Boarding was easy. clean plane, crew was very friendly. I was very concerned though, when we banked left and did a complete circle in the air. An explanation from the captain would have been terrific. I made sure I was the last one to leave the plane and asked him about it when I saw him at the exit. He told me what happened but I would have liked to know while it was happening. Besides that, the coke and pretzels were divine. :)
At no time was I made aware during my booking that I would be charged for a carry on. The total cost added $60 to my flight. I feel completely mislead. Customers also had to pay for water on the flight which was ludicrous.
the price for the trip does not include that you have to pay for Carry-on, which is an odd expense to passengers. Especially for shorter trips with the round trip the carry on charge would equal up to at least $60. Which would equal to another airline who is comparatively better especially because those airlines aren't worrying about charging the customers for every single thing. Additionally, Frontier isn't a participant of the TS-Pre Check program, which Frontier should advertise.
The flight was delayed and delayed and delayed for every reason under the sun. Well when the plane finally landed it was down for maintance. But there was no maintance crew. So with no info, I talked to the desk monkey, I mean lady who obviously did not speak English, cause her Ebonics were quite broken and slurred. So with little help and my fear of the actual flight being as terrible as the events leading up to it. I just bought another ticket on an another carrier. Walked to there gate and left. My sanity and safety are not worth a 50 dollar plane ticket.
