The check-in process is very confusing. The company charges for everything, but tickets are low priced. I probably wouldn't take the airline for a flight over 3 hours. The seats are uncomfortable. There's no net on the seats to hold things like headphones, a folder or anything.

You have improved through the many years I have flown with you. But you still nickle and dime your customers. I paid extra for carry on and priority boarding.
My flight was delayed 1 hour. My Mood was not great
Crowded, little leg room, little lateral room. Hour late, then all funnelled into a small room with a couple of bench seats for 150 people. Most sitting on the floor or standing for 30 mins before chaotic boarding.

Ryanair was ok but the flight is delayed 2 hours! We dont know the reason if it was either Ryanaair or the Kos airport or Vienna Airport …
More chaos than usual at NAP (which is always a bit chaotic). Flight delayed for over 40 minutes. At boarding, passengers were brought through the gate then made to stand for about 1/2 hour in a holding area before being allowed to board. Rest of the flight/baggage claim was uneventful.
Flight delayed by almost two hours. On boarding we were hold in the transfer bus, with no air conditioning and almost 40 degree C outside, in front of the airplane for a long time.
On time and reasonably comfortable. These airlines need to find a way of sitting their passengers in queues whilst waiting to board
Poor, how can you order something from the menu em you can’t see a menu? How can you get the online menu when you have no internet? Why let us board when you know full well we won’t be taking off for another 45 minutes, no ice for drink in sweltering heat, seats hard and and uncomfortable when you’re sitting for over 5 hours.
