People in first class need to pre- order their meals on the Alaska app, so you will get what you want for your meal. Flight attendants were excellent. Knowledgeable. A medical emergency happened during the flight, the flight crew were very good at assessing the situation, and accessing help on board, as well as on the ground. We hit a lot of turbulent air the last portion of the flight, two aborted attempts at landing, and a long while of figure eights over the KC area to wait out the thunderstorms and wind, we arrived well over an hour late. The flight crew instilled calm, and made us feel safe.

Consequently, I missed my flight to Reno from Portland. The airline paid for my hotel (thanks!) and I arrive home with my luggage the next day. Mostly this was an inconvenience, and all turned out well. Just annoying when the problem seemed so minor. The time frame was too long for most passengers to make connections.

My flight was delayed 12 hours overnight due to "weather" and since it was reportedly because of uncontrollable weather delta didn't have to do anything for me so I slept in the JFK airport overnight, they wouldn't even give a $59 pass to their sky miles club for the afternoon. It felt like an easy excuse so they wouldn't have to do anything since there were other airlines still flying out of JFK and to go CLE before my rescheduled flight which makes me believe it wasn't all weather. Since the flight was delayed 12 hours instead of being cancelled they wouldn't let me switch to a different airline either. Then, in the morning when it was rescheduled to it was again delayed because they first couldn't find a captain and then couldn't find a fort mate. We finally took off and arrived in Cleveland only to wait another 30 minutes for a gate and a ground crew that they couldn't find. I will never fly delta again.

Cons: Flight was scheduled to leave early, the plane arrived, but they couldn't turn the plane around fast enough. We left the gat late, then pilot said we would still be arriving half an hour early. We arrived about 45 minutes late, and that was a problem because our connecting flight was due to depart now in 15 minutes. Lightning forced the airport to shutdown, which was great, we had a chance to catch our flight, but we were stuck in the airplane, and we couldn't get to our gate until the all-clear. I know this is not Delta's fault, but they did arrive quite late on a flight that, according to them, would be early. They also never communicated to the other flight that there were several passengers catching that connection. So by the time we had ran to catch our connection they had closed the ramp. Lightning hit again, and they shutdown the airport once again, so the airplane was still at the gate for about an hour, and they did not allow the 20+ passengers to board that plane, which was right there. So frustrating. The only thing that saved it was that our new flight was the new airbus, and although it left an hour and a half later, the comfort level was phenomenal.

Cons: The flight attendant Paola was super rude. None of them had a pen even though they know every single passenger has to complete a customs form. Also, the gentleman at the counter was rude and said several expletives when I was boarding bc he had to do a little extra work to print out a boarding pass for my infant.

Cons: If they had a vegetarian food option to purchase, and not only different kinds of meat.
Pros: Literally nothing. The worst airline I will never fly with them again.
Cons: Completely disorganized, no consideration for the elderly or infants. ALWAYS LATE! We had to be bussed to our plane and they kept up on the buss for 20 mins with no air It was so bad that one woman fainted on the bus!! Would never recommend this airline and I won’t be flying with them again.

Cons: 1. The original flight I purchased was less than $100, Volaris cancelled it and the only flight available for me to purchase was then $150. 2. After I purchased the 2nd flight, I called within seconds because I noticed my mother’s name was on the ticket instead of mine! I had previously purchased her flight and somehow the kayak site had auto populated her name, i know for a fact did I did not type in her name, it is longer Han mine and has a middle name, i don’t even have a middle name. I think it was justfly, the third party who sent the confirmation email, I explained the situation, they took my contact information and since I had just called they would reach out to Volaris to see if they could change it to my name, and would reach back out to me within a few days. They never called/emailed me back. When I called Volaris they charged me a name change fee off $80+... I don’t know if anyone cares about customer service at Kayak, I have been purchasing all my personal flights through Kayak since 2007, this is by far the worse ticketing/airline experience I have ever had. Also, Volaris charged me $10 for my backpack that I store underneath the seat in front of me! They are a terrible airline, that straight out rips people off. This is the last time I fly with them, and probably last time I use Kayak.

Cons: Planes are too small. There weren’t any TVs on them and all 4 of my flights ran late.
Pros: The flight attendant and the time of the flights were ok.
Cons: They can make the seats more comfortable or fix them if they are broken. They can hire more professional employees. My iPad was stolen out of my Carry-on bag after Volaris forced me to check it in with them. When we landed and I collected my bag they forced me to check-in my tablet was gone.

Cons: This airline needs to be shut down please, if you’re over 5’4 it’s not for you. Seats are hard and uncomfortable, they are never on time with anything. The bilingual representatives just stare at you when you ask something in English. You’re charged $25 us if you’re 1pound over the 22 lb limit.

Pros: Both ways the trip was good. Fast service on Bajío Airport and back to Tijuana. Wait time was as expected on normal basis but fast service on checking in and out.

Cons: Seat felt like a public bus seat. Charged for water but I was surprise that there was no charge for toilet use. Volaris gets you to destination but charges $60 to check-in luggage. Carry on must way less than 10kg (my purse was weighed with suitcase so I was over). No movie or music.

Cons: I booked the flight, received confirmation e-mail and receipt for payment. Then get an e-mail at 1:45 am the day of my flight which was scheduled for 7 am that the pricing value was incorrect and my booking was canceled. I flew from New York to California where I was going to get a connecting flight the next day but my connecting flight purchase was terminated. I have never experienced this and I was left stranded and unable to get to my destination. I had transportation waiting for me and I had to find out the morning of my flight. All I got was an e-mail stating they tried to reach me but that was a LIE because I did not receive any phone calls. The flight I booked was booked right away so no time elapsed for the price to go up. When I called to complain to the company they were unable to help me and no supervisor or manager was available. I was told to call back in 3 hours for someone to assist me but that I was not going to be able to get on my flight because now, the morning of my flight the price was $200 more then what was advertised when booking. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Cons: On our flight back they were weighing bags as we were in line to board and charging people who had no idea their bag was over weight. The crew came off somewhat rude and annoyed when asked questions. flight left 30 minutes after scheduled departure. Food and drinks were both charged when I can pay a little more on another airline and get it for free. Lines for bag drop off are ridiculously long and not organized. Charging service fee for help to get a boarding pass is uncalled for, since many older people are traveling.

Cons: The main problem was that when I checked in online, I tried to add on more piece of luggage—for a total of 2 checked in. But the computer ended up totaling it as 3 pieces of luggage. There seemed to be no way to change this online. So I asked them to change it when I got to the airport, but they wouldn’t. What was done couldn’t be changed. Another issue I have is with this review questionnaire. They are questions for rating the food and entertainment which the airlines don’t provide anymore. These should be removed from the survey. They should, however, ask how was the process of making the reservation, check-in, and customer service in general. Both from the airline, and any third party service like kayak or kiwi. I’m not satisfied with kiwi as they were closed when I tried to call them. So I had to just fend for myself and spend money needlessly.

No es posible tomar a unos jóvenes en serio cuando te dan instrucciones si se comportan así. Además, Eduardo salió a cabina, cepillándose los dientes, y poniéndose spray en el cabello (cuando los aerosoles claramente están prohibidos.

Pros: Our original flight was overbooked, but the agents were VERY nice and helpful and actually rebooked us on a flight directly to CDMX (which is where we were trying to go in the first place) and gave us a meal voucher for the airport and a flight voucher - so we were quite happy. The flight was not long and we came prepared with our own bottled water etc so it was not a big deal
