Cons: "A little hard to get onto the WiFi, but once on, it was fine. Hey ... it’s free so overall, still great"
Cons: "The flight attendant went on and on and ON about how turbulent air was reported ahead, just because we're in a smooth stretch doesn't mean we're out of it yet, and so on. Must have been every 10-20 minutes. She just would not stop talking; while her voice was fine in person, over the PA it sounded like a cheese grater taken to my inner ear. I barely slept that flight; it was miserable."
Cons: "The USB charger on my seat was broken"
Pros: "Excellent experience all around on all flights."
Pros: "Quick and painless with a great view of Mt. Rainier!"

Pros: "Very accommodating staff"
Pros: "The staff was extremely pleasant. Plenty of leg room. Departed on time and arrived ahead of schedule."
Cons: "We were asked to exit the plane at Tarmac and I was traveling with 2 little children. There were a lot of stairs to get off the plane and then walk back to terminal and then a lot of stairs were there to get back to terminal. I was hurting in my knee and my kids ears were hurting badly because the pressure was not controlled while landing. It was a very bad experience and I will definitely think twice about flying Alaska again."
Pros: "Boarding was fast"
Cons: "Space between the rows is narrow, I understand it has nothing to do with the flight itself."
Pros: "New equipment"
Cons: "Sparse food."
Pros: "Flight was 30min faster than we expect, awesome :) we arrived 30min earlier :) she was the most beautiful pilot i ever saw. ."
Cons: "Everything was just fine. ."
Pros: "I am a tall woman and rarely ride in an airplane without my kneecaps brushing the seat in front of me in coach. Not sure what Alaska Airlines is doing differently, but I had knee-room to spare on my flight to Seattle!"
Cons: "Upon our arrival in Seattle, it seemed that the gate wasn't quite ready for us and we spent a restless few minutes "getting docked" for departure."
Cons: "This flight was first delayed, then not listed on the reader board. Then the flight added a stop over in Seattle for the the only reason that the crew was maximizing their allowed time to work. This delayed arrival at final destination. They could have brought on a fresh crew in Chicago but they did not do that."
Cons: "A child crying the whole trip behind my seat. No effort by mother to stop child from crying"
Pros: "The fact I was going home."
Cons: "I've never been treated the way I was treated on an Alaska Airlines flight. I flew Delta there and Alaska Airlines home. The flight crew made rude comments about some of the other passengers. I'd I can hear them so can the other passengers. I will say my flight from Seattle to Anchorage was better. The Chicago to Seattle had me on the verge of tears. I think Delta may be choice to travel from now on. . I don't like paying all that $$ to be treated like I'm an irritation or nuisance on Mother's Day no less."
Pros: "We arrived alive"
Cons: "Very small, cramped plane and they managed to completely lose one of the items I checked that I have still yet to receive. Wouldn't have been so bad if they didn't only have 1 attendant working the baggage claim desk at RIC, causing me to stand in line for 30 minutes for them to essentially yell me that they had no clue where my bag was. If I had realized the second leg of the trip was overseen by American Airlines and not an Alaska affiliate, I would have likely chosen another flight."
Cons: "Should not have to pay for movies other air lines they are free"
Pros: "Got there earlier than expected. Staff didn't charge me for one drink"
Pros: "Smooth ride, good service."
Cons: "inadequate ventilation"
Pros: "Not using kayak."
Cons: "Worst flights in history. It took three days to get from Italy to the US. Do not use kayak!"

Cons: "Person next to me was a little large and it was uncomfortable."
Cons: "Terrible delays entirely their responsibility. No attempts to accommodate. Single worst travel experience I’ve ever had."

Pros: "The seats were smalllish but had excellent amenities, such as a multifunction screen and built-in chargers for my phone or such."
Cons: "We were 35 minutes late in boarding, which is not a big deal, but the cabin temperature was very warm and I was sweating most of the trip. Not happy about that."
Pros: "All good."
Cons: "No movie."
Cons: "Long delays"
Cons: "Lateness, seat comfort and gate checking a duffel bag"
Cons: "I didn't like having someone put a red tag on my carry on for valet when it didn't have to be taken. I would have rather kept it near me!"
Pros: "The have the lotus cookies which is my favorite ."

Pros: "Everything but the seat. It did not have enough room and it was very unconfortable when the people in front reclined their seats back."
Cons: "Small seating space."
Pros: "I liked getting to my destination on time."
Cons: "The one carry-on policy was silly and included personal items. I was told to repack my purse into my backpack which was already full. The boarding staff stood over me and told me to throw stuff away in my backpack and asked why I had packed certain things. I am in the process of moving back to the US from Korea after two years so everything I had was everything I owned in the world - which included some sentimental things like a stuffed animal from my mother who passed away when I was three years old. The most infuriating part of this however was realizing that there was one other bag in my overhead bin. In fact most of the overhead bins had one to two bags and plenty of room. My repacking and humiliation was unnecessary and it was only for the morbid satisfaction of the lady at boarding demanding it. At one point I heard her talking with her coworkers about “why couldn’t they freaking listen. We announced it three times.” Well I had approached the counter prior to arrival and they told me to get back in line when I tried to ask about my purse and backpack. In additional to the frustration of all of that, I received my checked in luggage with a wheel missing. I had just bought it and now I have to ship a wheel from the vendor in South Korea or buy new luggage. Thank you guys so much for letting me know which airline to never fly with again."
Pros: "The staff was very helpful in assisting nearby patrons, attentive to the people with disabilities, and carried through smoothly."
Cons: "Few staff people were clearly having an off day and seemed very unfriendly and crabby, especially obvious when almost everyone else was so friendly and attentive. Makes them stick out like a sore thumb."
Cons: "The seats."
Cons: "My check in bag it’s lost got wrong boarding pass even when I told them I had electronic boarding pass on my phone. Really disappointed with this."
Cons: "They ruined our luggage and grease all over it"
Pros: "Individual view screen"

Pros: "Very clean. Friendly FA"
Pros: "No in seat entertainment"

Cons: "Had to wait about 25 mins after landing to deplane."
Pros: "The airplale MD 80 are old"
Pros: "Great people"
Pros: "Entertainment and creature comforts are great on these planes."
Cons: "A few issues: 1) I was not given seat tgth with my 9 year old and was not helped in finding seats together 2) they lost my bag after I took it through customs and I'm still (a week already) waiting for it."
Pros: "On time"
Pros: "We boarded on time and arrived early. What more can ya ask for? Fairly easy ride. Free entertainment on board, movies and shows! Awesome."
