Cons: "I dont know WHY Delta changed my flight with ALIITALIA, but, DON'T DO IT DELTA. The check in process took an hour, not talking about the line, the ACTUAL checkin at the counter. I couldn't complete my web checkin at the AliItalia web site. Landed in JFK, still sucks as an airport, nobody helps, nobody explains anything, very poor signs and instructions, Global Entry kiosk are hard to spot. My connection ticket didn't have the TSA/PRECHECK legend, went to AliItalia counter, the lady at AliItalia barely said anything when I asked for help with that, her immediate answer was to disengage and sent me to another terminal "to talk to Delta". She didn't explain or didn't want to give an explanation until I started to act as an already 9hr30min flight frustrated customer in a very old, very poor plane with poor food service. Again, I bought an over $1,000 ticket with DELTA, NOT ALIITALIA, if Delta send people with their "partners" at least make sure that they are taken care of properly."
Pros: "I needed extra space because of my pregnancy, but didn't realize I couldn't upgrade my seat online or at check in. I was advised to tell the Boarding attendants I needed extra space and they promptly changed my seat and let me preboard. I'm so grateful and I had a wonderful flight back home. I was also very sick, so it was a relief knowing I could rest comfortably before arriving home to my children."
Cons: "We had problem with the airplane brake but the crew made the transition to the other plane so smooth. Amazing job to this delta crew."
Cons: "Luggage drop was severely understaffed. We had checked in, had boarding passes but there was a 45 minute wait just to drop off a checked bag."
Pros: "we could not get a seat until we arrived at the airport."
Pros: "We got earlier than expected to our destination"
Cons: "Perhaps educate passengers on the new Delta process of boarding. Too many passengers where disorganized; the crew tried very cars to direct people"
Cons: "More leg room and seat width. I don’t like having other passengers pressed against me."
Cons: "Broken in-seat entertainment system for one of our seats, customs pre-clearance in Dublin took forever, but not the airline's fault."
Pros: "It wasn’t delayed 3 hours like the first flight"
Cons: "Departing on time"
Pros: "Charging at every seat is great."
Cons: "All of the plane extras (e.g. WiFi, food service, etc.) were out of commission for some reason. Without WiFi, I couldn’t watch anything on my own device, and I would’ve had to pay for a headset that is compatible with your screens."
Pros: "Friendly fast service to Albany"
Cons: "The EXTRA upgrade price from coach was a little bit better than economy coach but not much."

Cons: "Need vegetarian meal in first class"
Pros: "Got moved to an aisle seat instead of the middle. The flight wasn’t full so the crew planned ahead and got several people in our party better seats."
Cons: "Platinum member. Flying with gold colleague. He was upgraded. I was 1 on the list, wirh 3 openings. Asked gate agent, and she said just take my seat. Asked attendant, she said same. So spent flight in last seat in back next to bathroom, while 2 comfort + seats were empty. Did not feel like a valued customer."
Pros: "The crew at the airport was very courteous and helpful."
Cons: "No food; not even offered water; I asked a Delta employee about our seats and she was very unprofessional (mind you I'm traveling with kids and my boarding pass said that seats were to be assigned at the gate)."
Pros: "I can’t make it in mexico city on tuesday, wednesday’s performance had to be cancelled and we need to pay the cancellation fee 11500 mexican pesos, please reimburse on the credit card"

Pros: "Newer plane, even though it was a short flight there was a choice of movies and tv shows. Crew was very nice."
Pros: "Flight was very quick. Boarding was very fast for such a small plane."
Cons: "Turbulence. Tiny carry-on area, tiny bathroom. Makes sense for such a small plane though."
Pros: "Great airline stewards"
Cons: "Suggestion- Overhead bin should be assigned to the seat the person is seated in."
Pros: "Great entertainment offering plus liked that I was able to charge my phone at the same time."
Cons: "Nothing to add"
Pros: "Left on time all went well in Atlanta"
Cons: "Impossible to figure out what to do in Toronto at Canadian Customs. You move from secure to unsecure then back to secure. It’s a mess and nobody tells you what to do or where to go. Picture process took 4 times. Nobody tells you that you have to transfer your own bags from Delta to West Jet. I even asked in a Toronto and they said no and nobody in Atlanta told me to collect my bags. So bags never made it until the next AM. The West Jet rep was very good and located the bags and they were delivered as promised. You should provide 3 page detailed instructions on how to handle Toronto. I am a seasoned traveler by the way. I’ve never seen anything worse. I could go on and on."
Pros: "And arrived early, too.☺"
Cons: "The plane was dirty. The grounds staff was complaining as we got on about having to work late."
Pros: "The crew was amazing. They were attentive and very professional"
Cons: "I upgraded my seat and paid extra for one with more room. And I wasn’t impressed with my upgrade, doesn’t feel like more leg than regular seats. Comfort was below average. The crew"
Pros: "Quick boarding, clean plane, good entertainment system."
Cons: "Used a neck/back pillow and jacket against hull to try and keep my shoulder and arm from freezing solid. I usually sit by the window on a couple dozen flights per year, and it has never been this cold on my arm. I wonder if a heating pad would work on their outlet?"
Pros: "The plane went where it was supposed to go."
Pros: "No food, no entertainment but the crew were nice and the process was painless. Recommended"
Pros: "The flight was on time and very smooth flight .. felt like you was on a private jet"
Cons: "Smaller seats for bigger guys .. not fat but bigger person.. the crew was rough around there corners .. but in all very nice people.. they have to deal with jerks who think they are king or queen and don’t have to obey any rules .."
Pros: "I was a little concerned flying West Jet due to poor experiences in the past with Delta, but the flights were on time, staff friendly and accommodating and the plane very comfortable."
Cons: "Nothing negative to say!"
Pros: "Flight crew were friendly and engaging."
Cons: "Delta customer service- terrible when I called about reservation. Agent upon arrival at airport clearly not happy about 5am shift."
Pros: "Nice plane, smooth flight, flight was on time in spite of the disaster in Houston."
Cons: "There was food listed in the book but it was never offered. On a 4 hour flight, this is too long! Wifi was broken...I bought a $20 pair of earbuds in the airport specifically to watch movies and was never able to use them."
Pros: "Service was great, flight was excellent"
Pros: "Upgrade to first class"
Pros: "The staff and crew were so helpful and friendly! Stress free flight."
Pros: "Left reasonably on time, arrived a bit early, able to find overhead storage for my roll-on, even boarding in Zone 3"
Cons: "Very tightly packed; minimal comfort for the flight."
Pros: "The crew is always great. I liked the environment was cooler. It doesn't need to be refrigerator cold but keeping things on the cooler side is helpful."
Cons: "Boarding class and queuing for boarding is always a clusterf***. People will crowd the gate and board with the wrong class and that creates anxiety and leads to edginess. If a system could be worked out and enforced that would help."
Pros: "The only thing I liked was that I was one fight closer to home. This flight was awful."
Cons: "The aft lavatory had a broken seat lid so they took the entire lavatory out of commission for our flight, and our flight knowingly experienced ground delays so one lavatory for 100 people for several hours is UNPLEASANT. One crewmember was in a foul mood, and due to the lavatory issue, refused to let anyone use the forward lavatory while she was doing drink service, even during an emergency."
Pros: "The crew was nice"
Cons: "I didn't like the fact that I didn't get my luggage with me when I arrived to casablanca as I lived 4 hours away from the casablanca. I have to come back the next day to get my luggage. I was very mad about it.plus I noticed one of my luggage has been damaged so now I have to buy another one because I can t use it. It was disgusting."
