I felt scammed. The priced advertised was different than what I paid. I paid the whole some online. I then got a call 20 minutes later saying I need to paid 70 more person. She said the price online is not the guaranteed price.
There was no WiFi available, there were mechanical problems with the plane and we landed at C 124, then the gate was switched to A 26, then all the way back to C126! For a 75 yo woman traveling alone, this was a difficult journey, indeed!
Teeny tiny bathrooms, crew was not realistic about when we'd arrive.

Boarding was a little difficult. The gate area at O'Hare was very small and crowded due to multiple gates in the area. Could not hear the intercom, so had to rely on signage to see when my group was boarding and the signage was blocked by passengers standing in the gate. Flight was great and we arrived in Montreal on time.
When I booked it on Kayak it aaid that I wasn't allowed hamd luggage. I called United Airlines and it took them 6 minutes to figure out if I was allowed free hand luggage. Surely something that simple they should be able to tell me instantly.
Liked nothing. As per previous segment it was delay delay delay.
The flight from Cleveland to Newark was great. The connecting flight wasn’t so good.
Flight was not comfortable and crew was rude and not wanted to help, i would never choose united if there is alternate options . not cooperative with baby
Seat comfort is still an issue. Seats way too hard or lacking lumbar support. Entertainment system has lots of nice features like “Don’t wake me for meals”. The Bluetooth headphone pairing works well if you know how to make your pods available for pairing. While this trip I didn’t find any of the many many movies that interesting, there is plenty in there for all tastes. Crew were excellent. Captain was good about telling us how limg seat belt sign would be on while going around a storm system. Wi-Fi was quite good for only $8 bucks for mileage plus members. Be sure to load a credit card into your United app to pay for food or drinks.

The take off was delayed as we were told that the baggages had to be rearranged to balance the weight. I only took a carry-on and a personal item, but the overhead bin was extremely small, even a normal size carryon can’t fit it, so they had to check it in for free. The seat was really tight and no entertainment at all.
It was fine. There were a couple of mechanical delays prior to takeoff but it was overall a quick and pleasant flight.
They booked me to travel to Quebec City from Montreal before going to Ottawa, for some reason, then the flight was late and I missed my connection, so I had to fly right back to Montreal to get a flight to Ottawa…..and my luggage was delayed by two days.

Flight canceled so had to wait in the airport for a long time.
Flight was delayed at least 4 times then once we boarded they found a problem with the plane and we had to de-plane and wait another hour for a different plane. I was an hour late for my performance.
Flight was cancelled in Antigua and they made me find my own hotel, taxi and pay for all my food. Flight was delayed more than 24 hours due to mechanical and air canada doesn't want to pay the $1000 due for reimbursement
The departure was delayed 50 minutes and you didn't have an explanation from the crew.
