This was a hard flight. 3 delays out of OKC (1 on the Tarmac). Delay in Atlanta coming to Dallas. total travel time was the equivalent of driving from OKC to Atlanta.
Got home at 3am after deboarding the plane. No compensation offered by American
Flights on time w/o delays. However, my baggage was damaged. Ground crew, throws baggage from plane to the baggage carrier, carelessly.
AA was a very good experience. The employees are wonderful

American flight was diverted and delayed but app didn’t show that information so I wasn’t able to change my connection until the last min.
The plane was very creaky and lots of ringing. Plane was dirty and dingy. I couldn't hear the captain's announcements from the flight deck. Not sure if it was the captain or the audio equipment, but good thing there wasn't an emergency where we needed clear instructions. The overhead compartments were clearly full, but the flight crew allowed people to stand in the back with their carry on luggage. Then after everyone boarded, they had to go to the front to gate check their luggage because there was no room for their bags and then they returned to their seats...such a waste of time when clearly the overhead compartments were full when they originally boarded.
Checked bag was severely damaged. Whole corner was riped off including 1 of 4 wheels gone. Insulation exposed. This made it not possible to fly with on my next-day American Airlines flight.
Air condition was not working for long both after boarding and also after landing ; unbearably hot and suffocating
Human interaction. Thought there would be more service-even a smile would have been nice.
They canceled my flight and never told me. There was no follow up email. I had to buy another ticket the day of.
It was a full Spirit experience. Got to witness police officers having to deboard a passenger and cost us about an hour of delay. Front seat was spacious and better than expected.

My flight was delayed by over an hour and the turbulance was horrible.
This flight cancelled. I am in the airport right now and my kids sleep on the floor. We are waiting for information in the line 4 hours and rude woman from spirit airline offers us flight to Austin on 23 February. No water no food offer. The offer to book hotel and they will refund 150$. The nearest hotel 450$ per night. So I got flight to San Antonio 02/22 at 7am. I hate this company, they are rude and no empathy. So many people with kids were there. And I don’t sleep and it is cold here. I don’t have warm clothes for me and my kids. And I don’t have money for transport from San Antonio to my Austin.
The flight was delayed over an hour which got us into DFW at approximately 2:20 am
Terrible. Spirit cancelled the flight with 3 hours notice and were absolutely no help getting another flight. Had to make my own reservation on another airline and arrived in Dallas 12 hours later.
They cancelled the flight due to crew unavailability. The next day they cancelled the flight again.
That gate is like a ducking shelter at Newark No where to sit Outlets that don’t work Bathrooms that are dirty
