If I paid for a seat and I'm allowed two carry ons then there should be room for them. Don't ask people to check bags because of a full plane. The crew should have there own place to store their belongings, not where the passengers do and take their space. The life rafts need to be easy to get to but again should take up a spot a passenger has paid for their luggage to go. If that is the only space for these items then don't allow passengers to bring two items if in those seats or on the whole plane. It's really disappointing when your told you may have to check your bag because there's not enough room."

We left the gat late, then pilot said we would still be arriving half an hour early. We arrived about 45 minutes late, and that was a problem because our connecting flight was due to depart now in 15 minutes. Lightning forced the airport to shutdown, which was great, we had a chance to catch our flight, but we were stuck in the airplane, and we couldn't get to our gate until the all-clear. I know this is not Delta's fault, but they did arrive quite late on a flight that, according to them, would be early. They also never communicated to the other flight that there were several passengers catching that connection. So by the time we had ran to catch our connection they had closed the ramp. Lightning hit again, and they shutdown the airport once again, so the airplane was still at the gate for about an hour, and they did not allow the 20+ passengers to board that plane, which was right there. So frustrating. The only thing that saved it was that our new flight was the new airbus, and although it left an hour and a half later, the comfort level was phenomenal."

When we arrived and realized what had happened they said they could not offer any vouchers for coffee or meals because it was documented by frontier management as weather related. Finding a loophole just to avoid helping people stranded. To top it off they would not wave a 4 lb over weight bag even though the other bag was 25 lbs underweight. Just a lack of caring about customers the staff threw airline policy as their excuse for thier inhumanity. If I would not wait the 5 hours till the wee hours of the morning they offered a flight 3 days later or to split my family up including two minors on two different flights one the next day and one the day after that..... A gain with no vouchers for hotel food or anything??? Eventually I took a refund of my 4 tickets and got a hotel room and flew the next day on a seperate airline out of pocket. Sad that the airline can do this but more importantly that they choose to act I this manner. Just because it is low cost should not mean they don't own up when they make a mistake. They should have notified us earlier or at least make our delay a little more humane."

Seeing as I have no children it would be great to have them slightly entertained if only for a little peace. I could care less about food/beverage options which of course were extra which I quickly realized was the name of your game. My reasonably priced $200 plane ticket became a $340 plane ticket once I realized there are no options but to either pay for my luggage or vacation naked. Also I was charged one price on my departing flight and a different price on my return flight for my luggage. When I asked why I was told the prices changed that very week. How convenient for your airline and nobody else."

I arrived at the terminal 50 minutes+ before departure. I attempted to check in at the kiosk, but was told to go to the check-in desk. I stood in line at the the check-in desk, and arrived at the front of the line more than 40 minutes before scheduled departure, only to be told that the Frontier computer system would not allow check-in to print a boarding pass within 45 minutes of departure. This condition of service was mentioned nowhere in the materials for the flight purchase online, nor is it mentioned on the airline's website. The first notice in print anywhere is at the check-in desk, in an ad-hoc sign placed inside a plexiglass display at the check-in desk. The check-in desk workers very politely suggested I call corporate. I called corporate and got the run-around from three different Frontier employees before they hung up on me. I won't give Frontier a penny. I suggest that you don't, either."

You don't get a free carry on bag and if you don't book the bag before you get to the airport it can cost you north of 45$ to check it. The accommodations themselves were not great. The chairs have no cushioning, don't recline, are so close together that I couldn't cross my legs, and the tray table is 4 inches wide and couldn't even hold my laptop. The flight attendants on both flights were extremely rude and ran into me with the drink cart twice. One of the flight attendants when asked if the AC would be turned on since the flight was pretty warm asked if the woman wasn't just having hot flashes. She was upset tingly abrasive. The flight was delayed on the Tarmac for over an hour because the team couldn't load the baggage on the flight. The flight team didn't give us any explanation of the delay beyond that, they didn't update is on the expected time delay and they never apologized for the delay. When we did finally get going the flight crew was very rude with asking people to sit back down. Worst of all was that after all of that they lost my luggage. Despite a 2 hour layover and 1 hour delay at the gate specifically because they weren't done loading the luggage Frontier couldn't manage to get my luggage from gate 42 to gate 44... The whole experience was awful. I would never fly with them again no matter how cheap the ticket."

Cons: "They charge for water. WATER. They charge for a carry on. The plane felt like it was going to fall apart. After an hour of turbulence, I started to feel sick but thankfully didn't have to throw up because there were no vomit bags. If you need a really cheap flight and are only bringing a purse, it would be a decent. But be prepared for rude people, discomfort, and turbulence. A misleading, unprofessional company."
Pros: "Plane was newer, very clean. Seats were comfortable and the flight crew was amazing. Pilots were friendly and kept us in the loop on flight time, turbulence, etc. Flight crew was amazing and very friendly."

Cons: "When I get to the gate the woman told me that I don't pay for my carry on luggage even though it was the 2nd flight in a round trip flight. The first part I got on with the same exact bags with no extra charge. Instead of looking up my info she told me I pay or I stay. Without raising my voice I asked her to check but this caused her to get defensive. We had 5 min to get on the flight and we didn't have time to argue. Frontier robbed me of $120. I fly back and forth from Florida to New Jersey always using Frontier. This past weekend is my last time using that airline. Jet Blue and American will now get my business and I'll make sure I tell everyone I know about what happened."

Once you buy your tickets you find out you have to pay for your seat assignment, carry on luggage is $30.00 each way for a total of $60.00, checked baggage is $25.00 each way for a total of $50.00. What really got me was that they charges passengers $1.99 for a cup of water on the flight. Passengers should take this into account when comparing to other carriers."

Cons: "They make you pay for any drink, even a cup of soda. So cheap airfare equals no free drinks. They don't even give a small bag of nuts anymore... All the airlines air cheap skates today. But what can ya do. That's what we get today."
Pros: "Cost of the flight was substantially less than another airline I was looking into and it was a nonstop flight, whereas the other airlines had 1 or 2 stops. Both flights were on time...everything went smoothly. Flight attendants were very pleasant."
