very spacious due to low numbers of passengers. Which provided a comfortable seating space.

The entertainment could and been a little more variable in the film range provided. But generally overall I had a excellent flight. Food was good. Crew were very good and I would definitely consider flying United on my next visit out and recommend that my family did. Thank you United.

Our plane was defective so had to be replaced. This is fine, I certainly am willing to wait for a new plane if it means not blowing up over the ocean. The problem was how little the attendants at the gate communicated the situation to us. What should have been a brief layover became a 12 hour nightmare. The gate attendants did finally issue meal vouchers but they waited until 10 minutes before all the restaurants closed and only issued $10 a person. This is enough to buy a hot dog at an airport... We were told there wouldn't be any rescheduling of missed connections until we were "airborne". This resulted in mass panic and confusion upon reaching our destination. We were told to go to the service desk, half an airport away, but once the entire passenger contents of the plane arrived at that far flung service desk, we were mostly turned away to seek help at individual gates. This lack of communication meant I missed the next next available connecting flight and now have a further six hour layover. I understand accidents happen and planes can break down but the nearly complete lack of care and customer attention is, frankly, disappointing. I've now had nearly an entire day added to my travel time. If I'd been willing to loose that time I would have paid $600 less for my ticket. United finally offered a token of their appreciation : a $100 e-voucher. I have spent more than that on food and coffee in airports for the past two days while trying to survive until my next connections.

No outlets to charge your phone, and the tv played the same movie over and over. The meals were also cheap. Didn't like any of them. Should have flown southwest or delta.

The aircraft was extremely cold throughout the duration of the flight. Of all of the long haul airlines I've flown with, I find that American Airlines offers the least leg room.

Its a scam! They act like they are giving you a break by having you buy cheap flights but in reality it costs more than a bit more expensive flight. I had to pay $45.00 each bag no matter if it was checked or carry-on. In total round trip I paid $180.00 extra just for my husbands carry-on as well as mine. Must add that our flights together cost 286.00. We should of went with American Airlines. On top of that we couldn't select our own seat if so, we had to pay extra, so we had to sit separated from each other. It was ridiculous! Never Again with this company!!!!!

Our flight #082 originally scheduled for 12/18 from Cabo to ORD was delayed twice and then once at the airport we were told the flight was cancelled, not due to weather but after hours, finally the Frontier personnel advised us it was possibly due to the pilot/crew being unable to fly because they were over their number of hours logged for the day. We were never notified that the flight was cancelled via text or email. Since the one hotel was over-sold at the airport, all of us passengers on the flight were forced to take cabs back to downtown cabo to try and find and pay for hotels on our own and then cab/commute back to hopefully get out the morning of 12/19. While we were able to fly out on the morning of 12/19, unlike Denver passengers,, the pilot apologized for the delay, stating the flight cancellation was due to an "internal communication meltdown" . The flight crew was apologetic, helpful and did their best to make the best of the very bad situation that Frontier caused by neither communicated to its staff internally nor to us passengers. However, it is unacceptable that all of us were left to incur many additional costs, missing work, and told that they could not approve any reimbursement . All of us were outraged and feel at the very least could have avoided f us to coming to the airport for a flight that could not depart, especially since there were two previous delays. In addition, we spoke to an agent at 6pm and they verified the flight would be departing on 10:00 pm on 12/18. (So, of course we then checked out of our hotel, an hour away in Cabo.) How ironic that the same situation occurred in Dec., 2015, with the flight being delayed and no communication from Frontier. I expect to be compensated for transportation, hotel, and additional expenses incurred for missed work, all due to the delay due to the “internal Frontier Airline company meltdown”. I would hope that Frontier would want to try to make an effort to show that this is not your standard treatment of passengers. I look forward to a prompt response to a very unfortunate ending and situation to avoid any legal action. Thank you in advance.

Website would not let me check in the day before or the morning or my flight. There was an error every time and I almost got to the end once. I could not change the time of my transportation and arrived 10 minutes past the check in deadline (an hour prior to the flight taking off). I was refused access to the flight and offered a flight 5 hours later. The staff was rude and not helpful. I had heard negative things about Frontier and now I know why.

All the effort to make my need for wheelchair problem free

Our plane was defective so had to be replaced. This is fine, I certainly am willing to wait for a new plane if it means not blowing up over the ocean. The problem was how little the attendants at the gate communicated the situation to us. What should have been a brief layover became a 12 hour nightmare. The gate attendants did finally issue meal vouchers but they waited until 10 minutes before all the restaurants closed and only issued $10 a person. This is enough to buy a hot dog at an airport... We were told there wouldn't be any rescheduling of missed connections until we were "airborne". This resulted in mass panic and confusion upon reaching our destination. We were told to go to the service desk, half an airport away, but once the entire passenger contents of the plane arrived at that far flung service desk, we were mostly turned away to seek help at individual gates. This lack of communication meant I missed the next next available connecting flight and now have a further six hour layover. I understand accidents happen and planes can break down but the nearly complete lack of care and customer attention is, frankly, disappointing. I've now had nearly an entire day added to my travel time. If I'd been willing to loose that time I would have paid $600 less for my ticket. United finally offered a token of their appreciation : a $100 e-voucher. I have spent more than that on food and coffee in airports for the past two days while trying to survive until my next connections.

No outlets to charge your phone, and the tv played the same movie over and over. The meals were also cheap. Didn't like any of them. Should have flown southwest or delta.

Fortunately as a passenger the economy flight area was very spacious due to low numbers of passengers. Which provided a comfortable seating space.

The entertainment could and been a little more variable in the film range provided. But generally overall I had a excellent flight. Food was good. Crew were very good and I would definitely consider flying United on my next visit out and recommend that my family did. Thank you United.
