The Belgian Government has prohibited all non-essential travel to and from Belgium from January 27 to March 1. Certain exemptions apply for urgent family or professional reasons. Further details are on the Belgian Government Coronavirus website (in French) Belgium has restricted the entry of all travelers who are not arriving from EEA Member States or Switzerland.
Travelers entering Belgium will be required to self-isolate for 14 days on arrival.
From January 1, UK nationals are no longer classified as EU/EEA nationals and will not be allowed entry to Belgium. Essential travel is still permitted. These restrictions do not apply to UK nationals who are legally resident in Belgium. They will be allowed to re-enter the country, but will need to present proof of residency.
Travelers arriving from Australia, Japan, South Korea, New Zealand, Rwanda, Singapore, Thailand or Uruguay are also allowed to enter Belgium.
Diplomats, humanitarian aid workers, and military personnel may enter the country. Nationals of Andorra, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, San Marino, Serbia and Vatican City may enter Belgium with proof of connection travel to their home country.
All travelers must fill in a Passenger Locator Form 48 hours to their arrival.
Travelers must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR test result issued within 72 hours prior to their departure. Children under the age of 12 and residents of Belgium are exempt from presenting a COVID-19 PCR-RT test result.
From December 25, travelers arriving from the UK must present a valid medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR test result issued within 48 hours prior to arrival.
Belgium has created a 'traffic light' system to track countries and regions which are experiencing high incidence rates of COVID-19. All Travelers from "red zones" will be required to self-isolate for 7 days after arrival, while those entering Belgium from "orange" regions are asked to be vigilant. The updated list of regions can be found on this site (in French).
Residents returning from a red zone and staying there for more than 48 hours must undergo a mandatory test on day 1 and day 7 of quarantine. As from January 2, passengers will receive a text message upon their return with which they can register at a test center. The testing capacity at Brussels Airport will be further expanded to allow incoming travelers to be tested voluntarily upon arrival. Test capacity is being developed at Charleroi Airport and at Brussels-Midi station.

Luckily I learnt how to fast forward, but the sexism of this left me disturbed. so although in reality much of your service is excellent, this advertising of a sexist world view was too disturbing to ignore. I hope my comments are helpful to you in considering that many women in the world now expect their fathers to consider passing on a fair share of their resources to their daughters as well."

The ticket counter didn't open until closer to the flight, without it I couldn't get inside to the Travelers Lounge, and spent most of my time in the entry area. I also was assigned a middle seat, which is even less fun than usual when you've been in India and your bowels are acting wonky."
Cons: "Food is not up to the standard. They make announcements that there will be snacks like sandwiches and ice creams, but they don't offer that openly. You have to ask for snacks. Now we, US citizens don't like to ask for food just so you know. The crew should offer. if we don't need the food, we can always say no."

I had to buy a whole new round-trip ticket at more than double the price in order to meet my family for our once-in-a-lifetime reuinion in Norway, but also make my existing connection for the return flight. It cost me an additional 999 Euros cash in the middle of my vacation because my Kayak ticket was not refundable."

The first time I told the airline attendant and she brought a large plastic bag and some paper towels. The girl but her used airsick bag inside the large plastic bag. I tied the top and put in next to me near the aisle because I expected the attendant to come pick it up. The attendant told me I had to take it to the lavatory and dispose of it in there. It was very hard to get the large plastic bag into the small trash receptacle because it had fill with air. I asked the attendant for another airsick bag but she never brought it. The girl got sick again and she used my airsick bag. While walking the bag up to the lavatory, I asked a different attendant for another airsick bag. They just told me I had to dispose of it in the lavatory and never brought another airsick bag. I had to ask someone for their airsick bag because the girl got sick a third time. I can not believe the horrible service on this flight! The poor girl was crying because she felt so sick and there wasn't anyone to help her. I did what I could but I felt something could have been done by the crew. I will think twice before I reserve another flight on SAS."

Cons: "Complete desinfprmation. No announcements and lack of support stuff. Worst airline experience ever"
Cons: "Flight was delayed at the gate due to bad weather. Missed my connecting flight. After a 4 hour wait with customer service, my flight was rescheduled for a departure in 5 hours. I have no access to my suitcase. Prepaid hotel will not reimburse for no show. Such a mess."
Cons: "Didn't get to find out gate number until 30 minutes before flight took off! Not good, too much stress and running.too"

Pros: "The airline insisted I check my bag because it was 2lbs over the weight, but it was an empty flight. We had a transfer in Brussels where some how the tags on the bags were not there and we were without a luggage for 5 days. I feel that the Venice airport claim was horrible as they seem to misplace luggage alot and on our transfer flight they fave us the wrong carousel. The service on the plane was great. But that was it."

Cons: "I never flew to Florence because the airline missed my connection and the next flight to Florence was not until nearly twelve hours later, so now I'm on my way to Rome instead. This ruined my rental car and lodging reservations, and I'm now fighting both those agencies because of this botched flight and poor service. Additionally, the plane was ungodly hot. So much so that the crew apologized for our over the PA. Nothing was done to fix it, but it was blamed on the plane only being on auxiliary power while we were parked on the tarmac for the hours. That would've been understandable, but it didn't get better when the jet engines were on, so that excuse turned out to be just so many lies."

Cons: "Many passengers with their shoes AND socks removed. Chairs were extremely uncomfortable."
Pros: "The on board crew was very helpful."
Cons: "I used this airline for my round trip travel to Africa, and it was not a pleasant experience, the door was horrible and it didn't help that we were served the same thing throughout. Boarding from Cameroon was a nightmare, very disrespectful agents with a lack of customer service skills and they truelly don't care. Don't see myself using this airline in the future."

The luggage took forever to arrive on the carousel, much to drones anxiety. Also, the gate information wasn't displayed on the TV screens.. Even though they knew it."

Pros: "I liked that my seat was by the window and I saw the most beautiful sky in my life! And the seat next to me was empty so I was able to stretch my legs and even lay down to sleep. The crew was very attentive and knowledgeable. Food was very good, I was just glad that I was fed."
Cons: "The only thing I didn't like is that turbine was blocking my view but I wasn't a big of a deal at all. I was just happy that all that long flight I was sitting by the window and was able to see the sunrise."

Cons: "The seats were completely uncomfortable, they have a leather thing where you put your neck on (on the long flights) which is completely uncomfortable. on one flight there was no entertainment system at all, and in the long one it was fine. Also on one flight while we have already been on the plane the light was delayed by over an hour, because they overbooked or something- it was pretty hell inside, very hot- and no one has even offered a warer. recommendation: avoid."
