Cons: No ear plugs in my amenity kit??

Pros: Crew nailed it. Came by not just for food and drinks but also frequently enough to collect trash/plates/empty cups.

Pros: the plane didn't crash.

Cons: honesty. 29 minute flight took 3 hours. first they blamed it on waiting for luggage, then they likely realized there were no connecting fllights, so that excuse didn't work, then they were 'closing the cargo doors' for 45 minutes, then they had to de-ice as the plane had now sat for 4 hours instead of 45 minutes, had it left on time.

Pros: Wonderful hospitality, excellent service!! Clean, well thought meal service.

Cons: Hoping that this will continue!!

Pros: Everything was on time and ran smoothly. The seats seem to have more room than most airlines. They were generous with drinks and snacks

Pros: Flight was good and crew were good. Nothing very outstanding but by no means a terrible flight.

Cons: Something to work on is organizing the flights in order when you are checking in. I arrived and it was a mess, we didn't know where to go and which line to take. Please make sure you put signs so we can follow and be more organized.

Cons: It’s time to update the snacks, bu thank you for serving more than just peanuts. I was very cold on the flight - unusual, but definitely very chilly.

Cons: Plane late due to electrical failure. Manchester airport, stuck on bus because driver couldn't open the door.

Pros: Everything was easy and the crew were really nice.

Cons: Both transatlantic flights I had requested lactose-free meal options, neither of which happened.

Cons: Headphone jack still requires an adapter. Free headphones are very uncomfortable and don’t sound great. Just give out free adapters or change the jacks please. Announcements were super loud in the headphones.

Cons: Everything went wrong. The flight arrived 40 minutes late and I missed my connecting flight because they closed the gate before I could get there. As a result, when I asked both airlines involved (Brussels Air and Portugal Air (TAP) what to do, each airline blamed the other airline for the problem and each said it was my problem to fix. After speaking with ten people and begging them to make the problem right for a problem I did not create, they finally issued me a new ticket but I had to wait 24 hours for the new flight to leave. It was a total breakdown in communication and organization and customer support and problem resolution on the part of the airlines and the airport. I never want to fly these airlines again and never want to take a flight with connections.

Pros: Not really something. It was an old cabin. The seat was confortable and the food was ok. Some of the crew were nice others not that much.

Cons: The cleaning of the toilets. Awful and without water and soap. The restrooms were not clean from the beginning. It was disgusting. Having new cabin.

Cons: The Florence Airport has difficulty with baggage. Had to wait for over an hour.
