Sat in the plane at the gate in SLC for 2+ hours before take off, getting me home nearly 3 hours later than planned.
I love how the flight crews are now saying what the weather will be like, when we can expect to be able to get up and use the restrooms etc. I have to say also that our flight crews this trip were incredible - fast and courteous - and somehow managed to do the service even on these short flights with a few bumps. The only reason for an ok rating on entertainment was because these short flights are on planes without seatback displays but that's ok because I just download shows on my iPhone beforehand.
Flight was delayed and we were on the runway after landing for 30 mins
I've flown several other airlines, and Delta is really on top on things.
DTW line is too long. The flights from DTW to BWI are always delayed for unknown reasons.
The crew was very nice and very attentive. However, I was surprised to find that they did not carry small throw-up bags. I got sick from the turbulence and they had to bring me a trash bag.😳 You can imagine how embarrassing is to lift a large trash bag with vomit over somebody else's head. Just bring this small discreet little bags back to the regular supply for the seats. Otherwise, I love Delta airlines.
Service was good for such a short flight. Small plane but smooth flight.
Worst food I've ever seen on a plane. One flight attendant must have been going through a bad breakup, although the one who kept covering for her was excellent.
Could not hear any of the announcements. The speakers seemed out of service. I wish the entertainment system would allow me to watch on my own iPad than the airplane ‘s old display.
The crew in Chile was late to open the counter to check in. It was the longest check in ever. But they were pleasant and thorough. Food was great going to Chile, coming back to USA was pretty bad. All the airplane crew were great.
I missed my original flight due to miscommunication and it was a challenge to communicate with service personnel, since my Portuguese is limited. However they got me food and a hotel overnight and a seat on the next available flight.
It was a bit unnerving to know that flights are generally oversold. We chose not to pay extra to reserve a specific seat, without realizing that that makes us vulnerable to being bumped. Everything else about the flight was great.
In flight from Miami to Anchorage, we were all on board ready to take off. Pilot decided to take on more fuel causing a delay. Once fueled, the pilot came back over the radio stating more delay due to VIP. These delays caused me to miss my connecting flight. I went to the Alaska Air counter for information. They flat out stated that it was ATCs fault that I missed my flight and booked me a flight the next day about 1300 . I believe if we had the fuel prior to getting on board we would not of been delayed and I would have taken off on time. Pilot was taken out of the equation. I think they should’ve taken responsibility for their pilots decision to top off his aircraft instead of waiting til the last moment. Enough said…
We liked the way we were treated by the sraff at lima airport counter and the the flight attendants. We did not like the fact that the kiosks at airport rebooted after we entered our information and then told us that there was an issueand we needed to go to the counter. Such a waste of time for a group of 6. Once we got our boarding passes there was no assigned gate so we did not know where to go.
The plane broke down at the Lima stopover and they offered to put me on a flight the be t day but I had to be back in LA that morning and so I had to buy another ticket from Avianca and United for $2k I asked LATAM for compensation and received none. Very bad experience
Everything was good except the check in. Could not do it online neither on the machines in the airport. Needed special assistance from the airline desk clerk
Great customer service, very accommodating. (Check in) Smooth flight, thank you Pilots. Only negative was one working bathroom in first class. Atlanta Base flight attendants were wonderful. Thank you for your smiling faces Delta..
The seats are getting smaller and smaller. Very uncomfortable trip. More than in other airlines
I do not speak Spanish or read in Spanish When asking for help, people were hard to find they spoke quickly and pointed a lot directions for where to go and what to do we’re unclear. Which made my traveling uneasy.
Flight was great Customer service was questionable until we found someone at checkin to help us. One young lady took all our passports disappeared for 15 minutes, came back with nothing done, handed to someone else and left for lunch. Very complacent. Baggage was very expensive until we went to the service counter and a separate person helped us. Even with platinum status they wouldn’t allow free bags. We will continue to fly Delta as our preferred carrier but will avoid checking in with Latam. Dr. Armand Radke
For the Singapore to CA flight, nearly 16 hours long was miserable. We sat on the tarmac for one hour to burn fuel. The flight attendant girls were mean. They would yell at people who stood up to try to stretch their legs. One time the drinks came thru and the lady judged us and made a comment about how much sugar was in apple juice when we ordered it once. She was rude and inappropriate. The entire flight was frustrating. You'd think a long haul like that the airline would try to make you comfortable. I just don't understand why the ladies were so snappy. I have never experienced rude flight attendants like that. It was the longest flight I've had to sit on before. We were not impressed. Raymond on the other hand was amazing! By far the best person working that flight!
premium economy is expensive but worth it for the comfort and food on a long flight
Baggage claim signs were not updated with my flight information, so I had to guess. The app wasn't updated either.
Not being stranded in Chicago for her airport to 11:30 tomorrow morning the 3rd
Everything was great. Only thing that could’ve made it better was buy on board options for hot food, but the snacks were decent. The flight attendants were great. I had no complaints. I was able to make it to my destination safely
David went above and beyond to make our flight the best that it could be

Seat cushions were worn down and it hurts as I seated under 5 hours of the plane ride.
I wish I had another choice. Domestic flight in the USA is atrocious.
