Istanbul to Lahore flight was less than standard for international business class cabins. Seat did not were not flat and it did not operate easily. I had to push buttons hard repeatedly to operate the seat. I was in 5A seat
My, Syed Zawar Hussein Shirazi frequently flyer membership number was not included on my boarding pass from O’Hare to Istanbul despite my reminder to the attendant at check in. Further she forgot to give me my boarding pass form Istanbul to Lahore and she needs to improve her customer service, please 🙏
Chicago to Istanbul was a much better experience than I expected since I’m more accustomed to Qatar Airways business class. The business lounge in the Istanbul airport was amazing - loved the lockers and phone charging stations, and the bathroom was a spa experience in itself. The onward leg from Istanbul to Karachi was utterly disappointing. Terrible plane, and I felt like I was in economy - the seats don’t come near to lying flat and the food was mediocre. What a sad downgrade - it isn’t as though the ticket on that leg was cheaper. So, on that front, there’s no contest with Qatar airways.
Second leg of Turkish Airline with Indigo is disaster for following reason. 1) You have to carry your cabin bags through ladder to boeing 777 because it was parked somewhere in parking lot and was not given a gate to board passengers and this seems to be people traveling to and fro from those flights and is not issue with flight itself. 2) I choose non vegetarian food on Turkish portal way ahead of checkin to entire trip, However the Indigo flight gave me random veg food saying they code veg food code from Turkish. 3) Indigo did not served any alcoholic beverages stating some weird reason which is non nonsensical. 4)Indigo have TV screens in front of you but it displays nothing except "Welcome Onboard" with annoying white black ground in dark flight. This is the most stupidest and annoying part because you are held hostage for 7 hours and only thing you could do is stare back at white screen which does not have entertainment package or even flight tracker. Such a shame.
During mid flight, try to get a flight attendant to help I couldn’t find one Otherwise, everything was perfect
The 2 agents on the check in counter were super nice , helpful and very polite. Boarding was like a 1 2 3, I would recommend Turkish airlines for your next trip.
7 stars hospitality and an excellent service by the Turkish Airline entire team. Somehow, our membership numbers for mileage points were not indicated on our boarding passes issued at O’Hare Airport by the Turkish Airlines check in desk. During transit in Istanbul, I brought to attention of customer service Turkish Airlines. Terrible boarding process, no proper line maintained even for business class, crews are not very attentive, business class food quality / variety / quantity have gone down, everything has become cheap.
Food quality and the overall service of the staff and significantly decreased. The flight was delayed at the Istanbul airport and the passengers were kept onboard for more than 3 hours. The staff didn’t kept the passengers informed and everyone was upset.
Turkish Airlines apparently no longer gives you 2 checked bags allowance on international flights, so that pleasure cost me $165 for my second suitcase at the airport. On top of that, they damaged that very suitcase, which happens to be a designer one and part of a set - ripped one of the four wheels right off.
The crew was amazing. Our seats was not very clean and even that was not a full flight but our seats was right beside the WC which did not let us to have a moment of rest.
Excellent service, and came on time! Thank you for your dinner that was chicken with salat/, and 🍰 it was good quality food , the breakfast was very good with good cheese , butter,etc and the tea was very good quality. The space where I was seat was nice so I could stretch my legs. I dit not have the bread as I am in a keto died. Have great time everyone in Scandinavia airline.
Mediocre. Maybe due to Economy light. Staff was great. Space shrunk, not for me, and definitely not for Vikings. Food was decent. Assistance lagging. There was a possibility to upgrade to Premium economy, however my bid was immediately classified as low and not even considered (though well over minimum bid). Thus I was no bleeding dry.
Basic flight. Great for something under two hours. Seats were a bit dated and uncomfortable

Seat was lumpier than I’ve ever remembered it to be although comfortable when tilted back. I don’t recall being that hungry after being served food from SAS before. Flight attendant on the second flight to Aalborg seemed to be having a bad day.
On this shorter leg and with an older plane, just mediocre. On the connecting long haul (Chicago to Copenhagen) everything was great.
My outbound flight was incredible... Milan to Chicago. The crew worked so well together. Each passenger felt spoiled and incredibly valued. The crew on this flight was fine. Nothing to complain specifically about but could not give top rating only because of the superior crew, hospitality, warmth we felt on the first flight. Unfortunately. You managed to lose my luggage ..my only piece checked in. Lost in Copenhagen so I had the added stress, time wasted to file the report. To make things worse, Italian rail decided to strike that Sunday so I could not take the train as planned back to Switzerland. Horrible waiting time and poor communication for boarding substitution bus. The substition bus to the town of Stabio did not run on time and was late about 40 minutes.
The flight was cancelled early on and messed up the whole vacation and hard to get a refund from Kayak as they owned the ticket and of course they did not believe that SAS cancelled the ticket. Definite bad side to third party. SAS had rescheduled but overlapped the connecting flights. That did not work. Flight was cancelled long ago but Kayak still has it. Like it was taken? Bad IT ? Or all assumptions and no follow up which is the whole IT world. It needs to wake up and be more efficient. Especially as the world is going, there will be no freedom to do anything. And we will be living like the Middle Ages. Yeah, go read up on that while you still can.
It was hot and not as comfortable as the flight to Chicago. Must have been a different plane that needs to be worked on or replaced.
The SFO lounge closes at 12 midnight. My flight took off at 2AM

Have not had a flight out or returning to Norfolk that has not required maintenance, and a gate delay. Properly staff the crew so maintenance can be performed without last minute emergencies on each flight and there is enough staff to have gates prepared for inbound flights. Staff to ensure the safety and on time service vs. profit.
We were forced to eat vegetarian food because non veg food ran out. The breakfast was mediocre.
My original flight was cancelled and that affected my trip and my plans and I got no compensation and customer service was hard to reach as well
The kid in the middle seat kicked me almost the whole flight, almost kicked my hot tea off my tray. The flight was delayed due to the first plane not being able to be de-iced in July! We had to get a new plane. Now I drive 3 hours back to Edmonton because direct flights from PVR were way to expensive
The flight was delayed by a hour and I wish they had communicated it sooner. No issues on the plane, it did take a while for food to come.
For my wife to be seated with our two children they put them in the last row on the plane where the seats don’t recline very much. The seats in front of them reclined fully which is basically in the lap of the last row which made it difficult to eat, move or watch the entertainment provided.
Due to late arrival flight we missed the connection. There's no way possible we could have made it through customs and made the flight to Prague given the time allowed. Even if there was no delay from MIA to FRA I question if we would have made the PRA flight.
I love flying with them, the long-haul was fantastic. The short flight from Dublin --> Switzerland was horrible though. Most narrow seats I ever had, first and only time in my life I couldn't even close the seatbelt in seat 1A which was very embarrassing so I had to sit in the middle, because that seatbeld was 20cm longer. No idea why seat 1A would have a much shorter belt, it's just ridicilous. Also I hate the fixed seats, way too narrow.
Food was mediocre, but as expected in economy class on an airline. Wrap was ice cold , my son’s served by a steward on the next aisle was warm . As expected, but at least heat the food up a bit. No frills, but it’s economy. Excellent free WiFi was a bonus

Late late late. Delayed and arrived an hour late for a 1 hour 45 minute connection. Every time. Poor record for this company. I try to fly any other carrier first.

Fast and sensible boarding was absolutely amazing. But extortionate wifi and seats that barely moved, making me unable to sleep, didn't do a lot of favors.
I appteciate the very courteous staff. The flight was good. Something that wasn't good was that my bag was only checked as far as Dublin and I had a connecting flight to Vienna. (That was a mistake the ORD desk made.) Fortunately the desk at DUB was able to re-tag without me having to re-check in (which initially it seemed I might have to do.)
It was excellent! The plane left Chicago early. Arrived in Dublin early. The crew was excellent! It was a great experience.
Horrible. Garbage airline. Due to the strike we got a replacement plane/crew. I didn't get my exit row seat I paid for. Food was horrible. Plane was hot and didn't have AC vents.
Are Longus was fine. I booked thru Kayak and was unable to get my business class seat early. Sat next to galley. Crew forgot to wake me for breakfast.
It was okay. Mothers with rowdy children should be invited to sit in front of them.

I had a good comfortable seat. There was nearly an hour delay. There was an accident with the champagne, but I was well compensated. These things happen sometimes.
We missed our flight. There was not enough time built into the layover to get through immigration, customs, bagclaim, bag rechecking, and the long trip to another terminal and gate. Kayak really screwed up. We took the bus up to Wisconsin and then were picked up in Brookfield by private car. It was lucky we didnt miss the last bus out.
I tried both on line and by calling the Customer Service line to arrange for a special meal as i have food intolerances. I was under the impression from your service representative that I was successful. I was not. I cannot eat spicy foods and get very ill if i eat bell peppers. I could not eat either menu choice and no special meal was actually ordered. ( your representative tried to order it for a flight that did not have meal service!!! - found this out later). Your wonderful cabin crew managed to put together a fruit, salad, roll and cheese tray for me so I had something to eat. WHY WOULD YOU SERVE SPICY FOOD, WITH NO MILDER OPTION,ON AN INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT???
Lufthansa staff was fantastic, but the airport was a mess. I was at this airport in the past and I have never experienced any problem, but this time it was nutty because of soccer tournament: UEFA 2024 championship

The transatlantic leg was on Discover Airlines. I’m 6’2” and the extra leg room seat was acceptable, the seat it self was moderately comfortable (slightly softer than a church pew). The food was a standard economy fare. Frankfurt to Prague leg was on Lufthansa the business class was as advertised 10 across the board.
It was only an hour flight, but at that, it was still late
