This airline is disaster. They trielt live on the planet don’t give a &$!@ Made us buy new tickets for the following day for a type o on the ticket. They just didn’t care...
They kept me and my two year old in the plane for almost 4 hours and told us that we will take off every ten minutes, but obviously we never did. We got rebooked for the following day. They provided a small room to stay in and $7 wach for food. They treated us like a huge inconvenience. We had to pay for food, my husband had to take another day off work to come get us. This airline is shameless. We are spending more money to with a different air line next time.
Worst customer service experience of my life - they cancelled the flight only for people with connections and booked me to a week later.
Food was reasonably priced. Price of flight was great.

Discomfort in seat, need to pay for water, no WiFi or Internet/entertainment for international flight.
Flight cancelled due to overbooking, notification received while I was en route to the airport. Was assured I would be on the flight for the following day. Awoke next day and called airline to confirm, they stated my refund had been processed, I would not be on the flight, and there was nothing that they could do for me. I was forced to rent a car and take a completely different flight from another airport at a much higher price. Never again.
It was easy boarding. The flight crew had been been late due to a bad taxi driver. We still arrived on time!
Crew members were very friendly, plane was clean, seats were comfortable, and flight was much quicker than what I thought it was going to be. Boarding was a tiny bit unorganized, but overall flight was great.
Boarding was a bit disorganized. I had brought my carry-on but the lady at the counter said I had to check it with baggage (which ended up getting delayed once we landed for an additional 15 minutes)
I'm very disappointed because i wasn't allowed to travel back to the US from Brussels (Belgium). i was supposed to connect in Toronto but because I'm a foreign student in the US, I wasn't aware that i needed a Canadian Visa to transit in Toronto. so lost my flight and i hard to spend another thousand euros to catch the next flight that will connect in the US territory. I made all the call possible to resolve my flight issue and no one could help me either Brussels airline personnel or the kayak customer service. until today i didnt have not even a email to let me know what happen.
